My service rep, Ben, was very kind, diligent, detailed, prompt, but most of all he listened & reacted to my issues & requests. They completely serviced my vehicle as promised and assured me that there should be no more issues in those areas but if there is then it will be taken care of. Awesome service Awesome people!
Facility looks great, well kept. Mazda is an amazing brand, they really stepped up their game. Reliable, nice looking, and a fair price considering the package. The staff are very attentive, in particular, Hassan is a nice salesman. Really nails down the Well make it work feel. Always available, frankly, it surprised me he makes time for concerns.
Words cannot describe the experience I went through. If you are in the need of getting a new car look no further and get with Hasan. I will not explain in detail what my situation was just know that the customer service is top notch. Hasan stayed with me through the entire experience and sat with me until 10:30 at night well I finished up at another Gillman dealership. The service I received works have been a complete disaster had it not been for him. I have had my car serviced at this location for a little over a year now with my Mazda. Im a monthly visitor when it comes to service on my vehicle. I will go no further than this location every time. Jimmy in the service department takes the time to explain every situation to you. The guys that are working on your vehicle take the time to send you the videos and make sure you understand everything thoroughly. Thank you to everyone at this location.

Bought several cars thru this dealership and due to Mazda not offering an SUV as big as the Tahoe we’ve also been to other dealers since finding this one and trust me it’s reminded us how good Team gillman Mazda is. I had to get an inspection done on my Miata, which I purchase from another dealership, and Charles really got me all setup. The inspection was an abnormal request and I called a couple of mechanics and they had no idea what I was talking about. When Charles picked up the phone, he immediately knew what needed to be done and was able to get me in on the same day. Excellent service!
I would not recommend buying from this dealership. Sales person to the sales manager provided poor customer service. After test driving a vehicle, my sales person decided to help another customer and stopped helping me. I asked for pricing and he made me wait over an hour to provide me with that information. After looking over the price, a sales manager spoke to me and it didnt go well. Sales manager made remarks regarding my finances that were unnecessary. Be careful for their dealership fee of $995 that they refuse to remove. Overall, if you can, seek buying your vehicle elsewhere.

Benjamin at Gilman was very informative and trust worthy. My car was fixed in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price. Everyone I spoke to exceeded my expectations. Not all Mazda dealerships are the same. Team Gilman will be the only place I take my business.
I went to Mazda to look at vehicles. I traded in my car and got a lease from them. It was a great experience and they were very friendly and answered all my questions. Kendrick and Ben Waxman were amazing. Even now If I call and have any questions they both do not hesitate to help me in anyway. Was treated rudely by staff. Was told Mazda (of all brands) was a luxury brand I wouldn’t be able to afford. Went and bought a Toyota, cost slightly more than the Mazda but is better build quality and the dealership was friendlier and mire professional.

The car buying experience at Gillman Mazda was good. Simple and uncomplicated. New and used car service is great too. They can have most work done the same day, or can give you a loaner if it takes longer. Ive been going here for a few years for service. Whenever I walk next door to the Acura dealership, it always seems rushed and busy. The Mazda side is more relaxed.

I needed a Rear wheel molding for my CX 9. Gilman was the only Mazda dealer in town who had any so I made the drive from Laporte to go get one when I got there Tim the gentleman who helped me out in the parts department asked me if I had anyone to put it on for me I told him that I didn’t but I was gonna try to figure it out myself with YouTube videos. Thank goodness this wonderful man took pity on myself and went outside to my car and he had it popped on in about five minutes seriously made my month nicest thing anyone’s done for me in a long time. I wanna give a shout out to Tim @ parts thank you for being my hero today!

I would give Service Department and Jimmy, Service Advisor ten stars. I was traveling back home from a girls Galveston trip back home to Dallas and had car issues. They got my car in right away and it was repaired and we were back on the road home in about an hour. They even took the time to replace a sensor that had been recalled then sent me a video of their full service inspection of car condition from top to bottom. Team Gilman Mazda has the best people and customer service!
Ive been to several Mazda service centers in different states, and this is by far the best service center. They made communication easy via text or phone call, provided me a video (YouTube link via text) of the maintenance being done to my vehicle and their recommendations + the costs. Matt the representative at the front desk was great, he really took care of my vehicle and kept me informed of what was going on at all times!! Highly recommended this service center.

Went here for service recently on a CX-9 and was very impressed with the service model. The technician sent a video via email and text to show and explain what he found on the vehicle and the proposed services to fix any issues. Very good follow-through from Jimmy, the service advisor, as well. Probably more expensive than a non-dealer shop, but the service and transparency were very good.
Service team was friendly and efficient. They got me in and out quickly and gave me appropriate recommendations for my vehicle. They didnt push me though, which is important. Money is tight with Covid and all, and they didnt make me feel bad for not going for extra services.The biggest thing I found to be admirable was the service provider actually gave me advice on how I could save money in other ways. Really appreciate that, because I took his advice and it all worked out.I will be bringing my car back for service here in the future.
My Mazda was having transmission problems. Previously, I went to another transmission shop, and they quoted me around $600 to do a transmission drop they believed was necessary to diagnose the problem. I went to Gillman Mazda for a second opinion, and they correctly diagnosed the problem as electrical (without an expensive transmission drop). Charlie, Ben, and their team worked with me and my cars warranty to provide an affordable repair in a very timely manner.

