Great service, reasonable price, highly knowledgeable owner.Sometimes the factory sends a faulty part. Sometimes the garage still squeezes you in ASAP to get you a new one. Sometimes the shop makes you wait a few days. This place is the former. They do good work, promptly, and are friendly folk. I would definitely come to them again for anything involving the exhaust.

Got us out of there quickly and without having to spend another arm & leg! The waiting/office area is super clean and not at all like other automotive shops Ive visited. If we lived closer we would definitely give them all our exhaust business.

Dear Mr. Trent Jenkins,In reference to your converter problem at Pronto Muffler:A catalytic converter has no moving parts on the inside of it. Therefore. something on the outside has to make your converter go bad. In your case, you said it was the trim valve that made your new converter go out. So after the trim valve basically broke your converter, Pronto put a new converter on for you anyway, even though it was not their part that went bad.Think about it like this...... Let;s say you bought a gallon of milk from Kroger and took it home to put in your refrigerator. Then your refrigerator breaks down and causes the milk to go bad. Could you take the milk back to Kroger for warranty? It was not Krogers fault that the refrigerator went out so why would they warranty the milk?In my opinion, Pronto did you a favor.

Just took a 2014 Ford E150 into Pronto Muffler. We were there for a total of 10 minutes. They fixed the problem and we were on our way. Excellent service and quick diagnostics. Thank you again from Odyssey!!!!

I needed the catalytic converter changed on my car, and I choose pronto muffler because it had excellent reviews. After they installed the catalytic converter I dove the car for a day and the check engine light came back on again. When I brought it back to them, they noticed the top of the converter was red hot, and they referred me an auto shop to determine if something else had caused the new converter to fail. The auto shop claimed that the converter burned up due to a fuel trim issue. However, after the auto shop fixed the fuel trim issue the check engine light came back on again. I took the car back to Pronto, and they reluctantly warranted the new catalytic converter. I drove the car for two weeks before the check engine light came again. This time I took the car straight to the dealer.Im not a mechanic, but know that this should have been fixed right the first time. I will not use them again.

These are my go to guys. I had an overheating issue with a 99 eclipse and they fixed it sooo much cheaper than any other shop quoted me. Picked it up the very next day. They didnt charge me any bs diagnostic fee or anything like that. Oh and get this, I had a new serpentine belt sitting in my passenger seat that I have been meaning to put on since my old one was starting to squeak and they went ahead and installed it for free, Im not saying that they do free stuff just that theyre great honest guys. This last time I went to have my AC recharge and they had me in and out of there in just 15 minutes swear on it, again they didnt charge me for any diagnostic fee. Bottom line, you got an issue with your car, take it to Uncle Wayne at Pronto Muffler, hell do you right.

I was gonna pay $460 for a replacement catalytic converter to fix this noise and loss of power im my Jeep. I told them to put the part on, and about an hour later they called and said it was my manifold and that putting on the cat wouldnt fix my problem. Honest people, they could of put that cat on my Jeep and charged me anyway and said Sorry it didnt fix your problem but they didnt. Worth the drive, worth the honesty. God bless these folks.

I had a 2006 VW Passat (Lemon froom Car Max). The Cat Conv. came loose from the Headers or something like that Im not a mechanic but whatever. Went to my usual mechanic who wanted to charge me 2,000.00 to fix it with parts and labor. shopped around to find a place that wuold do it for 1,500.00. was referred to Pronto. Not only did he do a great job welding it back on did it for a couple houndred dollars in less than a day. I drove down the street a little when smoke started comming from under the hood. I got scared and sped back to the shop. Tech told me to relax, that the oil or grease from his hand might just be burning off he was right and the job held great I sold it six years latter. Im a picky ass so if I take the time out to write a good review then youre doing something right......(bye gotta write a review for carmax now)
