Had a good experience with headlight replacement. Mark was very helpful suggesting how to achieve to look I was wanting. Work was performed in a timely manner. They even fixed other issues I had on my 2013 Durango RT. I would recommend them for sure.

Great place if you need anything light related. I ordered my LED headlight bulbs from Oracle online and had some problems with them not working after I installed them. So I went to the local Oracle dealer and they got everything fixed up for me. Everyone there was very nice and helpful.

My family has had a lot of work on a 2010 Camaro. We have had issues with some of the products but they have stood behind all of their products we have put on this car. We have spent thousands of dollars in lights for our sons car and he enjoys all of his lights! I have been here so much they are like family!! Will continue coming here. My Oracle lights are working well 🤔 Apparently they did not check my headlights though 😳 unfortunately when I picked it up I did not check them as well 🤔 I tried to take my car out tonight for the 1st time After they did the work Right headlight would not work Only get to drive my car on the weekend couldnt take it out tonight because right headlight would not come on 🤬will take it back tomorrow finish my review then 🥲😪 They fixed my issue on Monday Only a wire that was not connected no big deal would recommend

I have had previous work done here before. I would say that first time I came in, I wanted white plasmas on my headlights plus a led strip in the housing as well. Roughly $950 paid for just those. They were pretty professional and kept me up to date sending me pictures along the way. It looked amazing. I received my vehicle and they told me that I needed to go buy a new plastic housing protector to keep condensation or water from getting into my headlights because they have to make an incision to run the wires into the lenses. Not to sure why they werent able to do it themselves and now requires me to do it whenever they caused the issue. Anyway decided not to worry about it and on days it rained or whenever I washed my truck, the lenses would fog up with water immediately. Had to let the heat of the sun to fix it. Was embarrassing. Plus, it could potentially damage the wiring. I did have this for about a year without any problems. Never had to go back, but I should have told them to fix my problem there instead of having to find someone else to do it for me.Weaknesses: Long appointment dates, Mediocre quality, Stupid Expensive, Lengthy serviceStrengths: Customer Service, Life-time Warranty

Quick & easy install...I bought the Oracle high powered 7 LED with color changing halos online and was going to do the install myself. The rain changed mind and I call the guys at Oracle Houston. I got an appt the next day. They finished the install very quickly, and at a great price. I was expecting to pay a lot more. They went over how to use the controller and program colors. And, they said to stop by anytime if I needed any additional. It would be great if they had a Sugar Land location, too.

Came in to Orical Lighting with an issue on my Jeeps headlights. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They provided me with a loaner vehicle seen my truck stayed overnight. My Jeep was repaired on a timely manner and pricing was very fair.

I ordered a part from this place and they said that the part was made for my car got the part in and it doesn’t even fit close to where it’s suppose to fit and I’ve called called and called and the girl at the front desk is rude they won’t give the money back or in my case I was willing to send back the part so they could at least send me the right part for my car and they won’t accept anything beware I spent over 1000 dollars and they won’t even try anything to resolve the situation do not buy from this company they are a scam Meagan was the name of the girl who answered the phone and when she said she couldn’t do anything and I was trying anything to see if we could resolve this she laughed and said tough luck

Such lovely work for the expensive price you paid. I noticed after I hit the switch and my halos didnt turn on. Popped the panel off and saw this mess. Wires were glued on their heavely as well as the switch. I am just amazed at the low quality of work from a high quality company. Now I need to carefully remove the gunk myself, buy a new switch and try to rewire with whats left.

Andy is very helpful the leds seem like okay quality, showroom is nice, they seemed to be understocked for basic bulbs. Some of the products on display looked good. I got a few leds 2 seemed cheap and i need to return them the other stuff no problem.

Poor customer service

STAY AWAY!!!Would give this zero stars given the option. I bought an HID headlight set less than a year ago and I was told they would have a lifetime warranty on parts as well as labor. Yesterday one of the lights went out and when I called the store it turns out they are now closed / bought out and the new store at a new location on clay road now are only resellers and they have to charge me for labor and shipping. Best advice I was given was to uninstall the headlight, bench test the ballast and bulb and ship it myself to save money instead of them doing it, or buy a 15 dollar halogen bulb while they take however long to fix my issue. Not to mention they will charge me labor for reinstallation. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Go to someone reputable and avoid the mistake I made. The gentleman at their ‘new store’ Andy is very helpful but it seems like his hands are tied. The store has the Oracle name but I fail to see how you can’t back that while claiming that you’re a reseller. Seems they are using the Oracle name for publicity. I was upsold and I took the hook. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! Spend your hard earned money at a reputable place.

