Same as many of the other complaints. I was shorted items and did not receive a replacement or refund. It took a week for anyone to respond to my notification that items were missing. Their response didnt make sense - like they hadnt read or understood my email.Cancelled orders are not refunded in full, thus they are stealing from you when you ask to cancel an order that you didnt receive.So you are better off doing a chargeback.I will not be ordering from this company again.

They’ll short you on your orders, especially if you place big orders. Please count and double check your shipments. Cause they’ll continue to short you unless you call them out on it
