Ever since the pandemic started, I had been looking for an ergonomic chair for working from home. The issue was that I wanted to be able to test out some of the different chairs on the market before making a decision.This location is awesome!! They are certified partners with Steelcase, and I was able to make an appointment and test out all of the chairs in person. I didnt feel rushed at all, and was given guidance on what to look for when picking a chair that was perfect for me.They also have the latest in office furniture, and it is just super cool to check it all out. Additionally, I felt completely safe the entire time, as everyone followed COVID protocols.Jessica provided exceptional customer service for me end-to-end! I love my new Leap, thanks so much for everything!

I cannot say enough good things about my Steelcase Migration standing desk I ordered from McCoy Rockford. Between Amy, Erika, Jessica and the team, they made the whole process AMAZING! Jessica walked me through the ordering process and gave me status updates on my order. It was delivered on-time, and set-up was super fast (like 5-mins). Before the McCoy Rockford delivery guy left, he wiped down the desk and cleaned the top to make it all shiny and perfect. He also made sure everything was set up and working properly and answered any questions I had.I only purchased one desk, but it was an amazing experience.

Excellent service! The salesperson that assisted me, Teresa, was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. I was not pressured into making a purchase or immediate decision, and I was given space to explore the showroom furniture at my own pace. There was a good selection of available furniture to really test and determine what is the best solution for my specific ergonomic and office situation. I did not get a quote so cant comment on their pricing yet.
