This place is awesome and very budget friendly, I went in not knowing how many boxes I needed or the sizes. The gentleman that works there was so patient and so nice, he helped me the entire time find what I needed. I ended up getting 25 boxes for $35 which is a fantastic buy seeing how U-Haul charges $14 for 1 large box.

Super helpful with lots of advice on what you need to buy. There are box package bundles too with assorted sizes. Every accessory you need including markers to label the boxes! Theyll even load them for you. They have every type of box, not just for moving.

I cant remember the young mans name that took care of me but this is definitely a full service establishment. I didnt even need help but he loaded the boxes into my car anyway. Did I mention that the prices are very competitive?

The man that helped me was awesome...had suggestions on how to save money...although I decided to spend more...but I also saved money on some book boxes with advertisement on them...so it worked out for both of us...also helped me get my stuff to the car. I will definitely go back for all my box needs

Super pleasant experience, the employee was very informative and helped us narrow down what we needed :) they have some really neat boxes to fit all your moving needs. It is way more affordable than anywhere else, especially if you buy in bundles.

They do have alot of boxes. But the 20x20x12 box would have been less expensive at Fed Ex.!

Rewriting this review. Good service and help put it in the car. Guy sold me a box too big and said yeah usps should be able to ship it got to the post office and they said its too big. Loss of 17 dollars thanks.

DO NOT GET YOUR BOXES HERE! Go to a different location. This was quite possibly the WORST customer service experience Ive ever had in my entire life. They got one star from me because I couldnt do -5 stars!There was no one in the store but me and this kid completely ignored me. I asked a question, he turned his back as if I wasnt even there. I waited at the counter, several minutes, for him to finish what he was doing and he never came over. I told him I was ready and he threw whatever he had in his hands on the floor and said Ok, whatd you want? He acted annoyed and put out.I purchased 2-packs of 15 large boxes, 1-small and bubble wrap. I was having a hard time picking up and carrying the large boxes and this guy offered no assistance whatsoever. I mean, it was pretty clear I was struggling and he didnt even offer to open the door for me. Do you have a cart I could borrow: Nope. Can you give me a hand with the large boxes: Nope. Then he turned his back and ignored me.The attached pics of the cuts to my wrists are a result of trying to get out their front door. Do yourself a favor and get your boxes at another location. Ive had great experiences at the Magnolia location, but I will NEVER purchase anything ever again from the Tomball location.

Great deal on brand new boxes and moving supplies. Sell you a package based on the size of your house. Worth the extra cost to get all of it in one go and have good materials to work with.

Worst customer service since the guy I was dealing with the beginning of Oct got promoted. Now this younger kid has no customer service skills. I had to WALK OUT since I was getting frustrated with his lack of knowledge of the products. If you dont need to ask questions then its a great place for low price boxes. I will be sending a complaint to their main office.

Very helpful staff who always see happy to help. Also, the boxes and packing materials sold here are lower priced and better quality than similar products elsewhere.

They charged me for large boxes when I purchased medium. By time I found out, I already had my boxes packed. I dont live close to this place to ask for a refund.Good point is the representative did carry my boxes to my car.