When integrity matters..... Gilman DELIVERS ! Transmission was acting up. We took our car to a transmission specialty shop who said that the only way they could assess the problem was to drop the transmission and look inside .... which would cost me $600 for the drop PLUS additional parts and labor for the fix. They tossed in some fear mongering saying that if we continued to drive it, then wed burn up the transmission. I needed a second opinion... and took it to Gilman. The next day, Gillman calls me to say .... it needed was some new electronics that would cost me about $100. 2 days later Im driving home ..... in a CLEAN car ..... which they washed ...... just to me nice. LOVE THESE GUYS !!!!
Anyone who knows me knows that I am not the most easy-to-please customer. I have used Gillman Mazda twice now for service on a used Mazda that I bought at another dealership. I must say that the way that operate their service department is fantastic! They treat customers very well and the service that is done on the vehicle is recorded on video for the customer. I have only been there twice, but I am very impressed. They are definitely making a good impression on me--and one worth sharing to others. Dealership service departments usually have a bad rap, but this one is different. They deserve more business for the way they do things and that is why I am posting this review. Good news needs to be shared!
If you aren’t buying your vehicle here, you are missing out. More importantly, if you are not having your Mazda serviced here, you are making a big mistake. Using the app to make your appointment is simple. The way you are greeted is outstanding (my other vehicle is a Mercedes and the way I am treated here is equal to that). I was AMAZED by the video they sent - my mechanic did a walk thru of what was done and a general overview of how my car is doing.Keep up the great work Team Gillman Mazda!! I am severely impressed!!

I cant express how amazed I am with this company. Ill never look at another dealer. Team Gillman has taken care of me ever since I started leasing from them. Ive been driving it for over a year with no problems and Im just as in love with my mazda3 as the day I purchased the lease. Also, I normally am VERY skeptical about service packages, but they proved me wrong. Theyll send a video of your service so that you can see everything that was inspected. Everything they do is over the top and exceeds expectations. Theyll also hook you up with carfax every time you visit as well. Honestly, every aspect of this experience has been perfect and exceeded my expectations. I feel like this has been white-glove experience at a very affordable rate (sorry to sound like a commercial). If youre looking through reviews and are wanting to buy/lease, you will NOT regret at least stopping by.

I made a purchase at this dealership and am a happy customer. They price matched my car to the value I was looking to pay and made the process very efficient. I was pre approved for an auto loan but they were able to beat the apr% I brought in which mind you was very competitive. Lavonda, the product specialist did an excellent job with showing us vehicle and was an amazing mediator between the finance manager, me and the staff. I was able to test drive the vehicle, sign the paperwork and drive off with my new purchase under 2 hours. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

I was thinking about coming in here to purchase my Mazda but because I am harassed every day by this company to come in I have decided to just rent a Mazda for a day to test drive it and then get it shipped directly to me by one of these new services like carvana. Its crazy how a company will turn so many people away and lose so much money just by harassing their potential clients.
I cannot say enough great things about this place! We had Warren helping us out and he was amazing! Everyone in the building was friendly. The whole transaction from trading in my car to getting the other car was smooth and wayyy less painful than other times/places. All the staff here was amazing and so helpful. Firstly to start with Lavonda who was the sales person that assisted me with test driving the vehicle I was interested in. She was nothing but respectful and took me around showing me the departments as well as all the bells and whistles in my new car. Then Byron the finance director was so understanding and respectful. He made sure I understood every part of my contract and genuinely helped me feel like he was their to help me get the best deal. I cant speak anymore highly of him. And lastly theres Jimmy who helped make sure my vehicle was in tip top condition, upon me receiving it their was a issue with the bumper being slightly misaligned and even though at times I was somewhat over persistent he was understanding and helped make sure the job got done in a timely manner to make sure I had my vehicle when I needed it. Overall my experience at this dealership was nothing short of amazing. I can honestly say Id recommend this team to anyone looking for a vehicle. He was very patient and took his time to explain all the features in my car. THANK YOU JHON!The only issue I had was from the financing guy.BEWARE. He tacked on an extended warranty, saying “the bank will only grant you the loan with the warranty” which I questioned, having financed from the same bank in the past. He then goes on and offers me a second option, no warranty, for an outrageous APR difference. Being that I was frustrated at the time, I agreed to the loan with lesser APR and called my bank when I received my first note. And what do you know...the bank never required the extended warranty, more have they ever required it for any customer! It just mind boggles me that one man builds the trust while the other completely destroys it.Don’t lie to your customers!I suggest you shop your financing loan ahead of time, before they try to pull something like this on you.

