Decent dealership but questionable service pricing. I know the old adage is that you should avoid service at the dealership,. However, my oil changes are covered here. Of course, the recommended maintenance is charged above and beyond that. On that note, the grand total additional charges for recommended 15k mile maintenance came to a whopping $324.85. The air filters alone were $119.53. I basically got the exact same parts at Auto Zone for roughly the cost of JUST the cabin air filter ($41.07 at the dealership). And I am not mechanically inclined at all, but I replaced them myself in the AutoZone parking lot with the help of YouTube in less than 10 minutes. Another really messed up aspect of this whole thing is that the dealership provides a video showing what needs to be done, for which they removed both air filters to shoot the video. So they basically did pointless labor with nothing to show for it. Even if they had been maybe 50% more than Auto Zone I would have just paid them to NOT have to do it myself, just for the convenience. And yes, I did point out a lot of these things while in the dealership, but it didnt seem to matter. So, Greenway Mazda, if you are looking for long-term customer loyalty, you need to do a lot better.

I had been trying to find a specific car and Greenway Mazda was my last stop as I was frustrated already & was told not to go there. I called before I got there to ask about a specific car & was connected to BENNETT. I told him what I was trying to do and asked questions before hand as I did not have time for any more bs that day & long story short I’m glad I was connected to him. He made my experience so smooth & easy. When I arrived he had the car already ready for my test drive he didn’t pressure me into trying to finance through them as I had already been financed by my bank. They asked of course but it was no pressure like most places. He was patient and waited on me to get everything taken care of and referred insurance. I spent less time there than anywhere I had been. He was so nice, & patient & didn’t try to get over or force anything. If you go to shop here ask for BENNETT

Not satisfied with buying and service experience at this place.Buying:First of all I was pushed to purchase a service contract and a gap insurance under condition that it will help to get the best APR (2% increase without taking them).In 30 days period I signed a cancellation of the service contract and the gap insurance, but it seems they forgot to process them. Only 3 months later after a few additional calls they started to process them, and it took additional 1-2 months to get money back.The only person I liked during the buying process is Curtis White. He was very kind, respectful and professional.Service:Service level is on the low level. When they replaced a caliper on my previous Mazda 3, the car was returned with air in the breaking system. I had to tap the break pedal on 40-50% before breaks were starting to work. Fortunately, after second turn to them they provided a loaner car, its the only thing that was good. Replacement of the caliper cost me $850.When I had an oil-change for my new Mazda CX-9 (Sep 28 4:20pm), they installed an oil filter with some defect and were ready to let me go before I showed them alert messages from Mazda Connect saying about low oil pressure and engine malfunction, after that they had to replace the filter with oil again. A few days later, I got the low oil level icon on the dashboard. I had to turn to the closest Mazda dealership in FL where they diagnosted the car against oil leaks and possible oil consuption, but didnt find anything, just added more oil and assumed that Greenway Mazda added not enough oil during the last oil change. At that moment the car had 5500 miles on the odometer. I had to spend 4-5 hours of my vacation time in FL to diagnose that problem. So, be careful when changing the oil in Greenway Mazda, check the oil level.

Nothing but good things to say about Greenway Mazda and the agents/managers Vincent and Jon Scott. Both went above and beyond to show me my car and made sure I was getting the best deal possible! Really appreciated how they expedited the paperwork as well in order to work with my schedule. Excellent dealership!

Sleazy tactics. Bogus fees. Once we started looking at numbers, they increased the sticker price of the car by $3000 without telling us and acted like it was a mistake when confronted (they made a 2018 car the same price as a new 2021). The salesman kept shuffling the papers and putting them on top of each other to try and confuse us and get us to sign. They also added $1000 extra random fees and when confronted said that was actually another mistake and that it usually was $2000 so that we were getting a deal. They promised us they wouldnt run our credit but did anyways.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PRE OWNED GET AWAY FROM THEM…. THEY “HAVE” TO INCLUDE $3000 ON “DEALER FEES”… Just think on a future how much you would end up paying and how much the car would be worth. I’m just giving them 1 star cause there’s nothing below that… poor customer service, lack of attention towards what the customer needs, and most important…. Extra fees…. Those extra fees they include besides the price and TTL are almost $3,000, they said they include those on every pre owned vehicle for sale so they wanted to include those on my deal when since the beginning I asked them if there were fees like that and they didn’t say nothing about them. Then I talked to 2 people about maybe they taking those extra fees off and they just said “they was sorry for the miscommunication”…. Get away from them

Horrible Sales Man! I went into Greenway Mazda to look at a CX-5. First he got keys for the wrong car model (CX-9) when he pulled up in the current car model I asked him 3 times if the trim was the Grand Touring trim, he assured me it was… it was not, it was the top Signature trim. Finally he tried to pressure me to buy saying they can “make me a deal” keep in mind I told him my max budget and the signature trim was listed + $10,000 over my budget. Sleazy Car Salesman!

I’ve known Michael Grainger for a long time and have bought many of cars from him! We will follow him to any car lot to continue doing business with him due to his customer service. I had a great experience buying my new Mazda cx-5, Bennett was wonderful and very helpful. The finance team did a great job working with me to get the best option for me. They never pressured me to buy the car, but they were eager to get my business. Saturday I went to one of watch dealerships ( ford, Toyota etc) and my experience with Greenway mazda really set the standard for customer experience.

I didnt end up purchasing there, but everyone I interacted with was friendly and more than willing to answer any questions I had, including the salesman I spoke with, Don. Don really did a great job at selling the Mazda6, but we ended up buying from another dealer, due to inventory selection.
