I bought my car (used car)from this dealer. So far I am happy with my car although a/c didn’t work after 4 months. However, highly recommend to get warranty if you buy used car. I save lots of money with warranty. Joannna help me lots and made easy my transactions. However finance deviation always not helpful. But recommend this dealer. Don’t forget to buy warranty.
Jade was simply amazing From start to finish she proved why she is the best at what she does.. I felt a little star struck when I my husband introduced me to her because I recognized her from the billboard on highway 59. She was very knowledgeable about the whole process including the cars. I will be the first to say I am not the easiest person to work with especially when it comes making large expensive purchases because I can be a little Indecisive. It doesnt help that I decided to purchase a new vehicle during a pandemic when there is a shortage on cars, so my options were even more limited. Raven was AMAZING and Justin was phenomenal yet the experience post repair was unacceptable. If repair value is greater than value of car and I wish to speak with a technician specifically who did the repairs, I do not believe that is too much to ask. That did not happen. I do not appreciate the glad-handing; and the pat you on the shoulder - “just Pay us and go about your day”! I expect more. After all, this is Lexus not another brand and I will not mention other names. All and all, you all are forgiven yet if somebody spends their hard earned funds and patronizes this establishment when the selection of garages is endless, you need to act as if you are NOT doing me a favor. In fact, it is the other way around. The customer is the engine that makes your establishment functional. If my requests are uncommon, just say that versus doing what you did. On November 1, 2021 at 7am, I had a horrible experience dealing with Service Advisor 420530 Justin A Page, he was very condescending when speaking to me, concerning a service that was provided on October 21, 2021. He flat out lied about his communication with me. He then told his manager that someone else needed to advise me. The person that came to speak with me, I think was a manager, and he supported his Service Advisor.
Exceptional customer service! The pickup, follow-up and communication was seamless. The team made several phone calls to ensure I was aware of the status of my service, throughout the process. My loaner was great, clean and fully gassed and they brought it to me! My first time owning a Lexus and the service experience has exceeded my expectations. Did I also mention that I purchased my car in another city and state and Sterling McCall completely honored my service agreement!!! I’m blown away and very happy with my experience.

Extremely efficient on a sales perspective. Sales person Van was knowledgeable about the product and awesome communication throughout the process. Finance department was also quick and efficient. delivery of vehicle took less than 30 min - which includes me handing over my info, approval, signing documents, and walking out with they key.
When I arrived at the Service Center, Mr. Grant Walker approached me right away in a very polite and professional manner. He explained to me what would be done in details. The waiting area was clean and cozy. The maintenance service was very satisfactory. And my Lexus looks brand new again.
I appreciate all the hard work your employees do. It’s a constant move on your end. Maybe a reminder that as they maybe comfortable and that’s what fine, but one should not be on a “first name” basis.When addressing a customer, they. should put “please” more into their vocabulary. when I say, “thank you” the response should NOT be a “no answer” or “no problem”. Let’s not get rid of what our parents instilled in us. Respond clear, accordingly with respect. And not a “give me your keys”, but “May I have your keys”. Need more smiling. Us, as elders have been through a lot more and if we have good attitudes they should too. Communication, communication, communication. “No problem” sounds derogatory.Thank you.
Carrie was extremely kind and informative. The cashier who checked me out for the loaner was as well. The valet guys were super friendly too! I think the manager walked by me and stopped to see if I needed assistance. Very exceptional customer service!

Service department have at least two below par helpers wearing red T-shirt who were disrespecting and making bad comments by talking in foreign language so that I won’t understand. I asked him why is talking in foreign language in front of me but kept on talking and arguing. Asked for manager to make him aware of these two employees but, as usual, manager is in a meeting!!My suggestion is GO TO ANOTHER LEXUS DEALERSHIP for better customer service experience

