I’m leasing a 2019 Mazda CX-5. In August my car over heats, and Mazda has it towed to their 290 location where I leased the car. They first tell me it’s a thermostat, and it would be a week. They gave me a small Chevy Spark as a rental. It floods where I work, which is the reason why I have an SUV! I didn’t make a big deal, because it was going to be just a week. Then they tell me it’s not the thermostat, it’s a fan. They get the fan in, but it’s the wrong part in the right box. So another week. Then they get the fan, and it’s not the fan. Now, they are replacing the whole engine! They have had my car since August 3rd, 2021 and it still isn’t fixed. It’s a 2019, and already needs a whole new engine? I want to get rid of it because I’m worried about future issues. I don’t have the car to trade in, and they want to “help me out” by putting me in a 2021. Why would I want another Mazda after the experience I’ve had with the car, and their service isn’t that good either. If I don’t call, I would not know anything because the service department does not follow up with me. This is the first and last time I purchase a Mazda. I understand things happen, but the service I have received is very poor quality. As soon as I get my car back, I’m trading it in for something else. With a company that has higher customer service, and better car quality.

On arrival the pleasant smiles before going in and afterwards was beautiful and then my sales man Mr. Rolando was the most caring and pleasant young men I have meet in sales in a while he did everything to help me and made me fill good about the deal. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. I bought a car from them that they advertised as new that ended up having some significant cosmetic damage, that is now my responsibility to fix. At the time of purchase I was told I would be receiving a new tire to replace one that had some damage to it, but I was never called back regarding that, even after reaching out several times and being told that they would call me back with the correct info. I feel as though they are dodging this issue. Additionally, when purchasing the car, they messed up on the titling of the vehicle and failed to communicate effectively with us about clearing the situation up. I feel as though the transaction of this car was shady and I feel like I was taken advantage of by being sold a car they advertised as being in new condition when in fact it had some prior damage that they did not attempt to fix. As for the car itself, I really enjoy the CX-30 but wish I had bought it from a different dealership that actually cares about not scamming their customers.

The people were friendly and helpful. The waiting room was comfortable enough, but very cold! They completed the work on my Mazda within the estimated time frame, including additional work that they recommended. The cost of the additional work sounded high, and I said that. I was told that was because they only use genuine Mazda parts. When I got my bill, they had given me $25 off instead of only $10. That helped a little...

After I was let down by Joe Meyers Kias customer service, we decided to look at Mazda. If youre looking to buy at this location, look for Luis, hands down the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. Our buying experience with Fady helping was amazing. I had gone to dealership with 2 of my kids and Fady helped all the way from receiving us at the door when we came to the time we took delivery of the vehicle. Fady gave my toddler paper and pen so that she is occupied while we talked. Also when we were leaving I realized we were running low on gas on our old car, Fady helped us in filing up the gas.

Everyone knows buying a car can be stressful.... I will honestly say, Joe Myers Mazda made it painless and easy! I shopped and applied for financing online, they called and told me I was approved, I chose which vehicle, arranged a time to go in the next day to drive it and they had all the paperwork ready. I was out of there in a little over an hour. So easy, so quick, and so helpful! I will recommend them to anyone and they’ve made a customer for life!
Customer service is poor with little feedback provided, the staff acts like deer in headlights when you negotiate. Low ball offers are their firm pricing for trade ins, easily got $3k more on my trade at carmax 2 miles down the highway from Joe Myers than they were willing to offer.Response time is ridiculously slow, they may be still using dial up internet to run their dealership. All in all, after buying 2 Mazdas from this dealership, I will not be returning for a 3rd. Team Gillman Mazda and Jeff Haas Mazda have much better service, more fair negotiating and lower pricing.
I have taken my Mazdas there for almost 10 years. They have always been very professional. Brandon always takes care of me. I trust them. Took my van in to have breaks and other maintenance done. Feels like I am driving a new van.
I bought my 3 previous vehicles from another dealer. I thought I had recieved good service from them. However, after the experience I had with Joe Myers mazda, it is clear I must have been blind. I dealt with Maurice. I highly highly highly reccomend getting ahold of him if you are looking to buy. Look, I called, shot them straight and they did the same for me. They werent pushy. They listened to what I I was wanting. I did know my budget and I knew what price would get me there. I didnt look above that range. You have to be realistic in that aspect. I have never had a dealer be so upfront and honest. Even Polab in finance was fantastic. So listen. My experience was beyond what I expected and far beyond what I felt any dealer could do. I WILL be going back to them on my next purchase. I suggest you do the same.

