I had posted a bad review before communicating with Glenn McKee the head manager or owner of the U-Haul storage. I have to apologize to Glenn and staff. They investigated my issue and took care of the matter quite quickly. Glenn and staff are upstanding business people and I have learned to be patient and talk about the matter. I have been a client on and off for over a decade. Sorry and Thanks for the help and service you have been providing. Thanks again. Curtis Perry

I do not write reviews at all but I promised myself I will write this to clear my conscience and I will contact uHaul corporate to let them know about Glen. He is the worst Manager God created. I have rented at so many places in the past and they have always been friendly however reverse is the case with the Manager here. No wonder there are so many other bad reviews.He is always extremely rude without no managerial skills. Customer service is not in his dictionary.My expensive Limousine for example got broken into with all the glass shattered but he didnt care one bit . What happened to at least saying something nice or you will help look at the cameras even if you will not?There are so many other things I cannot start putting up that he does that makes you question how he became a Manager. Bad attitude, same thing with the wife, bad attitude!!I wish you guys well but be rest assured you need to change your ways and approach to life and work. If you do not like the job, please quit.

Very rude, On the phone they dont Tell you all the charges. When you get there they wanna $100 down payment. Then they tie a Dolly And a carpet inside the truck, With a lose seal, If you break the seal you have to pay for dolly and carpet. They try to rip me off with mileage, fuel tank, And on top of that they dont have updated damaged Pictures off the truck on the app. I did my own inspection before I left and everything was wrong on my paperwork so they have to print another paper work for me. This place is not recommended on all.
Leased a spot for 31 motorhome, with power for over two years, but recently timers on the electrical outlet leave me with a dead battery on my motorhome. they allow 2 hours of charging each day and a timer cuts the power. This is not sufficient to maintain a motorhome battery. I have discussed with them several times and their concern is tenants living in the trailers and motor homes. After many discussions with management the facility is not able to provide sufficient power to keep my battery charged so I am leaving.
I showed up to the location at 9:30am for my 9:30am pick up, the guy working was on his way out and said ill be back. I let him know I had a 9:30am pick I booked online two days before. He said ok just wait in your car I will be back, and closed the door. locked it and walked away. I did not get out of there with a U-haul until 10:35am. He worked very slow and was rude even after I tell him know I am in a rushe and now an hour behind MY schedule. Then after I loaded up the U-haul and got in it would not start. I had to wait an hour for the roadside in my area to come change the battery. And to top it off, after i dropped the truck off the next day I was charged 50 dollars for fill up cost. I called the location and let him know i filled that truck up back to where it was when i took it, he started to protest till I told him I have a picture of it. His words well I wont argue with you if you have a photo just email it to me. The worst Ive ever dealt with!!
Good place to store your stuff. Cheaper than a lot of places in the area for the quality of storage and security. Glenn & Janice are very nice and are very helpful to whatever your needs are. If I ever needed storage again, Id go back here again to store my stuff.
I recently visited this Uhaul because I wanted to find some affordable boxes to help me take my things back to college. I went expecting some ignorant service and without really looking at the reviews but, let me tell you, I was so moved by them that I made sure to make a note to write this review today. There were two people at the help desk, a man and a woman, and when they heard I was going back to college, they didnt miss a beat making sure that I left with everything I need at the cheapest price they could offer. I spent about 7 dollars total on new boxes because they found me some that were really good for free. As long as they are there, I will have no problem visiting them again when I am in town if I need anything else from them. It was such a good experience that I want to rent a space there just because. I dont have that kind of money or anything to put in there but, from my personal experience, I loved it.
Glen and Janice are running a great property. I see the place improving all the time and the new LED lighting and revamped wash bay are great additions. The whole staff is happy to help when I need something and use thier knowledge of the system to make sure I get the best deal no matter what vehicle I need. They have some new vehicles in the fleet and I always enjoy how clean and reliable my rental is. U-Haul just rolled out after hours pick up and drop off that is quick and easy, no more having to wait for them to open and I know my total, as well as the reason for the total right away so I can budget better. Love UHaul and will definitely be a life long customer.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this U-Haul and especially dissatisfied with their manager Glenn Mckee. I paid for a space to keep my truck and paid for 24 hour access and they are now denying my access to my truck until I pay for another, more expensive space that I did not agree to. Horrible customer service. I do not recommend to anyone.
Tried to pick up my uhal at the time u requested. Its a sign on the door that says closed! Im on a really tight schedule and this thru me all the way off

Excellent service, vehicle was in perfect shape and they helped me load my car onto the trailer. The two gentlemen were of great assistance and would recommend Uhaul to anyone who asks.
Play by the rules, dont touch what is not yours, drive safely, and youll get along just fine. Glenn is a good manager.