This dealership used to be top-notch it gradually went down over the years we’ve been getting our car service here for well over 15 years now and have purchased over 10 vehicles from this dealershipYet recently time after time we have been getting ripped off the service department has downgraded their quality recently had three car service there and I had issues with all three of them the service reps were very unprofessional and did not treat me like a Lexus customer I wouldn’t even trust this dealership to wipe my windshield at this point that’s how bad of a job they did I wasted $1200 getting one of my car serviced here just to have a breakdown on the side of the highway when I had a towed back to them they told me that something else went wrong even though they gave me a report stating that the only issue my car had what is the starter but all of a sudden it’s the alternator and 10 other things I don’t believe that they take the time to actually work on these cars and the staff are absolutely some of the worst people I’ve had to deal with.Save your time just go to clear choice Lexus or north side Lexus or any other dealship where they will value you and your car
I have been patiently waiting for Larry Miller to get back to me in regards to my last service visit. My mum brought her RX 350 for service and Amber was her advisor. I own a Lexus LS 460, which we bought from Sterling McCall Lexus. My mum had her 40K service visit, and for some reason, she told my Mum to pay for a BG product to clean the fuel injector as part of the service. My mum is super trusting and she believed her, yet on the service manual, it does not show it had to be done (attached). I have over 150K+ miles on my LS 460 and I have never done this service and my car runs smoothly! Amber truly took advantage of my mum being a suburban housewife.I called Larry Miller personally and emailed him to tell him the situation. He told me he was going to check with Amber and get back to me right away. I waited patiently, never hearing back from him. I sent him 5 emails as well to follow up - 0 response! Is this the customer service you expect from a luxury dealership?To make matters worse, I gave them another opportunity to redeem themselves. The RX 350 got into an accident a month later and I brought it back to Sterling McCall for repair. The estimate I received was $3,000; I told the service advisor Marlon Romero, we are willing to give them $3,000 of business if you are able to rectify this mistake and give us a credit for this rubbish BG fuel injector product, which was not even in the service manual! Marlon is super nice, he spoke to Larry himself and Larry did not even have the audacity to ring me back himself as he promised. Marlon rang me back saying they cannot do anything about the previous situation, even if it was their fault. He felt bad about the situation, his hands were tied. Larry could have made things right - he chose not to. I took my RX 350 and got it towed to another dealership.To make matters worse Sterling McCalls quote was so inflated I was shocked! They told me I needed new rims, as they were irreparable, which I found out from several dealerships that were not the case. I was able to get my rims repaired along with purchasing 2 new tires and the damages for a total price of $1,000 from a certified Lexus dealer. Thank you Sterling McCall for saving me $2,000! If it wasnt for how petty they were and their lack of response I would have gladly done my entire repair at their shop. Its truly a shame as for the last 10+ years we have been taking our cars here. We love the location and convenience and thats why most people go here. We have options, highly recommend Northside or Westside Lexus, they truly want to earn your business and wont try to take advantage of you and lie about things that need to be replaced, when they can easily be repaired. I wanted Sterling McCall to resolve this pending situation, however, they couldnt be bothered given how busy they are and their lack of communication. Highly recommend you choose another Lexus dealership in Houston for your needs, luckily we live in the 4th largest city in America and have other options.
I have been to this dealer a few times. I bought my car at another dealer because I was not very happy with the sales person that we got. Today was my first service. The person who took my car was not the same one I picked up from. The person that helped me checked out actually is the reason why they did not get a worse review. He was very nice and welcoming. Not that the person in the morning was not nice, he just was simply generic and not extremely welcoming. I had a few questions (given that it was my first time there) and he just made me feel unwelcome. This is why they get 3 instead of a 4.
Had a great experience with my car servicing yesterday! The staff are professional, efficient and conscientious. James in particular took accountability for my service even though he wasn’t assigned - he made it his commitment to complete the service end to end within a fast timeframe. I live far away, but will be returning to this location for all my car services in the future!
Have always experience courteous and professionalism at this location. I enjoy the ability to get text message updates and there are quiet areas where you can work or read without interrupting. The environment is very clean and comfortable.
The 70,000 mile service worked so well because Crystal Soto gave me an appointment. Raven backed her up on my arrival. Even with my unrepairable tire problem and thus two new tires, it was an efficient trip. My time is valuable and Crystal made it worthwhile.

Had trouble due to dead battery. I was going to be late for appointment waiting on roadside service but the receptionist was very nice and changed it for a later time. I was promptly assisted and a new battery was needed. Because of some warranty coverage, I wasable to get it at a low cost. My tech, Marlon was professional, personable and very cordial.The waiting area is always clean and stocked with refreshments during your wait. I was out of there earlier than anticipated and left feeling confident that issues with my vehicle were corrected.
I have been coming to this Lexus dealership for 6 years and today had the most excellent customer service from Michael Alf. He was very personable, informative and kind. On a busy Saturday he did everything he could to expedite our wait time! Im really impressed by the way we were treated by not only Michael but also the Manager Paul Zapata. This was the best experience buying a car I have ever had in 25 years of buying cars. From finding the car we want, to getting financing signed, to driving home, it went smoothly. When issues arose with the car we wanted, they proactively worked to correct it. I am actually looking forward to buying my next car from here.
Customer service was great. Got me in and out within a reasonable amount of time. My assigned rep was attentive, kept me updated, and delivered great customer service. In addition, one of the service dept reps let me use her phone charger while I waited. Only slight issue was the slight motor oil smell in my car and some a few smears of a shiny substance on my back seat. The towel in my car removed the smears and riding around with windows open got rid of the smell. All in all, a pretty good car maintenance experience. Is one of the many reasons I have a Lexus!
This is the second time I bring my Lexus to this location for services. They are very helpful and communication at its finest. I had a very busy day that day so I couldn’t wait for my car to be done, Marcos was nice enough to help me with a loaner to run my errands. Definitely recommend!