Drove by and saw several Cx-5s on the lot. Been wanting to test drive one, so we stopped in. We had a particular budget we wanted to stay within and we let the salesman know. He said he would have our trade in looked at then hed crunch some numbers to figure out which Cx-5 would work for us. He ended up taking us to the 2020 with 10,000ish miles on it. Having done my research on prices before stopping in I knew for a fact this particular Cx-5 would be out of our price range. My husband asked the price and the salesman said he didnt know and didnt want to give us the wrong information. I kind of laughed and thought to myself, yeah, id like to see you make this fit in our budget. We test drove it and it was nice, but I knew it would come down to the numbers. Sure enough once we were back inside he showed us a print out of the monthly payments and just as Id expected it was way over our budget. I showed interest in another Cx-5 that was there, but was told it was way overpriced for what we would get. He said something about how they made a bad deal when they got it so now they had to overprice it. When I pulled up the price on their website, the one we were interested in was not overpriced in any way and actually fit in our budget. By that time I was so annoyed with this salesman that we left. Wont be back.

Im happy with our experience there. The salesmen, Mauricio and Mauricio, were excellent, very patient, kind and helpful, unlike the common pushy stereotype of salespeople. The finance guy was the best, fun to interact with and friendly. The sales manager Amin was very helpful and went out of his way to give me the info I needed in order to make my decision on a model of Mazda and trim. In order to improve, as there is room to improve anywhere, more attention could be given to little details, such as having accessories from Mazda on hand for customers who had an idea of a car online and realize at the dealership the ones in stock dont have most of these things.. Perhaps making the moment the new car is received more special with little details or touches here and there, seeing a saleswoman in the team would be great also, as we went three times and didnt see any. Overall, the experience was pleasant and Id go there next time I need a new Mazda.

Service department reps were friendly however I was not pleased with the service to our car. After declining repairs to our vehicle, we were told we could pick up the car the next day and it would have been washed upon arrival. The next day, the car was not washed. To make matters worse, when I got home I noticed that the hood was not closed. After opening it, I saw that the air filter cowl was not secured at all and the air filter itself was sticking out of the compartment. I originally brought the car in for a diagnostic on a CEL after telling them I had found a code using my own OBD scan tool at home. They basically gave me the same info I already had but charged $140 for it. I also asked if the transmission oil could be checked and they said they would but they didnt. Tried to charge us over $1200 but ended up finding out it only needed a new battery. Felt like they just tried to do the bare minimum to assist us and employed money grab tactics like charging $70 for a cabin air filter that is less than $20 on Amazon. Bought the car their new but unfortunately will not be taking it back for service again.

