I have a Service Manager I work with but when my wife called in she spoke with a different person and the service was no drop off. Everything was good and the people there make you feel appreciated. Great service as always!

I took my LS400 here when I first came, and not I take my LS430. They always serviced my vehicles with quick execution and superb knowledge. Most recently took my 2006 LS430 for a timing belt change and I was surprised with the turn around time. While it was in service they gave me a loaner vehicle, so that was a huge convenience. This place is next best thing if not better to taking your Lexus to the actual dealership.

Jonathan Ivey and his team at Clear Choice Lexus delivered exceptional service for my LX470 at a reasonable cost. There are a couple of shops in Houston that are regularly recommended for 100 series Land Cruisers, like the LX470. Without a doubt Clear Choice should be added to the short list.They performed a timing belt change and all fluid flush on my vehicle. The cost was below what another shop had quoted me. But, beyond that the work was done quickly and Jonathan kept me in the loop on progress and next steps. I also had an unusual electrical issue that another shop did not want to look at. Clear Choice figured out the problem when others gave up.10/10 would recommend.

Well, Ive found my new favorite Lexus service center. Everyone I met was extremely courteous, helpful, and efficient; I think I spent an hour and a half there from start through diagnostics, repair, car wash, and checkout. Not bad, not bad at all. The manager even noticed I was working on my computer and offered for me to use an empty desk in an office for more space and a power outlet. Ill be back, hopefully not soon, but for sure. :)

I was satisfied when my daughter and I first started getting our cars serviced at Clear Choice. Now the prices are much higher and they always find something different wrong with our vehicles. For example, I was advised that I needed water pump twice, but this time I no longer need the water pump ($800) but need breaks for $305. I’m no longer going back. Very unsatisfactory.

After getting a high estimate from another repair shop, I met with Mr. Ivey at Clear Choice. Based on his prior experience with RX350s, he was certain that the other shop had misdiagnosed my problem. He was correct, and I ended up paying a quarter of what I would’ve paid had I stayed with the first mechanic. While I was there, he also replaced the front brakes, changed the oil, and refinished my headlamps so that they looked brand new again. I plan to bring my RX here from now on.

We keep our cars well after the warranties expire, and Clear Choice keeps our ES running like new. Proper maintenance and repair is never cheap, but their prices are so much more reasonable than the dealership. At one point, we had a significant issue that no one was able to diagnose or repair, including Clear Choice on the first pass. But they kept looking and finally found and fixed the issue. I was recently gifted a 2002 Lexus GS430 from my father in law, and lets just say Ive wanted one since I was a kid so I was overjoyed when I got the car. Since the pandemic has begun, I have been working on restoring the car to its former glory. The car was in poor mechanical condition and had very noticeable feedback when at idle which I found was due to bad motor mounts. I knew that I could not do this job in my garage so after doing some research online, I found Clear Choice Lexus which had great reviews. I immediately set an appointment with Jonathan, and dropped off my car the following day. The very next day the car was ready and the feedback issue was solved. I was happy as a kid in a candy store. I returned home only to find out that my power steering pump was whining very loud and off alignment and immediately assumed it was due to the work that was performed. This was furthest from the truth, and a huge mistake on my part for the assumption. I called Clear Choice questioning the procedure only to realize there was no need to touch the power steering pump for any reason. I was now embarrassed and almost ashamed of myself for thinking they caused this issue. Prior to taking the car to Clear Choice my father in law used a repair shop, which I will not name since they are no longer in business, and the repairs they performed were trash. The guy even charged for work not performed. Jonathan and the team at Clear Choice ordered the 2 mounting bolts needed to repair my car and gave them to me at no charge (free). I was floored by the gesture and integrity they had and the desire to help me solve this issue. I have never had such a great experience dealing with a service repair shop in my life. This is a 5 star service shop from every aspect and I encourage anyone with a Lexus needing repairs to seriously consider using Clear Choice Lexus SW. Next week I will be dropping the GS off for replacement of the valve cover gaskets and spark plug tube seals and can not wait as this is the last service needed to stop the oil leak that has been present for 3 years. I have a very good experiences with Clear choice services on my Lexus IS250. Until May/2020 I had an oil change there and was told I need a brake job on the rear wheel. After the job was done, my wife told me the brake was not the same as before. usually when you have a new brake pad. when you press your foot on the pedal you can feel it firms. this time it even softer than before the pad was replaced. so she afraid to drive. I contact clear choice and was told to bring the car back for checking and adjustment. Clear choice came back and told me everything is normal. Needless to say, my wife dare not drive the car any more since. My lexus is in garage with less than 200 miles since Brake job done.

I bought a LS430 Lexus from a car service by C.C. I Mgr took time an gave me answers of past service work they performed on the car of a past customer. Thanks a Bunch.

I always receive great service here. Bryan was my service advisor, he was awesome. My SC430 is a very early model and a great car that’s needed very little maintenance until lately. It’s needed some pretty major work - radiator, water pump and timing belt, which they did for a great price and then at no charge replaced hoses and tightened other belts another shop had installed improperly.Another shop abused my trust, lied to me, and over-charged me for parts they said where OEM but turned out they were not. That was a very popular Bellaire repair shop on Bissonnet that I though was less expensive—they were not :(I won’t take my Lexus anywhere else but Clear Choice from now on. Thank you Bryan!
