Kids enjoyed the ice cream sand hanging with their cousins

We appreciate the owner doing everything he can to keep this place open. It usually means having only one employee working so we do our best to be patient. Its our favorite ice cream place so definitely check them out. The owner makes the best boston coolers 👏

First time visiting this place & overall, we were very satisfied. However, it took 20 minutes from when we arrived to when we could place our order. There wasnt a long line, but we quickly realized there was only one employee working. She did an amazing job working fast and taking multiple orders at a time. There were no complaints from anyone around. She was getting tips from every customer (I hope they go directly into her pocket).Point of my review is management/ownership FAILED the one employee on this Saturday night, and that was really disheartening.

Not good. Shake was runny. Ice cream tasted phoney, cheap. Honestly, going to drive a little further to Captain Ds in Pinckey. Overall better ice cream.

Can someone teach these ice cream places that there are more than two flavors of soft serve available in the universe?

We had a cookie dough hot fudge sundae and a banana split the other day - VERY good!

The service was excellent and the icecream delicious! Great out door seating area the only bad part was no public bathroom so just prepare for that!!

This is a really great place! Made out of a refurbished train car. Lots of great flavors. I had the lemon cheesecake which was delightful. My daughter had the kids cookie monster sunday and loved it!

I didnt give a 5-star only because I didnt get anything for free cuz hes a delightful place to go

This place is a family spot and a tradition in my family. They have everything from ice cream to soft drinks. If they served burgers, hot dogs and chili fries it would be an even bigger draw.

Been coming here for years. Good selection, neat location. Sometimes you will get Styrofoam blended into your cross-roads or giant air pockets in your ice cream. You can tell those time when you get double containers.

My husband had a scoop of the peanut brownie. It was more icy than creamy. I had chocolate soft serve with peanut butter cups and oreos. I could only find 3 pieces of the peanut butter cups. Pretty disappointing.

My sons adore visiting The Caboose for ice cream. The staff is very friendly and patient with little ones. The Crossroads are our favorites with all the toppings.It’s not summer without trips to the Caboose! Love this place!!!

Pretty much all ice cream shops are overpriced, so Im not going to give fewer Stars based on that. They are competitively priced. The ice cream is always as it should be - cold and creamy. LOL! The staff is friendly, kids dig the Caboose, and even I request little sugar eyes on my treats :-)

Ice cream was delicious, many options /flavors to choose from. Picnic tables under canopy to eat there. Would suggest a trash can under the canopy as we had to go back up the ramp to deposit our trash.
