We explained to her we wanted a mattress for a guest bedroom and most guests would be our older parents and she showed us several mattresses in different price points, thoroughly explained pros and cons of each and then gave us space to decide. Never mattress shopped before. Went in on the Wednesday before Black Friday with my boyfriend, and Gloria was such a pleasure to work with. We never felt pressured into a decision or rushed, and she was very accommodative. She was very informative and also helped us get the best bang for our buck. We are moving in a month but wanted to make sure and scoop up the holiday deals, Gloria and the store manager Sydney were able to hold the delivery until our move and keep the process super simple for scheduling. Sydney also helped us get the correct color sheet set after we were sent the wrong ones in our pillow bundle! Super easy, super friendly & make this adulting thing not so scary! :)

Sydney is a great salesperson. Listens carefully and advises and explains what’s best for you. I took two stars off because:1. The pillow I tried in the store was different from what ended up on my order and what was delivered. Because pillows cannot be returned, I was facing new charges for two pillows that actually fit my needs. These are each $50 more expensive than the pillows that were ordered and delivered. Sydney offered me one pillow that is the right one. So the person sleeping next to me will have to manage with stacking the other two bad pillows or I will still need to buy another pillow for $150. Now I have to pay $150 for an extra pillow and I have two bad pillows that I can’t use at all.2. At delivery, the guy was 30 min early and didn’t call me ahead to let me know. He also showed me the notes to my order and said: ‘look, nowhere it says that I have to call you ahead’. I had to wait for my bed to be assembled first and the guys from Cantoni were busy doing that. The guy from MattrressFirm told me he can leave the mattress and box and the Cantoni guys can help me putting it on the bed once assembled. When I got mad and said it’s not my fault that they arrived early, and that they have to give Cantoni their time to assemble the bed, he waited patiently and brought the mattress and box inside once the actual scheduled delivery window started.

My husband and I didn’t know where to start and Ze help us the all way through until we completed our new bed. Ze, thank you all your help.

I had the absolute best experience with this store. My fiancee and I have been on the market for a new bed to replace our cheap, old, fragile IKEA bed. Our old IKEA bed was causing us both back pain. The associate in the store (Eduardo) was extremely nice and professional. He helped us pick the right bed by letting us test multiple beds.We ended up getting a nice Sleepy Hush soft bed. They had an incredible sale going on that allowed us to get a free base ($499 value). In addition, the bed showed up in less than 48 hours! What an amazing deal.
