I love this store. My apartment is high crime in midtown and packages are always being stolen. I opted to purchase the PO Box from this store and I love them. I frequent often and everyone is always super sweet and helpful. I’m a busy mom and I run a business. Packing and delivery with kids in one hand and everyone has always been over accommodating helping me out. I truly don’t expect much from a postal store but these guys are top notch. Makes me feel better about purchasing a box when I really should be able to get free mail at home. Thanks Louisiana street!

As an artist that is beginning to ship large work out of state, I needed some help in the shipping dept. Ive shipped paintings to Bermuda before with UPS and had no problem. But the size of my latest painting proved to be a real stumper for UPS, both locally and corporate. I spoke to 11 different people on the phone and in person, was directed to 3 different locations, always having to load and unload my large painting, only to be turned away. It was truly ridiculous. UNTIL....Henry at UPS on 2400 Louisiana St. SAVED THE DAY! He knew just what to do! He helped me secure a crate and insurance and have it properly prepared for Freight. It took an extra week of legwork, but I learned so much. Without his help, I was about to go bananas. Definitely recommend this store!!

I came in 8/3/21 a little after 1 PM to ship a few packages. I wasn’t greeted upon entering the store and the tall gentleman with dark brown hair behind the counter wasn’t friendly and seemed annoyed that I needed to ship packages. I just left, I can’t stand bad attitudes.

One of the rudest people at the front. Gave attitude when asked questions. Wouldn’t even make eye contact. Do not go here. Rude staff. Asked for return label and said to do it from home. Answer was very sarcastic.

I have a mailbox here and I can always count on my mail and packages being delivered here safely. The people that work here are so friendly and helpful. I’ve never had any issues. I usually come in the afternoons and they are so busy, but they are always quick to help me get in and get out with as little trouble as possible. I highly recommend this UPS Store if you’re looking for a personal and business mailbox.

Friendly and helpful: I had two heavy bronze sculptures and another small item I needed to box up for a friend. The staff helped me unload them, gave me options and pricing, waited patiently while I texted and talked on the friend about the options, and helped me load the things we were not sending in my car.

I had to ship a massive package internationally and went to a few places to get quotes. This UPS store not only gave me the best deal but the staff was wonderful. The manager, Henry, really helped me out by repackaging a very cumbersome, heavy item and making sure it was safe for shipping long distance.

What a great ups store! They are so polite, knowledgeable and quick. Came in for a notary but needed a few other things like enlarged image, faxing, etc. Justin was amazing! Wasted much time here because the tall pale male employee wouldn’t exhaust all options. He insisted that my mobile barcode wouldn’t scan without trying it first. Sent me out of line to a computer to reset my online password. Only to find out the mobile barcode scanned perfectly and printed a label. His last words : “I won’t charge you for anything.” Great? It was a free return label

The employees at the UPS Store on 2450 Louisiana St are very helpful and efficient. I came in unsure of what I had to do, and they helped me with every step of the way. It started getting busier with customers, and they even handled that well, being able to communicate with every person and making sure every one is spoken to, and keeping the lines moving. I have been a customer here for years and always greeted by the wonderful staff and manager always recommended this location to everyone but today when I walk in the store as usual there was a lady in the front counter I believe her name tag said Dinora just with the facial expression as if she didn’t want to be there just not welcoming and then on the phone speaking Spanish just so rude! Then to come find out the previous manager Genny is no longer working with them was very disappointing news to hear because she was the best! I will definitely not be renewing my services with them!!!

I called in regarding a printing order that had been somehow cancelled without my knowledge. This would have normally been very frustrating, however, Justin and Alivia told me to come on into the store to get things sorted out. Once I arrived they were nothing but pleasant and helpful with assisting me and making sure all my questions were answered. Ive been coming to this location for years and have always had positive experiences with the staff.

I shipped an oversized package to California, and the young lady did an excellent job packing the item so that it arrived at its destination without damage. The package did not arrive by its guaranteed delivery date, but it arrived a day or two later. Because it was late this location ensured I was compensated for its late arrival. This is my neighborhood UPS, and Im happy they took care of me and provided me outstanding customer service.

