Very helpful staff. Cashier helped me figure out a tax exempt issue. And the website was on point with availability of product.
I am giving them a five star rating after shopping with them for over four years. If I cannot readily find something that I am needing, a courteous salesperson is always near by to help me. On two occasions the staff has gone the extra mile for me. THAT’S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Wonderful asst. Manager and Manager. Staff member, Chris, is exceptional.
Just got my menus printed and laminated here and it was super fast and easy. Also the price was extremely fair. I will definitely be doing all my business needs here for now on.

Not always well-stocked -- there are entire aisles with almost no products. Its also usually more expensive than other big box stores like Walmart and Target, which will usually have what the average person needs (and those stores actually have more selection for some things). I usually only shop here if theyre the only ones that have something I need.
Went in to get something spiral bound and was completely ignored. Walked out. Rediculous.
I ordered online, received my email letting me know my order is ready to be picked up. I drive to the store and go inside to the Service Area and have to text a “Checkin” and am given my silly wait time. There is no one in front of me and the service people are right there. So I go outside and select in the email “I’m here” I’ll attempt the curbside option. No one comes outside with my order. I go back inside and just walk up to the desk and the clerk tells me this is just for print services. So I ask where I go get my pick up order and she says the check out line. I wait until the line is empty and then finally that clerk goes looking to fill the curbside order that alerted him back when I was still outside.Never ordering from here again! It shouldn’t be this difficult!
Waited to the last minute to do one of the most important (printing related) things of my life and Anthony was so thoughtful and helpful. Answered all of my questions and really went above and beyond. Thank you Anthony
The employees at the store are so lazy they refused to even help you. I asked for help with the printer the guy told me there was nobody to help me and if the printer was it underneath the display they didn’t have it. That wasn’t my question there were printers that weren’t even up on display and had no prices I wanted to know prices of those he called somebody know whenever showed up after about 25 minutes I just left it’s such a shame that the employees at the store are just so terrible very lazy. This isn’t the first time that employees have refused to help. They just want to stand around and look at you I will never be back to the store or Office Depot or OfficeMax again I will just use Amazon.
This location is usually great and clean! The service is ok but I think the cashiers could be friendlier. Sometimes we come here and the prices are wrong! We got some Thank you cards in the clearance bin that were “2$” but at the checkout we’re 14.99!
I waited over an hour for one 18x24 print of a poster ! This is ridiculous especially considering the order was placed way ahead of time . The customer service agent had no assistance and was slammed .
Not usually a big fan of large chain stores like this but the exceptional customer service I received at this location might have changed my mind. The printing service supervisor Loretta was very welcoming and processed my order faster than I thought possible. I called several different local printing companies and they told me my order would take a few days to complete but then Loretta told me she could do it 10 minutes. We are considering using them for all of our future needs because of Loretta. Thank you for the great service. 5 star. 5 star. 5 star.
Let me start by saying that Mrs. Loretta at the Printer Center is amazing. I went this morning to have two signature stamps made. Before that, I went to two other locations and they really weren’t much help. She went above and beyond to help me. She was very busy with some very needy customers with large projects and she still kept her cool. Mrs. Loretta called multiple stores for me for a particular stamp. And even though none had what my office needed, we went ahead and made them there. There needs to be more people like her. She was so nice, polite and extremely helpful during this whole time even with her being busy with other customers. If you have to get a print job done or in my case, some stamps, I recommend this location. Thank you so much for saving me today Mrs. Loretta!!
Excellent service. Shane Asnar, associate at the printing station, helped my 80 yr old Dad with his printing needs and navigated through the software file transfer issues he encountered. Much appreciated.
I walk into the store and instead of being greeted I’m told by Lilia the sales consultant that the store closes at 8pm. I look at my phone and it’s 7:34pm. I ask her if she can help me find a printer since she was rushing me out I figured it could speed things up and she tells me that she doesn’t work that area. She was very unprofessional and rude.
No laptops, unforgivable. If you need paper or an eraser, come here, otherwise shop elsewhere.

It is a good office supply store with a good selection. I think their prices are equal to everyone elses. I like this location, I feel like I can get in and out in a decent amount of time. The staff here are friendly and extremely helpful.

Sorry to say it but the box store cant compete anymore with the online retailers. Went in for something simple and left without it because it was triple the price for the same product online. The facility itself was nice and clean but it felt hollow.

