The salesman there on Saturday, June 12, answered our many questions about multiple products in the store, and shared interesting information about back health, despite the fact that he knew we were visitors in town and probably were not going to purchase a product from his store. Granted, we were the only people in the store, so it was maybe worth his time to educate us. He really seemed to know his stuff. Items in the store were out of our price range, but this seems a good place for people willing to pay a high price for ultimate back comfort.

Sales person greeted us as we walked in, and guided Nick to a chair that had massage for the back. that was a start but then she suggested the seat cushion and the adjustable back cushion. that was perfect. she transacted the purchase quickly and accuratly.

The manager, Tim, is so helpful and takes time with you. Its always a pleasure shopping there. I bought a CPAP pillow there that ended up being perfect for me.

Have bought a bed and recently purchased a power recliner that has a massage feature and now I run to get in the chair at t he end of every day! Sometimes I even fall asleep in this comfortable chair.

I had a wonderful experience at this location of Relax the Back. Roland was extremely helpful and a true an educator. Roland taught me about spine alignment and why my bedding and pillows matter. I went in because my neck was hurting every morning. Because of Roland & Relax the Back, I wake up every morning without pain, alert and feeling rested. Roland listened to all of my concerns and questions and offered sound advice. Honestly, I am sleeping a better and feeling fully rested when I wake up every morning. Thank you, Roland. The attendant that help me was very friendly and knowledgeable.I came in for a sacra-ease for my back and in addition she saw my condition and asked me if I was sleeping well, which I was not, then she proceeded to show me how I probably was dealing with my pain and she mimic the very same movements that I had been doing in bed, needless to say I was sold on that and walked out with the Slope Knee Lift and the Sleep Side Sleeper and it improved my sleep and rest. I now sleep like a baby....no, no, more like a log. Thank you Relax the Back

Roland was a tremendous help as I was purchasing an ergonomic chair for my work station at home. He took over 1 hour with me at the shop and listened to my concerns and problems and then showed me multiple options for addressing my problems. He was easy to work with and not pushy in any way - just supportive and empathetic the whole time. He helped me purchase my custom chair and advised that getting a doctors prescription for an ergonomic chair would remove the need to pay taxes on the chair. Once the chair was delivered to his shop, he offered to come set up the chair at my home for no cost so the chair would be exactly fitted to my home work station. I could not have had a better experience and am so grateful for having met Roland. I highly recommend this location and working with Roland.

The staff are very knowledgable on home and office ergonomics! They have been a huge help to me on finding special ergonomic office equipment as well as a good pillow. I appreciate that they take the time to make sure the equipment is well suited for your particular needs.

Roland Galindo was helpful and informative. He educated me on pillow weight and what is recommended for people of different sizes. For example, smaller people need about a 3 lb pillow while others might need a higher elevated pillow. Finding the right pillow can help with sleep and avoid neck pains. Besides that Relax the Back sells various things that will improve health and posture such as standing desks, flexible chairs, etc. Also thank you for educator event!

Excellent service. Roland came to my house and expertly installed a new cover and pad for my 5 year old zero gravity chair.. at no charge.. I say run, don’t walk to this location. The service at the Kirby store is sub-par.

The staff Tim was very helpful and even came over to the house on time to measure our bed frame to get it right. The Delivery guys were George and Lucia was very hardworking, fast and friendly. Very pleased with the service.

Mediocre at best. If you get massages regularly I definitely wouldn’t recommend. My Massause kept stopping to talk to potential new customers walking in which was annoying, but her skills weren’t matched to the high prices. I’d recommend ordering a Massause from Soothe- they come to your home, don’t charge as much and you won’t have any distractions and neither will they.

I have found the staff knowledgeable and able to recommend producs that would help me. When there is a range, they seem to have my good in mind. And they put a lot of effort into getting something so simple as a replacement caster for a desk. So they service what they sell.

I have to say that I have never experienced this quality of customer service that Dan Sconce has.extendid o me. I am almost 62 yrs old. I have had 4 major neck and back surgeries this year. Dan went way beyond his depths to help me find and end up with the perfect chair for my needs. Kinda hard for me to decide while going through these surgeries... I have the Dreamaker Chair and it is awesome but not quite enough firmness, but an awesome fit. I am exchanging it only because I need more firmness. I want to say that Dan has been has given me comfort while going through my surgeries to decide which chair is best..... WIth Gratatude, Glenda Goodwin....