I’ve been trying to receive a package that was supposed to be 2 day shipping and it has been 5 days of “delivery attempts.” After calling customer service like 7 times I have just requested to pick it up at my nearest location, but they are going to charge me to move it so now I have to drive 25 minutes from my apartment to pick up a package that could have been delivered days ago by giving me a simple call when delivery was attempted. I also did not receive an “infonotice” after the attempts so I had no idea how to change my delivery options. I’ve lost money because this package is crucial to my small business.

Warning: Pack your boxes yourself!I used the UPS store when I moved to Houston to ship all of my stuff down. They were great. Therefore, when I left town I expected the same high quality packing and shipping service. Boy, what a mistake!Everything arrived in one piece when I got back to KS, but this was largely because each box was 80% packing peanuts. I shipped 3 boxes to Houston, but with the same amount of stuff they shipped 9 back to me because of the ridiculous amount of packing peanuts. One box had 3 garbage bags worth of packing peanuts in it for a handful of mugs. It is ridiculous.The net result of their packing job is 10 large boxes, a shipping cost that was 4x the cost to get the stuff there in the first place, and 15 garbage bags of packing peanuts- that are not recyclable.Ill be moving back to Houston soon, but Ill avoid this place. I dont like being overcharged because they dont know how to properly and efficiently pack a box.

I decided to write this review because on top of me running behind schedule and coming in and rushing the employee to help me she still remained very professional and tried to her best to get me taken care of and out the door in enough time for my meeting at 12:30pm as you can see I was still able to take time and write this review so thanks a lot I think Genny was her name and sorry for not being the most pleasant customer.

Very dissatisfied with accountability in this store. I came in last week to ship out a package to my brother and it was received damaged! After calling UPS customer service they informed me that I need to contact the store to start the claim process so I called this morning and asked to speak to a manager so the lady put me on hold and then after 5 minutes of hold time the manager gets on the phone and he tells me I have to contact UPS to initiate claim????!!!! So basically now I’m going back in forth over something that should be able to be resolved by The UPS Store according to UPS???? This is outrageous!!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This store is terrible!! I went to get a Fathers Day package delivered. I kept getting two different people bouncing back and forth somewhat helping me. The young man looked high or something and couldnt remember things I HAD JUST TOLD HIM. He got my phone number on the label wrong, and then passed me off to another person who got the actual delivery address WRONG. I didnt even say the address out loud, it was written on my Texas ID for her to literally copy down and she got both the zip code and street address wrong! And they also got the item descriptions wrong!What the hell is wrong with these employees?!And then when I tried to call to tell them it was all messed up, I was placed on hold two times in a row for about 10m total and no one ever picked up. I tried calling back and would only get a machine during their business hours.This is unacceptable for a service Im paying for.Take your business elsewhere, the people here seriously dont care about you.

This UPS store always opens late. I went yesterday to drop off a package @810 store was closed left came back @825 still closed. Several people were outside waiting as well. Pass by today again not opened on time. I just dont get why can’t they ever open on time. Its an on going situation that needs to be fixed asap

I needed to overnight something for my Hurricane Harvey insurance damage claim. I came here paid for overnight air only to have it sit there with no movement. I was told the next day that a late truck arrival was the reason the delay and it will be delivered the next business day... putting my children and I 1 more day out of our home. I called the 1800 customer service line to complain and was asked to go back to this store for a refund. I called the store prior to coming and was told to come AFTER noon. I can after noon after work as instructed, the 2 boys working there tell me they cant give me a refund without a manager and to come back tomorrow. I thought of many things including sitting in there to force a call to the manager but decided to respect myself. I called customer service again and this time Im told the store doesnt do the refunds it would have to be customer service after proving my delivery was indeed late.This is unacceptable. UPS will never get a dime of my business again. I plan to return tomorrow.

Dropped off a DHL package worth a few hundred of $$$ here. They claimed DHL came and picked it up, but DHL said they did not received any request for pick up from this location in the following two weeks. Package was never scanned at DHL. I had a drop-off receipt but the UPS store refused to take responsibility.

