I visit this store from time to time. They always have nice items that catch my eye but today was the moment of Truth. I purchased a new six seat dining room set (elegant) with two leafs and two extra chairs and received a server for free. The furniture is heavy and good quality. I could not have gotten a better deal any where else. I also purchased a Broyhill five drawer chest for my bedroom at a very reasonable price. I recommend this store to everyone. They so kit have a large selection of furniture but what is in the store is really nice. Here is the design of the cabinet...please check your furniture before leaving the grounds. Open your boxes and at the products. My table was cracked.

I went to the furniture bank and was able to get a full bedroom set and queen bed thanks to the folks from Santa Maria. The folks even kicked in some beautiful paintings and two suede chairs. The staff was extremely polite and pleasant. Everyone respected social distancing and wore masks as well. I will be going back. The furniture is very good quality donated material. I was very impressed with everyone. The delivery personnel came in their truck, but called 40 min out. All around excellent service.

I love this placeI can get nice things for an affordable price or basic things for downright inexpensive depending on my needs and project. Ive furnished two transitional homes partly with items from their showroom, but also bought pieces for my own personal home and a property my husband and I air bnb out.

Got a great deal on a brand new that’s right BRAND NEW power reclining loveseat. Not only does it look great but rides even better. Bought it at about a 3rd of retail price. They also have huge selection of new and gently used furniture at really good prices. Check it out you will not be disappointed! Plus it goes to a good cause... What’s not to love?

Front receptionist extremely RUDE. Cut me off when trying to ask questions while there for a pick up..I have absolute nothing and left with a mattress and box spring. Was suppose to have metal frame. Left in tears. Was soo excited. That lady destroyed the entire experience.

They have a nice selection of furniture and other items for the home for sale to the public. Theres a secondary function, where other non-profit organizations come, and purchase furniture for low-income families. Clean facility and Great Staff!

I received a full house of donated furniture, including full living room and bedroom set. There are also items for public to purchase and everything is nice and well kept. Before you go to a department store, stop here. You may find exactly what youre looking for at a reasonable price. All purchases help fund donation center.

I was told by an Harris County Official, since I am a homeless disabled veteran that I could qualify for assistance with furniture. I visited the store 2 times and was told by an employee to get with a partner agency and they would help. I asked who to contact, and was told you have to send an email, and they would direct me or help match me up.So after 3 emails and several phone calls (person answering phone was extremely rude) The emails were robo replies with really no helpful info except the last one which directed me to Star of Hope. They want me to quit my job and come live there.... lol really no help in progressing forward.I think the Sponsors are being mislead, as well as the community.lmao thanks for the timely reply 2 months later, all done now.

What an incredible resource the Houston Furniture bank is kind efficient professional friendly staff meeting all of the customers needs with their purchasing or receiving Furniture as gifts by voucher most amazing experience in a long time for me its by Hobby Airport off of Mosley a little bit of a drive but well worth it youre looking for something to do during the day or on the weekend go to Houston Furniture Bank

Unfortunately we didnt find what we were looking for here. But I would definitely search here again if in need of something else in the future. They have a very nice selection of items and were very friendly.

The chick that attended me was very nice and understanding. Specially with what I am going through. She was kind enough to give me some kind of discount. I have been here many times to buy gently used furniture. The older guy that has been there for years is also very nice but has never given me any kind of discount or even tried to negotiate a good price. Go to the chick if youre having financial issues. She seems like she may be able to be more lenient on the more expensive furniture that is not part of the furniture that they give away. She did not mention she can give discounts or anything of that sort but I am assuming based on my experience she MAY be able to help a little more than the guy. This place has by far the best used furniture than any other donation place I have been to but it is also a little on the pricier side. Also, keep in mind that if you have not been here in a while, they will not have the same selection or amount of items as they once did when they were located on the Gulf Fwy and Hussion.

We love this place! We got are hole dinning room set here.... I love how this pleace helps out family in need.... I would rather spend my money here because i know its going to a good place!!! Thank you guys for all ypur help!!!!!!!

They came today and placed my furniture anywhere! They gave me a table in the box and didnt fix it up they said they didnt have tools. All my bedrooms are upstairs and they started placing furniture downstairs they just come in and bring the furniture they dont set it up. I tried calling their customer service number and I kept getting a voicemail. If I can give them zero Stars I would!!! Im a highly upset customer I dont plan on doing business with them in the future.

The front desk person could be more friendlier I also think the prices on furniture thats been donated !!!way to high I thought it was to help people of low income There prices are close to RETAIL!!!!! I was very disappointed I even had to get a ride hoping to furnish my home after Harvey. Something isnt right!!!!!!!!

Was not impressed....first the woman I talked to was absolutely rude. Second...the prices on some of that stuff was ridiculous. I mean I know it was good stuff but it was too high. So..the thing that really turned me away was the horrible attitude I got..when I never met the woman. I know she could had a bad day but dealing the negative attitude impacts people.

The Furniture Bank is Awesome!! Ive dealt with the facility in its prior location going back nearly 15 years.They closely adhere to their practice of helping families. They provide a free service. Imagine. Youve lost everything and some one gives you beds tables chairs sheets and pillow cases.During Harvey FB gave furniture to over 1,000 families in just one month.FB has expanded its services, New and gently used furniture I wanted!!! .FB is doing sales of top of the line furniture to the general public. This allows it to operate and employ leaders with necessary skills to operate its recycling,manufacturing and the all important duty of serving the publics needs. FB has a new over70 thousand sq ft. facility..I had an outstanding visit there this week. I plan to volunteer there in February 2019.Proud to be a part of this American born Vision. Love you all!!

Got a brand new bed,and a pretty nice couch.

In 2018 they gave me a queen and two twin beds. That was my worst nightmare. The twin beds were infested with bed bugs.

Front receptionist extremely rude, unhelpful & unwilling to work with me. I mean if U dont like your job go find another one - attitude SO lousy it deterred me from pursuing desperately needed charity since being devastated by hurricane Harvey!!

My wife recently went in there and although shes been in there before this time was different. She went in there to buy a couch. After seeing the couch had a stain, she tried to negotiate and thats when they became rude. They belittled her in front of our children. If this is how they treat customers I want people to know so they dont go there to conduct business.