We worked with Maurice and were very happy with our new CX-5. My wife wanted the Turbo so we got a white Grand Touring Reserve. This is my first Mazda and so far very impressed with the quality of the car. Experience with the dealership was awesome and was fairly easy to go through the paperwork. We purchased two Kia’s from Joe Myers back in 2018. We had a great experience then and an equally great experience this time as well. I think the entire process only took about 2 hours and my wife loves her new Mazda. Thank you guys again for always providing such great service. I’m sure we will be back again soon. (BTW - I still LOVE my Stinger!).
Reached by 2:15 pm, signed the Agreed price by 4:10 pm, after test drive, trade in deals n negotiations . Waited in the lobby chair up to 6:30 pm to be called in to the finance office .Felt left alone, no one came to say a hi or courtesy check .... first time ever experienced in a dealership.. Might be as per them I got a rocket bottom price deal ??? Or short of staff .. what ever be in case “ customer is the King “. If asked to some $50-100 less or do some more work in the numbers, never heard from any salesperson saying “ “Don’t insult me “ !! But the finance guy was very helpful and understood the that I was upset of the whole waiting time, he wrap up the signing paperwork’s and out from the room with in 30 minute.. I spent straight 5 hours to get the key Of my new car!!!!
I absolutely LOVE my bright red Mazda3 2020. It replaced my 2017 red Mazda 3 lease. And the relationship I built with Brian was sound and reliable. In my exchanges with him, he was always respectful, knowledgable and he had a natural ability to explain the new features with clarity and ease . I really appreciated his candor and style of communicating. I bought my car the week after Memorial Day, when there were incentives (and Covid19) affecting my decision. The only blemish in my experience was that his boss backed out of the deal Brian and I made . 2 or 3 days later, with whatever incentives reinstated, the manager came back again with the same, original, agreed upon pricing. That --- was NOT cool. That manager could have honored our agreed upon price, especially when he quoted one thing and then took that offer back as well. That part of the sale was very disappointing. But I must reiterate my dealings with Brian were always respectful and consistent. I would definitely by another car from Brian.He was helpful, polite and friendly throughout. I believe Brian is an asset to Joe Myers and Mazda.
Michael Jarboe went above and beyond what was expected in getting my jeep fixed. Was in constant contact with me to let me know the details of what needed to be replaced, how much it would cost and how long it would take to complete the job. He sent me pictures and videos so that I could see the damage. He helped me to get into a rental car as well. The mechanic did a great job on fixing my jeep & in a timely manner. Im very pleased with everyone at Joe Myers Mazda & would recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle worked on.
Good customer service. Took care of my annual state inspection without having to schedule an appointment during the pandemic. They were the only dealership open as early as 7 am! They got my business. Was in and out in half an hour. Courteous staff.

Everything was fine, maybe 3 people there already, but even with a reservation I was there for over an hour and half to tighten a brake (from a recall) and oil change. Service is just really slow.

I have been coming to Joe Myers Mazda for several years now and have always found they give great service. This past weekend they took it one step further. My daughter had a problem with her car and even though she did not manage to get the car to them until after 1.30 pm ( it may have been closer to 2) they still completed the work before they closed at 3pm. Excellent service. I highly recommend them.
With all the Joe Myers advertising Ive seen on tv I expected to see a great waiting room with water, snack and drink machine. Nothing!! The mens bathroom and tv didnt work. Only convo was sign here, your car is taking longer than expected and your car is ready...I didnt expect much....

They sent a marketing letter out for 2020 cars. Was told they didnt have anymore 2020 cars when I stopped by.

We love this Mazda Dealership for repairs and services. If you like to stay ahead of your car repairs and services, this is the place to go. You can make appointments online or over the phone. I would suggest calling ahead to see when there are less cars coming in that day (you can’t see how many other people will be there when you schedule online).Every time we get an oil change, they rotate our tires and an entire car inspection. If they find something wrong with the car, they will notify you how much it would be and how long it would take (if you get it done that day). I usually have them write it down for me on the sheet, so I can take it home to husband to discuss. Plus you can show them how much they estimated you for whenever you do come in.The personnel are good about notifying you how long your car will be in the service garage, with good estimations.They have a waiting area full of comfy couches and cold water bottles are provided. There is a separate waiting area for those who have children- has some books, a TV (can be connected to personnel Netflix accounts), and animals. This last time, the Mazda employees even asked if my son wanted a balloon. Very good customer service!We found that their prices were actually better than our car mechanic’s prices.