We had an overnight pkg to drop off at the McKinney store and were told the driver had already come and gone. They said go to the location at Louisiana and Rusk and they can still overnight for us as long as you get there before 3:00pm. So guess what, we circled the block 4 times and there is no store located there. I then googled and found our destination to be at Louisiana and McGowen. Hmmm, I see a huge difference in location addresses, SERIOUSLY!!! Now our overnight cant be sent due to the idiot directions we were given.

I am currently dealing with a situation where my package has not arrived after a week and a half. There is a tracking number, but it seems to have been never scanned. My constant calls to this specific store leads me to You need to talk to my manager without any validation that I will be helped in this matter. Please train your staff to at least give customers confidence that you care...As of this time, I am trying to call constantly every hour to get a hold of this manager and I will HOPEFULLY be assisted in the right direction.UPDATE: After writing this review, I was contacted by the right personnel and got help. They started a lost package investigation and told me that they will get back to me in two weeks. I was never contacted. It has been TWO MONTHS and nothing has happened.

The worst experience of my life - the service and knowledge are below zero.DO NOT SEND ANYTHING YOU CHERISH or ANYTHING VALUABLE.DO NOT LET THE PACK ANYTHING. They simply have no clue how to pack.they packed a large box for me - cost over $80 - and shipped it- cost $310.It arrived in pieces. They do not know how to send a package to the UK. I have had a package returned to me TWICE now. When I first sent it I asked them if it needed a customs form. They said it did not. Which I though was strange but stupidly trusted them as I thought they knew what they were doing, big mistake. Two days later the package was returned saying it needed a customs form. So I went back to the store. They put a customs form on it. A week later the package was returned again because they had filled the form incorrectly. The package is not going to arrive in time for Christmas now which I am really annoyed about. I am not going to attempt mailing the package a third time with them as they have already wasted my time and money and I dont trust them to do their job properly.

Then I waste time on the phone only to have those people “confirm” that the package is not at this location. I am relocating from SF to Houston TX. I am a current UPS Store customer in SF and really like the services. I contacted this store about their pricing and they initially were very responsive. However, since then, when attempting to contact the manager, Jenny, I get no where. I have left numerous voicemails, messages with her staff as well as emails. And nothing. It makes me wonder now whether I want a mailbox at this store. What will the service be like if it is currently this difficult to get the manager to return an email or a phone call?

This place is way too small and way too understaffed to competently manage the tons of packages it receives. They lost a package of mine last week that the UPS tracking system shows was delivered to them on a certain date and time, and signed for by their employee Moore. The manager has been rude and unhelpful and just keeps saying we never got it. Now she is refusing to provide the owners contact information so I can discuss the problem with him/her. At the present time, Im out $217 for contact lenses that I never received, which the seller will not refund because the UPS tracking system shows it was delivered to this UPS Store. Even before this package disappeared, we routinely had to go two or three times before they could locate a package that their own internal system showed as delivered. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. And Mr./Ms. Owner, if you think you can hide behind your incompetent employees, you are sadly mistaken. I wont give up until you either find my package or reimburse me the $217 for the box you lost.

I had the best customer service at this location from Alex. She is very professional, and loves her job hence she does it well.I had a very bad experience with one of the front desk staff. I even contacted the UPS cooperate office to try and fix the problem but the coorperate office wasnt helpful. I spent the whole day walking in and out of this location to try and get hold of somebody who knows his/her job and it paid off when I ran into Alex.She works at other locations but if you manage to get hold of her, your problem would be resolved.I would hufhly recommend this location and if you are not satisfied, try and contact Alex, she is excellent at her job.Also the location is convinient and packing is also available.

I overnighted a package to this store and I received confirmation that it was delivered. When I went to the store it was evident the staff was incompetent. They couldnt find my package even though it was signed for by one of the front desk attendees and claimed that the driver may have taken it back with him. It seemed like they couldnt manage a simple task that should have been routine. I would never trust this place with any outbound or inbound mail that is important.

Tried to call the store to see where my package was at first the lady asked for my name and said hold on but never came back to the phone while I was on hold for 5 minutes. This used to be a place that I trusted for my shipping. When returning packages to sender and there is a long line, I usually drop the shipment on the counter and never had to ask for a receipt (6 yrs no issue). I dropped off a shipment recently as there was on guy working but the shipment never made it to the sender 45 days later. Not a good look for the company and I will no longer use that location.
