This place moved to 5800 Clinton Drive, Houston, TX 77020. Don’t be confused - after being in the same location on Hempstead Road for a decade, this place has moved twice during the pandemic. Still the same great people and variety of products.

Total 5-Star store. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Even though they didn’t have the exact size box I needed, they helped me create a work-around that will be even better. This is the type of store you want to go back to and give them your business. Now I’m strangely excited about my next boxing adventure just so I can go back.

I have been going to the box superstore for many years. Ken and his team are always extremely helpful and go above and beyond to get me what I need. Ken even loaned me his truck once so I could take an oversized package to drop off that wouldn’t fit in my SUV! How’s that for service?

Huge variety of all different size boxes and will even help you package if you have a custom size item to ship. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I go here for all my packing needs. Highly reccomend. Awesome prices too

This place is AMAZING. They have boxes for EVERYTHING... jewelry, cakes, mirrors, files you name it. From big to small. Also really good supply of packing materials. Theyre super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Cant recommend it highly enough. Most fun you can have in a box store!!

EXCELLENT Customer service, Vast variety, EXTREMELY Clean and organized. My experience at the Box Superstore was a great one. I was able to find everything in one place and that made me really happy!! I recommend the place and will definitely be going back!

They are never open. Every time I go there, they are closed during business hours. Not the same since ownership has changed.

If you need a box, its here no matter the size. Staff is fantastic, very helpful. The bargain bin just inside the front door is a nice feature. They also have packing supplies and can pack and ship items as well.

Excellent selection of packing material; friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff; and decent prices. I only go on weekends and parking is NEVER crazy. With the distance so close to my home, this is a no-brainer.If you were thinking of going to one of those home improvement stores for packing material, dont. It isnt worth the hassle with this store around.

Packing materials which are good enough for commercial packages and lots of stock boxes including some doublewall. We use 18x 12x 12 and they have them in stock at a good price.

Never been in a place with so many different size boxes that would sell them individually. Super helpful staff that will take a quick glance at the item you need to box and tell you the exact size you need.

Great customer service. Extremely friendly. Ken was really nice. I regret I dont remember the ladys name that helped us but she was super helpful and really nice. They even gave my son a thomas the train toy that he was eyeballing that they had sitting on the counter. Wonderful experience. I need all sorts of shipping supplies for selling things on ebay and they have everything I need. I will be going here from now on for all my shipping needs. Thank you box superstore!
