Lynn is Best..

Bought a couple office chairs here—relatively pricey ones. Once out of warranty, they started to come apart in places. That’s okay. I don’t expect these things to last forever, but when I contacted Wells & Kimich about replacement parts, specifically a new mesh back for one of the chairsc I got an initial show of concern followed by stony silence. If you can’t help, okay, just say as much, but try being professional and actually responding. Also, given that both started falling apart inside of about five years, I’m not sure you aren’t as well off getting something less expensive elsewhere.
