This continues to be one of my favorite sites! The merchandise is always reasonable or in line -- never overpriced. Comes very quickly, even 2nd day with no charge, in a secure well made box. They obviously believe in doing their packaging very classy. So many sites now just throw merchandise in a beat up box or bag and ship it out! Love shopping here and I hardly ever write reviews.

After searching online for an Adelita Silver Heartblessing, I finally located the needed gift online at Steelz for the Home in Houston. I phoned the store and without delay or holds was politely assisted by Crystal. She checked to ensure the item was readily available, obtained my information, and although not expected so quickly, I received the shipped item the following day.Excellent customer service from start to finish!

Not impressed by their lack of customer service. Used a promotion code this morning to make sure it would be applicable to 2 items, discount showed up on both items. I wanted to make sure the items were in stock so I called to order and was told that I couldnt use the promo on the items I wanted. Went back to the website and now the code didnt work. Seems to me that once they thought I was going to buy, they terminated the code. Talked to the manager, no help at all. Not only wouldnt they allow their code, they refused to match a Neiman Marcus offer. If customers arent worth $62, then Im going to shop at another store.