My service provider, Raven S, was great and attentive. Your facilities were clean and great. However, I received a text that my car service was complete on 3:40p. When I came up to the desk to inquire about payment, I was told the car would be in the way soon. I waited until 4:35p for the car to be ready. Why send me a text when the car wasn’t actually ready? Also, when I scheduled the service appointment, I clicked on a $10 coupon and it wasn’t applied. Had to send a screenshot to Raven of the email promotion to get the discount. Seems two systems don’t talk to one another.

Dropped off my vehicle for a 30,000 service and was blown away by the honesty and quality of work from this dealership. On top of the major service, they literally replaced my rotors, brakes, and brake pads due to a squeaking concern I had(bought the vehicle CPO) and finished in a prompt fashion. Jonathan Alzate gave me daily updates and arranged for a last minute loaner with ease! Thanks!
They provided a complete purchase order signed by the manager. I signed it also and sent it back to them. We HAD a deal! When I arrived to finalize the papers and get the car, they told me that the $1500 discount on the PO was dependent on me financing with them. That was never mentioned verbally or in writing prior to me arriving to pick up the car. So, in order to get the deal, I had to finance with Lexus at 3.99% instead of my credit Union at 2.45%. A deal IS A DEAL! I hate being TOOK once they have me hooked and I really want the particular car! They know they have the leverage and they use it. They should have honored the signed and agreed PO. A warning to potential buyers to be very careful when dealing with these people.
Online scheduling was easy. Checkin process was easy. Service was suppose to take ~2 hr 15 min. Received a text message to be able to message my service advisor. I sent multiple texts after I had been waiting 3 hours. No response. Then attempted to call the service advisor on their cell phone (given on business card). Again no answer or call back. I had to call the main dealership number and go through the phone tree to reach the service desk, who then told me my vehicle was already ready. No one had decided to reach out to let me know my car had been ready. It’s annoying that I pay for servicing and they don’t value my time to let me know vehicle has been done for who knows how long. If the servicing is going to take longer than expected, that’s understandable, but at least let me know! I picked up the vehicle and came home, after which I received another text message saying my vehicle is complete.
What an experience! Concierge service at its best! I went to drop off my car much earlier than my appointment time and Amber had me out in my loaner car in less than ten minutes. Upon returning, my car was spotless and ready. And, I checked out in less than 10 minutes! I’m a completely satisfied and happy customer.

Our past experience has been very positive. We’ve been there religiously for regular maintenance. However, this last week it was dismal. We had our regular scheduled maintenance done as well as body work on a minor damage to our bumper. They said it will be done the next day. I called and texted the following day to get status update. Crickets. When we went to pick it up on the second day, we saw the paint job on the bumper was not good at all. There are scratches where there wasn’t before next to the paint job. We waited for 40 minutes as they said they’ll wash and vacuum the car. Guess what. Not done. As we were in a hurry for an appointment we had to leave. I am not sure but it appears the service there has gone downhill. I hope management takes note. I am just one customer but this is unacceptable, and I am quite certain others have similar experiences.

Bad Customer Service!!!They gave wrong information on vehicles. They stereotype me when I walked through the door. I had a $25k check in my purse ready to purchase a car but the lady showed me cars with salvaged titles and didn’t tell me up front. I caught the Vietnamese lady who knew nothing about cars talking about me to one of her coworkers.If you are a minority you’ll be stereotyped at this place. Don’t waste your time or money.

I was in the area for the weekend and unfortunately got a flat tire. Due to the location of the foreign object, no one would patch it and I had to get a new tire. Most places don’t carry the size tires that I needed, so the dealer was my best option. Sterling McCall got me right in even though I didn’t have an appointment. My service advisor, Jairo, was great and made sure that I understood what needed to be done and that was comfortable while I waited. If I am ever in the area again and need service for my Lexus, I will definitely head to Sterling McCall.

I was very impressed how they had restructured the offices of the service advisors so that they were present and close by when you drove in to the service areas. You were kept abreast of the status of your car service via text message. You could pay your bill online. All of this added an additional measure of safety during this time of covid. You were given full documentation of the service provided. I was pleased with the service previously but they have adjusted well during the pandemic.

Recently, i purchased a car from Sterling McCall Lexus. Upon entering the dealership, i was greeted by a friendly and personable sales associate. He introduced himself as Matt Kelleher. I was looking for a very specific car and he went over and above to make sure i got what i wanted. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful and he really delivered on upholding my expectations. Every one of the staff members were pleasant and respectful. I even had a great time speaking with the finance manager, Alan Saad. Fun guy! If you want a smooth sales experience, this is the place to go!

