I visited quickly because my car was screaming oil change! I was greeted by the GM, Joshua and he got my car in the bay quickly. There wasn’t a wait. I entered the lobby and it was very clean and smelled nice. The perk was the CLEAN RESTROOM. I commended Mr. Joshua on his establishment and I will bring my vehicle back for any other needs. Keep up the great work!

Completely unprofessional, was very dismissive when I decided to not get the financing so he could pretend to repair things in my car that weren’t wrong! I had another diagnostic done at another facility and not even half of the thing he claimed were wrong with my car did they even find or say!!! I simply asked to change my headlight on the driver side, not only did he “replace” the wrong one, when I asked about the incorrect work done he got an attitude then proved he didn’t even know how to fix it correctly! I ended up changing my headlight myself in the parking lot of the facility. Will never go there again. Not sure where the other staff went but the replacements are terrible! I got an oil change and I’m curious if they even did it!! Very ghetto, do not recommend!!!!

The staff was very professional! They made me feel really good about coming to fix my car. The staff even let me know about previous damage that I don’t know about. Staff is very informative. The staff is the best part they make you feel right at home. Staff full of gentlemen. I will definitely be coming back

I use to go get my car fix from here all the time when I lived closer but the other day I went the and asked got a tune up and a full Inspection on my car and when I got it back I found out they hadn’t did anything to my car they made me pay 640 for my car only for it to drive worse then when I brought it in the first time. And then hadn’t even fix the things I had asked them to fix. I feel like I could have just give my money to the homeless or someone more in need of it and then I still have to pay money to get my car fixed. I asked to speck to the owners and no call back or anything. I know not to ever going there again.

I had a Meineke coupon in the mail and decided to try them out since they were just around the corner. The guy at the front desk was very professional and straight to the point. What I appreciate the most is that they didnt try to find other issues that were wrong with the car (like most car mechanics). I was able to get an oil change for my MINI in a reasonable time right before my road trip the next day. Very satisfied with their service and no problems with the car. Will definite go again for my next check-up.

The new Meineke shop is great! I did business at this location when the shop had another owner. When I went to have my oil changed, I found out they transferred ownership. The service was great and Brandon, the GM, was the highlight of my visit, professional, pleasant and entertaining. I will definitely be doing business there again!

I call Meineke because I was having car issue. My car was shaking and I didn’t know what was wrong with it. I was greeted so nicely and professional over the phone by a nice spoken gentleman named Brandon. Brandon made me feel like he truly cared by trying to help me diagnose my issues over the phone. He set up an appointment and I was able to come in right away. When I arrived Brandon greeted my two children and I at the door where he introduced who he was. He explained everything that was going on with my car in a way that I was able to understand, he couldn’t of been more professional and helpful. I will definitely be returning to this location,, he needs a raise!

By far the worst car repair experience I have ever encountered. Fixed a burnt out head light for over $150 and it went out again less than a month later. Went in at 8am on a Friday (they open at 8am) and sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes until 8:30am and still no one showed up. Showed up again at 8am on Tuesday the following week, same thing. This is a joke of a business and I would be embarrassed to be the owner and manager. Complete waste of time and the biggest joke of a national chain of all time. Do yourself a favor and never go to this garbage establishment.

This is the place you wanna come to if you’re looking for honest hard workers. Not only did the mechanic fix my issue he educated me as well. Brandon is who I dealt with and he went above and beyond for me.

My car would not crank, then mysteriously cranked. I was here from Mississippi wondering how could I get my car taken care of so that I can get back home before the weekend. Took it to Meineke on Kirkwood in Houston TX to have diagnostic work to see what the problem was. The staff at Meineke on Kirkwood in Houston TX were very professional and made me feel at ease that they could assist me. After diagnosing and explaining what the problem was, my options were given to me. They put a new starter on my car, checked to make sure everything was ok and I was on my way. Thanks to the Meineke on Kirkwood in Houston TX.

If your car needs repair and you go here you will be very disappointed. They will sell you things you dont need and ignore what you do need....you have been warned

They will explain to you clearly and give you a cost estimate for you to approve before any work is done, and they are definitely NOT into inventing unnecessary repairs or reasons to make you spend more.

Awful customer Service and outrageous prices.

They had me in and out in 30 minutes, change the rotor and my car is not shaking anymore when I break. To be honest I probably would have been out quicker then 30 minutes but we had to wait on the part to come in. Overall very knowledgeable good service.
