Have had service here a few times, first time in since the remodel. Dropping off was super easy and pleasant and I wasnt tossed out for dropping off 30 minutes early. Love the automatic bay doors, nice touch! Everyone I passed was very pleasant and offered greetings. Bathroom was clean. Tons of room to wait and not feel cramped, good for my anxiety. Complimentary beverages and snacks. Forgot to mention that when I dropped off it was one of those I gotta have it back by scenarios. But hey, what do you do when the brakes are grinding and your 4k over on the oil change. The staff made it happen and even gave me payment options if needed. Had a wheel refinished to remove scratches. They did a great job and were timely on the repair. Obtained a loaner for the day with no issues. Could do a better job in general around overall friendliness (vehicle loaner team) and attentiveness when customers arrive. Waited a good amount of time picking up my vehicle before I was acknowledged to receive help even though there were numerous service reps in the garage.

Although sales representative tried her best to be helpful this place has very low inventory. Also asking for a 1k non-refundable deposit for bringing in a car that is across town is ludicrous. That said after all my research Lexus is one of most safe and reliable vehicles, and am happy with my purchase.

I would make a personal recommendation of Elmer or David, but the entire team is professional and you can expect a high level of service from any representative. I was so satisfied with my last visit with Elmer, I finally decided to write a review to help anyone who needs some advise. Elmer is not high pressure sales oriented, he is customer oriented and looks out for the best interest of his customers and the Lexus vehicle. Elmer provided multiple options for my service, at different cost levels and benefits, and sat with me to make a decision on which route to choose. We were researching new cars through consumer reports and Sterling McCall responded with the best deal of any others. I was very skeptical due to both the price and the fact that they would match the trade amount for our current car; however, when we go to the dealership, our salesman Alberto was wonderful, patient, and warm. I dont know what was going on with the service advisor David, but it took 30 days to get my car back from being serviced with an oil change, full detail, and a small issue with the valve cover gaskets. It took a conversation with the service manager to get a loaner after 25 days without a loaner vehicle. The service advisor David didnt give me any updates or an idea when my vehicle would be done. The service manager helped me much better than David, and he got my problems fixed including getting a loaner in the last 5 days. I dont know what to say, if you cant afford not having a vehicle for this amount of time, maybe you should think about it before dropping your vehicle off.

Purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Sterling McCall Lexus recently (like two weeks ago)and I asked the salesman what’s the return policy should I change my mind or if something goes wrong with the vehicle, the salesman told me that there is no return/no warranty policy once you buy it it’s yours.I went ahead and purchased the vehicle, because it was a great deal and a very nice vehicle. Maybe a week almost two weeks into enjoying my purchase, I noticed that my AC was no longer blowing cold. I called the dealership back and another salesman tells me that there is a return/warranty policy, it’s 5 days and or 250 miles.Needless to say now I have to get this issue taken care of because of the careless of the salesman and I should’ve researched this further myself. Just do your homework!!!

I went on Friday at 4:30pm with my airbag warning light on. I googled it real fast and I saw where the seat belts wouldn’t engage with this warning so I drove straight to the dealership. They said they would work but the airbags wouldn’t and put me in a loaner car for the weekend since they would t be able to get to it til Monday. They fixed the sensor and reset the light and I had my car on Tuesday. Mind you my car is a 2013 RX, not new but they went above and beyond to take care of me regardless. I called and emailed about getting photos of a vehicle (the photos were not available on the website) and for some odd reason they could not give me the photos. A gentleman over the phone said he would send them to me within 15 minutes but I never got them. I tried to get photos from the general manager and never received the photos. I went with another competitor that same day who had the vehicle around the same price, less mileage and its a year newer.My suggestion to this place would be to take all inquires seriously and respond a little more promptly please. The good news is the staff seem friendly and professional but communication about inquiries need to improve in my opinion. Im not saying dont buy from here but proceed with caution when inquiring about a vehicle. I think my experience is not common based on the reviews Ive read here.

Worse dealership to assist with maintenance on a vehicle once you buy the car your pretty much on your own to find some to work on your car. Would not recommend this place to someone I didn’t like.

Dennis arranged for us to get a loaner car so we could run a few nearby errands and he communicated via text of the progress of our car. The service I received was good until I got home and checked the oil level, the washer fluid level and the coolant level. The washer fluid level and the coolant level had not been touched. There was none showing in either container. The wash job on the car was excellent. I can only assume the other checks were done on the car for example tire pressures and brake pad etc.

I live in Beaumont this is the closest Lexus dealer for one of my recalls they were very Accommodating since I have a busy work schedule and wasn’t able to just stay there with my car and bug it’s fixed that was given a loaner car the service is actually done sooner than expected. everyone is very nice great customer service. better Lexus dealership I have been too! I highly recommend using them as your dealers choice

Poor customer service. We enter the sales floor and was either racially profiled by other minorities and whites and/or experienced the worst customer service ever. Either way, I wasnt spending my money there. They minimized our presence and profiled us as not being serious buyers and I feel it was based on color. The moment a caucasian couple entered the door, they were immediately greeted by the caucasian sales girl.

I just purchased my 5th Lexus from Sterling McCall Lexus of Clear Lake. My sales person has ALWAYS been Glenn Russum. Glenn is always a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge of these cars knows no bounds. He seems to always know what I want before I do and always seems to have it in stock. Car shopping can be horrible. This was very laid back, no pressure and I had completed my car purchase, including test driving, in less than 3 hrs. Our salesman Isidoro was helpful and very straightforward about costs. Would definitely buy here again.
