Terrible Emerson & David are the worse managers ever no understanding or anything they want you to work like a slave & request off days. I do not recommend i tried calling HR they still never done anything about the managers here. This place is terrible seriously Emerson has the worst attitude ever tried checking me for calling H.R on them then ended my assignment whole new staff its not a good look for the company at all

Place is awesome everybody here very friendly from the shipping office to the warehouse when I arrive my first time here didn’t know what I was doing they helped me out my appointment was at three I got here at 11:30 they started a load me great place good job guys

Not sure why so many bad reviews I got here at 1330 02/22/21 and didnt know where the shipping office was asked yard guys they where nice office was nice also and only took 2.5 hours to load and they let me leave to go grab a bite to eat so yes a great shipper never delivered here but did get loaded

So far my experience was good they took me earlier than my appointmentin and out in one hour

Worse place to work here and low pay

Even with an appt you won’t get unloaded. We showed up an hour prior to our appt. Told they have no one with lift experience so sent us to another warehouse. Sat there for 8hrs then they came out to tell us they ain’t unloading us there and sent us back to original warehouse. So far been sitting in door for over an hour and still haven’t attempted to unload us. We DID have an appt and we were ON TIME So glad these companies think a drivers time is pointless.

The new administration does not want the small clients now. This company grew up working with small companies, but now they are bigger, the small ones are not good enough for them.

Worse place I delivered to as far I can remember being in trucking, night yard driver is so unprofossinal he wanted $40 to let me park inside the gate overnight. Now I came back in morning for 8:30 appt they had me sit parked on side of building and no one cares about your time or even give you an estimated time for unloading, drivers plz stay away you will not be happy coming here.

Ive used Action Box in the past and was moderately happy with their work but I have tried to get someone to contact me about a possible order probably 5-10x and they must not want or need business.

Had an appointment to pick up preloaded trailer between 0100 and 0400. No one answering call button, looks like no one is here. So glad I woke up early to sit in a driveway for nothing.

Dont go if you miss your delivery appointment try to get another appointment settup because they will not offload you unless you get another appointmentBS.

Absolutely terrible. 3 hrs just to get in the gate with a door assignment. Who knows how long to load. Very rude people. There were trucks here when I got here that are still here. Looks like an all day process. Never again.

These guys are awesome!!! Arrived a little late, but once I got there and checked in, they gave me a dock right away and started loading me. Took about 45mins, in n out quick!

Working for action box was one of the worst experience ever.The supervisors are so unprofessional the dont attend to anyone needs at all.They want you to work hard for little pay... They let certain people do certain things like come in late or miss days at work. Supervisors thats cool with the certain individual dont say anything to the employee at all. CertainSupervisors talk to employees really bad and you report it to H.R. and nothing gets done about the situation.Its a very highly unmanage place of business I must say.I wouldnt recommend anyone working in that type of environment.

Horrible place. Been sitting in line for over 4 hours waiting to get unloaded. They seem to be very unorganized and unconcerned about efficiency. Hope to never come back here.

You have an appointment and they do not care, he arrived on the day to download and they put an appointment for me until 7:30 pm and he arrived earlier and they tell me that I have to wait until I touch my shift since there is more ahead of me. In short, the download lasted more than 12 hours.

This place is the worst to load, I arrived at 1130am and they gave me a door at 3pm then finished loading at 630pm. It was the worst thing that happened to me waiting for more than 6 hours I never go to this place trash again
