Im really happy about the mattress I bought at SleepChek. Its a Bravura Encore Firm. I was concerned about off gassing and was assured that there would be none. There wasnt. I put my nose right up to the mattress on delivery and there was no spe. I was concerned about dust mites, so I bought a dust mite encasement on line. Dont do what I did which, was that, after I got the encasement on, I realized that I needed the code from the side of the mattress, in order to register for the warranty. Also I measured the mattress depth at 14, but sheets which are supposed to fit up to 16 were too small. Apparently the mattress will need extra large sheets. I mention hoping to save other people from an extra trip to the store. The delivery was exactly what was promised and the mattress is extremely comfortable.

This is only my second Google review ever. I was not looking forward to buying a new mattress: too many options, I know very little about them, pushy salespeople, how do I really know if I’ll like it, etc....!I went into SleepChek on an quiet weekday and was thankful to be the only customer there at that time.Paul (owner/salesman) greeted me and asked what I was looking for. He showed me a few mattresses, gave me the details of each, handed me their sale flyer, told me to lie down and see how they feel, then let me do my thing (look up mattresses on my phone, see how my back felt, etc).I asked Paul *so* many questions about mattresses!!! He answered every single one, and then some. He was patient, very knowledgeable, helpful, and not at all pushy. I swear I think I was in there for over an hour. 😂I genuinely felt that he wanted me to have a quality mattress and make a good decision.I wasn’t planning to buy a mattress today, but Paul was so great, I went out to my car and then decided to go back in and make the purchase.He gave me a great deal and we even chatted about kids, family, etc. Free next day delivery, too! Woot!I told him I am very picky about customer service and will absolutely tell my friends and family to see him for a mattress!!!Thank you, Paul. Genuinely. I know this review is long and sounds sappy, but it’s just the way I am. I’m grateful and can not wait to sleep on my new “luxury” mattress that I got for a steal! 🤩I made a very good choice today. Feeling great!

Could not be happier with the service and bed we bought. Called Paul on a Sunday afternoon when a family member with medical needs joined our house. We were able to get a great bed and adjustable frame delivered that day and Paul was kind enough to offer to set it up for us. We will most certainly be back for all of our future mattress needs.

The selection was great. The prices were better than Pure Sleep. The service and knowledge base at the store far exceeded anything at Art Van. Didnt have to put up with the pressure selling either. Paul and Ann saved us over $300 on our mattress purchase over other sellers! They are a great business! We went to at least four other mattress sellers and felt like we were at shady used car dealerships at all of them. We were so relieved with the friendly, honest and professional service at this store!

Made a purchase over Memorial Day weekend and everything went perfect. SleepCheck did what they said they were going to do and delivered on time at a great price. Bought 2 beds, frames and pillows that are like heaven! Very happy with the non-pressured sales and think I dealt with the owner. Very helpful and patient as I made up my mind. Had a wonderful experience at sleep chek! It was or second stop of the day after checking out prices and deals at other competitors. We really appreciated the straight forward answers, great detail of product and the perfect amount of space! As someone who works in sales I was very appreciative of the space we were given to think and browse but always felt as if we were being helped. No, second closer walking up as you would get at Gardner white or Art Van to give you that pushy salesman like feel. Paul was very respective of our budget and worked to to stay in our price point, yet gave great recommendations. The woman who checked us out at the counter was very throughou and kind. We highly recommend this establishment and will refer friends and family! Thanks for the help and we cannot wait to receive our new mattress next week!

Bought a mattress today from owners Paul and Ann at Sleep Chek Howell, they were a pleasure to work with. No pressure at all and the store is nice, big and clean with a big selection on the floor to choose from. I chose the Medicoil HD 5000 pillow top it is a beast of a mattress. Best mattress store I have been too, would definitely buy from them again in the future.

Went to shop here for a new mattress. Owner and wife were VERY pushy, just like Art Van or anywhere else I went except for places like Sears. But owner was VERY rude, sending me threatening emails, etc. I couldnt believe this was happening... coming from a small business owner in our hometown! Stay away. They are weird and they are rude!

I would NOT recommend buying a mattress from this company. The customer experience was horrible. The owner of the business was extremely rude and condescending as we were trying to work out an issue. I usually dont post reviews but felt compelled to warn buyers of how awful this experience was and to consider going to their competitors across to the street who are pleasant and will work with any of your concerns. Im surprised small business owners dont treat their customers with more respect as social media may not work in their favor. Buyers beware and consider any other place to find a mattress!!!!