Do not use these guys. They are rude and DO NOT SUPPORT OUR TROOPS. These guys are trying to charge me for missing an appointment with THEM due to official military affairs. Not only were they rude about it but any company who treats our men and women in uniform this way should be exposed for who they really are.

Will never be going to ORACLE again. I took my CTS-V headlights there to have them opened up and repainted. All the work was completed. I thought everything looked great until I went to install them on the car.They used so much glue to reattach the lens, that there is a 1/4 gap between the headlamp and the fender. The headlamp does not fit all the way anymore because all the glue they used to reattach the lens has actually pushed the lens out too far from the housing. Now all I can hope for is that this glue issue wont cause a problem with getting the front bumper to fit.Long story short, ORACLE ruined my headlamps. Ill have to find someone else to fix the problem they created.

I purchased a set of pre-built headlight assemblies with Halos for my 2009 Challenger SRT. To my surprise these lights came straight from China. I shrugged it off at first and began to install the headlights in which required me to remove the front bumper. After install the lights looked great. After a week or so the passenger side headlight started to take on excessive amounts of condensate. Oracle told me that this was common in aftermarket lights. Meanwhile, my driver side light was perfectly dry. The condensate got worse and worse in my passenger light to the point where the lens looked faded and dull from a distance. Tapping on the light would send droplets of water down the inside of the lens to pool inside the headlight. Oracle told me because they were installed any factory warranty was now voided. They wouldnt stand behind their $800 dollar mistakes.Over winter they continued to hold water while it was in my temperature controlled garage under a car cover. Recently (its roughly only been less than 6 months in which only two of those months was the car driven) after some work to the engine (unrelated, cam) I started the vehicle up and my brother noticed the inner passenger halo completely out. At this point I had to unplug my driver side inner halo so it didnt look completely ridiculous. Shortly after the passenger side outer halo started to flicker. It is now almost completely failing. My driver side remains dry and operational.Oracle wont do anything about it. Ive tried reaching out to them on social media accounts in the past as well. Dont spend your hard earned money with these guys. Theyre crooks. I should have spent the extra cash to have my OEM housings retrofitted with quality LEDs from a place like diode dynamics.Cannot recommend these guys. If they stood behind their product Id likely have a different story all together, although removing your bumper isnt the most fun task.

She said there was nothing they could do to fix this or would even do the courtesy to let me take them back to get them resized to fit. So anyone need 800 dollars worth of brand new useless parts hmu! This place blows, once they have your money they could careless about customer satisfaction. Plenty of better places to get accessories.

I would not recommend using this companyOrdered lights last Christmas for my scion frs, even spoke with one of their tech to make sure we were getting the right parts. He said they will come ctusome size to fit my car . They upsold us, and we bought the extra part that they said we needed, I finally decided to install the lights with the good weather.Come to find out the ring they sent dont even fit my car, they r way to big . I tried calling to see if maybe they can even resize them for me and if I sent them back in .Their customer support megan, just laughed and said sense its out of the 30 day return policy nothing they cant do anything for me .I told her i just wanted them resized sense I did not get the right size the first time, didnt want my money back or anything . Just wanted what I brought the first time .So needless to say I have 600 dollars of lights, I cant use.

Im only giving one star because I have to, otherwise it would be zero. I spoke to a lady named Megan and she didnt know much about their products. After asking her questions she finally said look our products are from China so i cant give you specs about it, are you going to buy something or not. SHE IS VERY RUDE AND NEEDS ALOT OF TRAINING, NOT ONLY FOR PARTS BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. She even admitted after 30 days you are pretty much screwed if anything goes wrong. Why would i spend my money here if there isnt any knowledge behind the product and especially coming from China. Based on the other reviews, i can see where multiple ppl have had issues after they buy products from here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
