Pretty good, they’ll have most of the things you’re looking for here but finding them can be tricky

Lots of great items but only go through to find clearance their clearance is priced very well staff is always been pleasant

Because of everything on offer there can seem to be a lot going on in a BB&B which can sometimes be distracting if your going for a specific item/reason. For those who may have something they are looking to address (storage/cleaning etc.) But hadnt yet found the right idea, a solution will definitely jump out at you while you take care of your other needs in store.

I purchased something online and there were a few issues but I was assisted and all problems solved. Thanks to the staff and to the manager Michael for helping me out.

Prices are not clear at all and tricky marketing.

They usually have the household goods I need. Im old enough that its sometimes more enjoyable to browse in person rather than online. (Im looking at you, Jeff Besos!)This visit they seemed to be out of stock on several things Ive bought there before or needed this time. It felt like they just emptied the back room to make the front loom full.I know that the franchise has announced theyre closing some locations, and maybe this is one of those.

A very nice person climbed the biggest ladder you ever saw just to take a peek if they had my size for a bed set I wanted. They have Ugg which is super soft everything for beds.

I went to purchase a specific item. They were all sold out. The manager checked in the back and they didnt have any back there. She gave me the option of going to a different store that did have it, but it was too far away. She then said she would order it for me and that Id get it next week, delivered to my door. Very helpful.

Always helpful to offer a ship to home option if an item isnt in stock. Love the discounts in the mail. I use them all the time.

Again a store that was poorly stocked, The feeling I get is they are going out of business

People from the Hudson store are rude with immigrants including the manager. You should respect all people and fix your missing prices problems or at least follow the rules for when that happens. I, definitely, will never come back here.

As a smaller location, this particular Bed, Bath & Beyond does not have some items bigger locations do. On the other hand, the store is often much less busy, so finding parking and help can be easier. The staff is rather friendly and helpful. Most there will work hard to find your items either right in store or online. This is a good store for a quick trip most days. The parking lot in front of the store itself is pretty small, but a neighboring storefront is empty at the time of this review, so there is still plenty of space.

What can you say!

When you need to find it and have it today this is a great place to stop. They have a good variety of all your home goods. Service friendly and informative, if not always easy to find. The store is bright, organized, well-stocked, a very pleasant place to shop. The only thing is this is not a place for a bargain hunter.

Oh my...the aisles arent cluttered like in Framingham. The staff are savvy & knowledgeable in the products that they sell. They also have a section of the store dedicated to revealing hot-picks of products that they cant otherwise keep in stock!! My favorite aisle is dedicated to thread counts in Hotel Sheets.. The higher the count the more it costs especially if its Sateen Sheets...I am never disappointed when I cross over the threshold here!! So many nooks and crannies to discover and every aisle presents a pleasant surprise. Its a terrific store to explore and try before you buy.

Nothing is a steal but they have everything you need for the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. I had a big purchase and I got Beyond+ which cost $30 but I saved $41 and now get 20% off all purchases for the next year. Better than those 20% off one item coupons!

I always shop here for my home decor/supplies because its the perfect blend of uniqueness and ability to replace a piece if a set is broken. The quality is unmatched too!

The Hudson store is a great place to shop. We just downsized to a townhouse so we were getting a lot of things. Anytime we couldnt find something or needed more of an item we would just ask and they would find it for us. The manager and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going there again.

Very clean to my suprising! A great selection from kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and other things such as home decorative goods. Bed bath and beyond also has a good variety selection of product care, skin/ nails and hair for both men and women etc including beauty products. Its a great business since they carry a good amount of inventory and beyond.

Can be pricey. Good with sales or coupons. Those 20% off coupons you get in the mail dont expire, btw. Theyll take them wayyy past the expiry date.

They are very helpful. Strongly suggest getting on mailing list for 20% off any single item. Recieve them monthly and they really are savers.

Well stocked housewares store. Recently bought Dyson vacuum on sale and we still got a discount using the stores discount coupon.

Two of the three people I interacted with here were very professional, friendly, and helpful. Especially the woman working the register. The third, I believe was a manager judging by his attire, was so rude..no smile or effort to be polite. He made me feel so uncomfortable when I was trying to find proper gift wrapping materials; telling me not to wrap in store and just take the materials home. Which is fine...but I needed to find wrapping that fit the gifts... I couldnt wait to get out of the store solely based on his attitude toward me! Terrible example of a manager.

There is always some unique items at this store! There is so much to choose from, its hard not to choose just one.

All the staff, at the Hudson store was very pleasant on one of the busiest shopping days of the year. But Sharon went above & beyond in the customer service end of her job today.

Went in yesterday to purchase multiple items using my BBB+ that I bought from them in July.Did not have app on phone as it was new but they have always just pulled it up for me on computer to give me my 20% off purchase (85.00) since wifi doesn work in store.Store manager (Chris?) insisted I was not in computer but still found I had offers of 1 item at 20% not whole purchase.He insisted I was not signed up and told me I needed to get a bank or credit card statement to prove it.I was there 35 minutes while he tried telling me I wasnt signed up.He tried a few other email address all the while I told him I was in system.He finally gave me my discount but let me know that he was DOING ME A HUGE FAVOR.Guess what ....I went to car (where there was wifi )and looked it right up.At the bottom of my offers my 20% off total purchase was right there.I did not waste anymore of ny time to go back in to show him as I was so very late because of him.His customer service skills were pretty much obsolete and I dont think I will waste my time at that store again.

I think they were in the middle of inventory or something. The shelves were full of the exact same items and I couldnt find prices on any of the items I was interested in. I ended up not buying anything.

Friendly staff, but who would guess that with all the decorative glass for sale, vases are only available online? Another reason not to brick and mortar.