Sent an internet inquiry for two cars I needed. Got instant email responses from Doug and Ricky. Called Doug, he immediately answered. Told him what I needed and didn’t want to waste each other’s time but if he could meet my budget, all in walk off the lot, I would buy the two cars. He said let me get with Ricky and see if we can work it out before you come out here. Got a call from Ricky shortly after. Said he could meet my budget, no tricks, and said he would be gassing the cars and getting them detailed. I drove out there, and sure enough they were ready to go. He took the time to show me all about the cars, I test drove both, completed easy paperwork, went to finance, signed everything electronically, they kept their word on price, got a thumb drive with everything, wrote the check and we were done. Could not be more pleased! It was definitely the “easy button” of buying cars!And get this, Ricky and another employee drove both cars to my house - what service!Team Gillman, please keep this up! You will beat all the competition!
Made an appointment for oil change and service. Was greeted promptly upon arrival and was explained what I could expect and time to complete job. They were finished within time estimated. The service advisor was very friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable. She was a example of what great customer service looks like. Thanks, will return .
Chris Gillman does not care about his customers. Upon purchasing a 2015 Toyota Prius, I was promised, by the sales manager and my sales associate, that the stereo would work when I took delivery of the car. The stereo worked for about 3 minutes then cut off. I took it in 3 times and the sales manager told me they could not figure out what was wrong with it in service. At this point, since I purchased a warranty, I took it to Fred Haas Toyota World and paid $147 for a diagnostic check. They told me that all speakers were blown, which is not covered by the warranty. Gillman Mazda charged a hidden fee (not included in the website price) of $1,495 for every pre-owned vehicle for a 150-point inspection. No manager at the dealership would give me a list of the 150 points covered and the sales manager is terrible, so I called and left a message for Chris Gillman. I followed up, left messages with the service manager and sales manager, and my calls were not returned. Months later, nothing has been done to make my stereo work, so I drive around every day hating my decision to do business with the Gillman family. It will never happen again and I encourage anyone reading this to shop elsewhere!

Over all very good experience. Theyre currently in a temporary space while a new showroom is built. It was small with no cars on display indoors. My salesperson, Warren, was nice and knowledgeable. Finance department is in the Subaru dealership next door right now, and had to wait a little while for a rep, but not an outrageous amount of time. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Gillman Mazda.
The vehicle was for my son. Price was fair service was good. Had to wait for the salesman to return from test drive. We were offered refreshments. The vehicle had issues a day after buying. Brought the car back and was given a loaner. Picking up today. We’ll see how it goes from there. All in all I’d go back.
Excellent cars. The new models are amazing. Both in looks and features.The only part we didnt like was the aggressive sales tactics. Do not try to force customers into making a purchase when they ask for time to think. If theyre willing to negotiate, by all means go ahead and do so. But when we say well have to think about it a bit, dont try to get us to make uncomfortable decisions.
I’ve been coming here for 4 yrs and it’s just amazing that the service associates are always so pleasant and nice. Very personable. But the cashiers are always a little unpleasant. I walk up and say hi...they’ve never said hi back. It’s just pay and leave. No eye contact or anything. You’d think they always have a line wrapped around the corner. Today as a walk in it was very quick service at 3pm on a Friday. The cashiers could be a little more friendly. But service associates are always nice.
I recommend Munday Mazda to anyone that knows what they want. If not you could be in their hands to buy what they are trying to sell next. In professionalism I give them 100%. John Francois is very professional and understands what you want to get. He is knowledgeable and answers all questions customer asks. You need to be alert and pay attention to conversation details. After not having a car payment for 3 years I reluctantly drove to Gillman Mazda where I was met by Mr Ricky Mehra who really understand what I was looking for. He asked lots of questions to get me in the right vehicle. After 2 days bonding with my new CX-9 I decided to sign the deal. The staff at Gillman are great Id definitely recommend.
Called a couple of places sales manager andy garcia was on it and got back to me asap with drive out prices other dealerships act like you cant get the drive out price unless you go in so they can hit you with extra fees not his place
Had to bring my moms car up here for service. Dealt with Charlie in the service center. He was very prompt in assisting me and getting the service taken care of. Very professional and courteous. This will definitely be where I bring her Mazda for service from now on. Great job Team Gillman.
Update:I was contacted by the sales manager (I think). I didnt have a pen so I didnt write his name down but he said he would email me his contact information so I was not worried about that. To date I have not received an email or phone call. Still dont know status of plates and tag.Purchased vehicle. Was called and told my tags and window sticker were in. Asked that they be sent to me. A week later they are still not here. I have called several times to find out status and have not yet gotten a call back. Was told they were not sent by receptionist and told they were by salesman. Heck of a way to treat a customer.