Most office supplies are available on the shelf. Minimal staff but know their store and inventory. Printing service has been a trusted ally for years.
Would normally not shop here but it is down the street from work. No idea what Jerry is talking about, nobody followed me, nobody told be I was going to steal. In fact I couldn’t find anybody to help me at all. Finally left and purchased the computer at Best Buy.
They never have anything stocked up and their excuse is it sells immediately when the they stock the shelves; which one would think they would get more then if they sold all their products.
Enployee named Sam was very rude and impolite. I mean she doest even respond to my greetings such as hi! She might just have a bad day. She should be more friendly to costumers and respectful.But Manager down here is very nice and problem solver.
I went in there to get a couple of images printed on sublimation paper. Which cost me $20/for a pack of ten and the rep at the printing station totally did not know what she was doing and printed everything incorrectly without asking me first. I was so upset I called mngmnt and they gave me a refund. Thank you mngmnt for correcring the situation.
Worst customer service experience Ive had in a long time. The cashier was completely untrained on how to use the register, she didnt listen to anything any of the customers said. Seemed most concerned with taking a bathroom break
They let us come in at 8:59pm before they closed at 9pm and place an online order with a coupon for in store pickup after they were closed. They processed it on the spot, so kindly and politely, and helped us bring it out to our car.
I work just around the corner form this locale, so its the first place I think of when I need office suppliers. While I have had some good experiences at the store, more often than not I come away frustrated with some aspect of my experience. At times, its difficult to get help finding items. The store also seems to keep its inventory pretty thin. Check out waits can be long as well. Most recently, I had a cashier bizarrely interrupt my private phone conversation to tell me she some of the statistics I was sharing with a friend on the other end of the phone were not correct. I have tended to find the printing services personnel to be more dependable and professional than the merchandise section.

Terrible customer service!I was overcharged by Lilli almost $9.00. She charged me for 180 copies instead of 108 (how hard is it to multiply 54X2??). Instead of reimbursing me for 72 extra copies, she reimbursed me for 71.No apologies! Nothing. Instead, she went to laugh about it with her fellow-employees.(Why am I given a fictitious name???? I am not Kambiz! I am Margaret Z.)

I come here to print pretty often as this in the closest place to my house. The young lady at the print station, brown hair blonde ish ends, is extremely rude. I thought I was over reacting until the guy next to me said he has no problem taking his business else where is she doesnt want to do it. Horrible attitude not helpful at all.
Worst service ever more than an hour waiting for doing copies! And they didn’t know how to unbind the document. No starts at all.
I came here to do a simple binding on a document. It took me 45 minutes and nobody would start working on it !!! After 45 minutes the document was awful!!! Some pages ripped and other about to be ripped from the bind !!! I didnt have any more time to waste so I just need to reprint and bind at some other place. People need to start learning their job. !!!!
People on here complaining about the print center bring rude should complain to the managers and owners of office max. The print center brings in the most revenue but has the least number of employees working. It is very high stress and pays horrible. There is almost never a time when more than one person is scheduled to work there. They woukd be lucky to get even a fifteen minute break after six hours standing the entire time. So those of you who are complaining I would like you to consider this...three out of almost every five customers who walk into the store want something printed. So the print center is the backup for cashiers, takes care of outgoing mail, prints incoming email orders coming in consistently, online orders coming in consistently, walk-in prints, helps with self service copiers and online orders for store merchandise. Print orders can include basic few simple copies to two to five thousand copies, flyers, posters, booklets, laminations, printing and binding a few or many books, invitations, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, graduation, back to school, etc. And many takes time to get it orintef and/or cut to perfection. Now imagine ONE person doing all of this. Management absolutely knows what the issues are in printing and as you can see by the comments on all office depot and max reviews, nothing has changed in years and most likely wont. My point of this super long but informative post? Stop whining, complaining and being impatient and rude to the employees who are simply doing their job under constant stressful situations. Have some empathy or shop elsewhere. Obviously the owners do not care about their employees or customers.
Line was long, I saw several customers put their stuff down and walk out. And then prices were no what was shown. Luckily I looked at what was posted they were going to over charge me on both items.

They have most everything needed for an office and the services to elp a small business. Printing services needs to get their stuff together.... Printers keep breaking and cant print in color. It is a toss up whether I can get it done here.People are friendly.

Its an office supply store and it has office supplies. They print business cards in the same time as Vista print for 10xs the price, but you can print out a nice business plan and resume on the spot.
Rather expensive, there pruces and service are not competitive.
Even though the store had nobody in it, I still couldnt get any help. Had to break up a conversation between two employees to ask.

The printing department have the worst service ever! I tried sending the docs online and they cancel my order because they didn’t know how to print it. I came to the store and the couldn’t help me either. Terrible experience

Anytime I ever try to use a coupon there is always some excuse as to why I am not able to. Also I was supposed to get a free pack of paper with the purchase of a printer and they said that they didnt have it and just left it at that... no rain check or anything.

Very poor experience with the print service. Extremely rude, ignored me at the counter, and didnt get the order right. I had to come back the next day for the corrected order and they were rude the second time as well. I would take your business elsewhere.
I was there at 7:45 pm for a print job and binding job and they lied to me and said that they closed at 8 pm on a Saturday. Come to find out that they didnt want to do the job. Went to Office Depot and found that out!