I asked for furniture two different types of dollies with medium size truck. I was charged for dollies but was provided none. They gave me a refund after a week. Make sure you check the dollies youself before getting into the truck.
This UHaul experience was the worst one Iβve had. Iβve used UHaul to move 3 times previously with mixed results, but this location takes the title of most unnecessarily painful experience.I elected to reserve my 15β truck and try the phone check in. When I arrived at the location, the truck was not in sight, so I entered the office. Janice informed me that it would βprobably be a whileβ before I could complete my reservation, which confused me since I was trying to use the phone check in. She informed me that the Internet has been down for 20 minutes and there was nothing she could do. I was short on time and asked if there was a way I could arrange for a vehicle at a different location. This seemed to snap her out of her unbelievably lazy customer service mindset and with the guidance of the other owner they decided to restart the computers. Miraculously the Internet began working.Not being deterred, Janice was determined to ensure I spent as much time as possible in her presence and proceeded to start a reservation from scratch, a process Iβd already completed in advance of arriving. We reviewed all details of the reservation. After initially electing to decline the insurance (again), the male employee utilized the scare tactic of βany damage may result in a charge for the full UHaul value of $50,000.β No, as I found after reading the contact, that isnβt really true. But now fearing I was ensnarled in well constructed swindle trap, and after conferring with my insurer I capitulated and purchased the insurance.Itβs probably good I did, the vehicle had a persistent oil service required light on, with no mention by the owners. Who knows what other required but deferred maintenance was waiting under the hood.Overall, this experience, combined with a previous miserable experience at UHaul have made me likely to find an alternative next time I need a truck to move.
I was over charged becasue the staff was rude, both my husband and I told them they were rude. The morning staff who checked us in were very nice but these two in the afternoon were horrible. They rushed me off the site without approving the charges and charged a cleaning fee and more than what was anticipated. We MADE sure the truck was clean before rushing to get it in before their βcheck-inβ time. I think it is unprofessional, spiteful and not a good bussiness ethic to overcharge people because they call you out on your rude-ness. Very disappointed!!!!

I will never go back to this u haul location. i am so upset that these people did me the way they did. they rented a truck to me and charged my card 110.00. they black guy with dread took me back to the truck on a gulf cart and gave me the key told me to check the miles and the gas needle. i did and he told me i was good to go. it did not doon on me to check the back of the truck. once i go to the shop to pick up new bike i open the back of the truck and all i see was about 15 roaches. i was to embarrassed. they store clerk did not want to put the bike in the truck so i had to do it roaches all on the walls. never have i ever been that embarrassed. i thought to myself how do we look comming to buy two brand new motorcycles and put them in a truck full of raoches. i bet if i was a different race they would have refunded me all my money but not they told me i owed them 85.00 more. never again. one more thing they guy asked what did i need to truck for i told him to pick up two new motorcycles he told me long as they not stolen i told him no i dont need to steal we have money. staff rude and truck nasty and they have a smelly dog walking around the office.

Horrible experience. Set up reservation and paid and showed up only to have no truck available. Staff was unsympathetic and unresponsive. Manager was a jerk and acted like it was my problem and not his.AVOID THIS LOCATION
The lady was crazy tuning around with no shoe on and she gave very bad service she was talking to people like they was dumb.She told me I had to wait until she was ready to help me and that will take a long time. I just left and I will never go back there again.

A place where the employees are quite rude, we have lived with them a bitter experience of renting a space in this place, in addition to the horrendous smell of cigarettes inside the office, for a horrible experience, very rude people, with bad behavior, inside the place (front desk) smell strong cigarret, do not recommend to rent in this place
