AAB painted some aftermarket parts for my 3 Series BMW. I was looking for an autobody shop last minute due to a previous complication with another shop. I searched on Google and these guys were the closest to me at the time.I showed up with $1500 worth of parts in my car and decided to walk-in and talk it up with the painter - Wallus, and the shop manager. They were happy to show me their facility: paint mix room, and sealed paint room from the outside. I spent an hour picking their brains trying to make sure I can trust them with my conversion parts.Reasons I was sold on this place:1) Plenty of clean space in their warehouse to properly store my parts before, during, and after treatment. This was important to me because many places are so clustered that parts could get easy get contaminated, dropped and dinged etc. These guys have plenty of wall racks and work stands!2) New automotive Sherwin Williams paint. After chatting with them, I went back to my car and called a couple car friends, an auto body supply shop, and a 20+ year professional autobody painter - before I made the commitment to work with AAB. Most people used DuPont, PPG and other well known paint brands. But AAB had recently brought on Sherwin Williams auto paint. Who was relatively new in the auto industry - so at first I was hesitant, but what sold me is that they use SWs premium tier of paint, BC08 - European-designed. Best part is that Wallus took extra time to help me color match my Alpine White Paint 300/ Standard verses the other two options. I explained to him I only wanted to do this once, and correctly, theres really no going back after. He took it an extra step for me and used his most premium clear coat which runs $200/gallon.3) Prep work required. Wallus knew these brand new parts would need to be sanded and prepped, so he did just that. The entire process from preparation to painted was 1 week. The parts cured over the weekend and I was able to pick them up - no issues. (I personally let the parts cure for another 21 days - as per advice from auto detailers) based on what I was trying to achieve. I also did the installation myself, by preference.Overall, they worked exceptionally well and the paint looks great. P.S they painted the new front bumper, left and right fenders, and left and right rockers! All in all, they met my needs and budget. Thanks guys, keep spraying!!

I want to alert the community about the workshop: Alpha Body Shop, located at 59 Apsley st, Hudson, MA. The treatment given to me as a customer was very inappropriate and I experienced a lot of incompetence from the team on 6/15/2021. I left my car to be repaired, this was agreed between one of the Alpha Body Shop partners Leonardo Lima and me. The repair was delayed 40 days, I went to the workshop to solve the delay because he had paid the towing company $250 to do the transport, but it turns out that the partnership between them was undone. The price would then have an increase of $1500, making the agreed amount of $2000 that I had to pay now $3500 after their disagreement. This was very disrespectful with the customer, the amount due would have to be maintained regardless of their disagreement. The lack of professionalism and disrespect for the customer is unacceptable. When I finally got answers from the alpha body shop, I had to tell them that I will look for my rights and it was alright by them. With the situation, I had to remove my car from there and pay another $250 to bring the car to Malden. With all the events, my total was $500 only on transportation. But my disappointment is with the disrespect, and the lack of professionalism of certain Brazilian commerce such as Alpha Body Shop.

Very unprofessional. They never answer their phones. When I got my car back there was over spray everywhere. Almost as if they do not care about the quality of their work. They also take longer than other body shops I have experienced before. It would make sense if they take longer than usual if they performed great work, however, their work is absolutely terrible. They will not return your phone calls. Avoid this body shop at all costs. The other reviews on google seem to be fake reviews; by bots.

They did a great job repairing an annoying crack in my bumper. The paint touch up was great too! Great team that knows what they are doing. Highly recommend to anyone that needs a job done quickly and efficiently.

I took my Subaru to Alpha Auto Body to do take rust off my Trunk. The staff at Alpha Autobody were courteous and made the whole process easy and very affordable and they were on time and answered all my questions when I had any. I would recommend to anyone and I will go to them if my car has any problems in the future.
