The salesman Mike M is very knowledgeable in the products he carries. He tries to find you the best mattress for you and your budget! He doesn’t try to push you into buying a mattress either. Very personable and easy to get along with.

Great selection. Got a Simmons with Certi-Pur foam, like to avoid nasty chemicals where I can. I also like the fact that I can speak to a real person. Mike answered all of my questions and was helpful in choosing the mattress. I have been in the store before to try them out, which was really helpful in determining the softness number that I like.

Visited the store in Howell and was pleasantly surprised at the great customer service by the sales person Mike. Mike was very helpful in price matching and explaining the products. He was available and gave us time to do our research before purchasing.This is the first time I have used an online service for such an expensive product I am hoping that it all goes well and if I need anything customer service is as helpful as the sales person Mike.

My wife and I came into this store in hopes of finding the right mattress for us. Mike greeted us at the door and gave a “no pressure” feeling about our visit. He asked us questions and answered our questions. Which led us to the type of mattress, pillows and bed frame we were looking for. The knowledge that Mike has, when it comes to getting you into the right bed, is outstanding. He makes you feel good about the purchase you are making, like a mother hen protecting her baby chicks. I know we will be back to deal with Mike for any of our mattress needs.

We walked inside the store where we were greeted immediately! We had no idea what type of mattress we were looking for and Mike helped us figure everything out. He took his time with us without being pushy which is very important to us. We have baught several mattresses in the last five years and have hated the outcome of all of them. We shared with Mike that we were warm sleepers and Mike showed us the cool tempurpedic brand beds. We got to try all the settings! We immediately could tell this was the brand of beds for us. He demonstrated how the bed worked and how much cooler we would sleep at night! I loved the bonus of the bed being able to move up and down for TV watching!! No matter where we move our tv too this bed will work with these adjustments! We decided on the soft mattress and we used to always sleep on medium firm, through Mikes demonstration we learned that was all wrong for us. Nobody has ever taken the time to show us all the differences in beds! We left the store feeling so happy and excited to get our bed within the month!! We also upgraded from a queen size to a king size bed so our puppy can sleep with us more as he grows! Thank you US Mattress and Mike for the amazing help today!

Mike and Joe were excellent with helping me find the correct mattress. They were always in contact with me about any questions I had and very helpful from a knowledge standpoint. I had visited a few other places about pillows and mattresses but they were not nearly as helpful or as courteous as Mike and Joe. In store the experience with sales, Mike, was excellent. I was told 2 weeks at most for my delivery since my mattress was in stock. Between the warehouse and delivery....they have NO clue!! I’m told now my mattress will be delivered next week making it 4 weeks!!! That is if it shows!! People weren’t even returning my calls until week 3. I tried to cancel but “would be charged”. So I guess I’ll keep sleeping on my couch and hope it shows up some day! The ONLY reason it’s a 2 star is due to your sales dept.

Shopping for a mattress has always been stressful and time consuming to find the right fit for the right price, But with Mike McGarry at Howell US MATTRESS this was not my experience. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted kindly by Mike. Keep in mind I’m one of those people that does not want a salesmen following me around and trying to push a bunch of products on me so I was pleasantly surprised when he approached me and shared a quick, helpful (informative) method of figuring out what comfort level I am at by an easy number scale of firm to soft. After the quick bit of information he then let me know that he would be here for me for any question I may have and encouraged me to take my time and try them all out while giving me space and privacy. Once I narrowed it down to what I liked it was time to discuss options and pricing so I approached Mike And let him know I’m ready for his input and he gave me his undivided attention...... never have I met someone more knowledgeable of sleeping styles, comforts, proper sizing......and the products and accessories that bring the experience to life all while keeping your budget in mind. Walking in there I knew nothing more than the sizes (twin-king) and left here not only understanding all my options but I knew MY personalized sleeping that I desire. it’s the first time I have ever walked out of a store after making a (bigger) purchase where I didn’t have buyers remorse. I knew that not only was I getting the product that I want and need but also getting the BEST DEAL. The mattress and accessories arrived ON TIME and was delivered and installed by a thorough and knowledgeable team.