Rock the Salesman was absolutely fantastic with his knowledge, assistance and follow through with the sale. The New Car Sales Manager was outstanding with his professionalism and both the Finance assistant and Finance Manager were also outstanding. I highly recommend all those that helped my wife and I to get a wonderful vehicle. I give all the people we met and helped us a rating of 100! This is 20 times the Rating of 5.

Took my moms 2019 NX 300 here for service this morning and just wasted my time. I spent over 3 days setting up the appointment over email with Barbara Robertson. She said an oil change would be $74, which is more than I pay for my vehicle, but I said its a dealership and at least they inspect and top off all other fluids and do a tire rotation at the same time (based on what I read on their website). Well, when I get there this morning Im upsold to a $212.85 service that actually includes everything I thought was already included. I wasted an hour of my Saturday morning just to drive to this dealership from Sugar Land and drive through their Service Department bay for fun. On the way out I ask the service tech to print out the service quote for me to show my mom, and after getting home I realize she gave me a quote for a 2014 ES 350. What a waste.
My service agent (Carl Sousa) met and exceeded my expectations. He clearly explained what had to be done on my vehicle and kept me updated every step of the way. His estimation of the time my vehicle would be ready was also spot on.
First experience with the service department since I purchased my vehicle. Everyone was very nice, explained exactly where I needed to go and service was very quick. Was very pleased.
My husband and I worked with Ilya Zaretsky during the dreaded 2021 car shortage crisis. Luckily for us, Mr. Zaretsky was amazing. He gave us all the information we needed to decide what car was right for us and was polite and professional during every conversation. I would refer anyone to him - my friends, my mom, my grandma, your grandma - anyone. If you go visit this dealership, or even if you are just shopping online, Mr. Zaretsky is the way to go. He isnt going to push you or rush you into anything and THAT is worth a lot.
I’m a new Lexus owner. Have been really enjoying my vehicle, but was looking forward to enjoying the service that comes with being a Lexus owner. When I purchased my vehicle the wonderful sales representative explained the special features that Lexus gives their customers for owning a luxury vehicle, including complimentary car detailing with any service. Well I took my vehicle in today for service to drive off the faculty noticing that my car was not cleaned from inside, not even vacuuming. I was disappointed and left a message for my service representative, whom still hasn’t returned to my call. My purpose in inquiring about this is to know what I should expect. If the sales representative told us we should expect the car to get detailed then we should at least get it returned clean. I’m disappointed.
I went in for my 10k service yesterday and my service advisor was Mike. He is the best in the game. Clearly communicated what service was gonna take place and made it easy. Highly recommend working with him if you go to this dealership!

Stands behind you while you sitting in your car so that you have to turn to speak with them.I was most upset to find out that even when you make a service appointment for a simple oil change that you have to wait in the order you arrived. In my case they said I would need to wait around 3 hours “more or less”.What is the the point of scheduling service?I asked for a loaner. They had them but did not think it worth giving me one.The manager Holly was asked by Mathew if I could have one. They were standing in front of my car. She wouldn’t make eye contact. She walked by my car with my window down and wouldn’t look me in the eye. Common decency would have been to look someone in the eye and tell them your decision, rather than relaying it through the service consultant… all this happened 5 feet from my car…
Very attentive staff and excellent service. They made the process of servicing my car so seamless. I had the best experience with them and will recommend them to friends and family.
My service consultant Raven was very nice and helpful. Actually, everyone that I came in contact with that worked there was polite and courteous, down to the beverage attendant.
Truly fantastic. I have nothing but great things to say about Sterling McCall Lexus. They truly went way way above and beyond to take care of me.QI had to bring my car in for a repair (due to a part recall) and this was the closest Lexus dealership that deals with those repairs.From start to finish they were shockingly good. My schedule is a little hectic, but they worked with me and was able to get me the most convenient appointment. They offered a loaner car or Uber (in case it was needed). Then, they kept me in the loop and answered any questions via text with any updates to the vehicle.They finished it quickly, and pulled the car up to me. They actually detailed and cleaned the outside and inside (and inside was a huge mess from kids)...and to my surprise they completely filled up my tank!!I have zero cons to say about this experience. Even all of the workers had great customer service skills.. all very friendly and accommodating!!Great job, Sterling! It all went so smoothly that I left there wanting to go back and buy another car! Hands down best service Ive received decades!
I made an appointment with KG and he gave me his full attention throughout the day, as we found the Lexus ES350 that was right for me! This was not the car I thought I would purchase, but with KGs knowledge about the Lexus product, I was able to make my decision, and feel great about it! The floor room and customer service rooms were inviting, and I know coming for service will be a pleasant experience. Finance department was courteous, friendly, and respectful, and I know that I choose the best Lexus products, and received the best interest rate with my purchase. Took a long time but overall good experience. My sales person, Andy, was very nice although we initially told him we were going to another dealership to compare deals. He was never rude about it and I appreciated that. It is one of the reasons we came back.
