Excellent customer service. They were able to get hard to find parts to repair my car. My appointment was prompt and the job came in under budget.

Or vehicle was in a minor bang up that led the door and fender needing replacement along with some work on another existing issue. He warned at the start that private pay would not me cheap. He gave me a quote and told me that the 1 scratch was $xxx to fix and a better way might be to go another way. This saved us several hundred dollars and the work fixed everything important to us.In conclusion, he was upfront about costs, quick, did only what was best for us and the work is pristine. 5 of 5 stars.

Excellent work and very accommodating. Not only was I able to get my car repaired about 2 weeks earlier at Johnson Body Shop, I was given a free loaner and although the insurance adjuster missed a significant component, Mark went out of his way to go pick up the needed part after realizing it was missing and still got the job finished as promised. Car looks great and saved me some money too!

Mark does an excellent job, is fair priced, honest, and works with you and your insurance company. Johnson body has been my preferred choice in body work since 2010. He continues to operate the business effectively and efficiently despite the recent death of his business partner Jeff. The transition is going well but phone answering has slid a bit. The best and most efficient way to get ahold of him is to show up in person with the damaged vehicle ready to get an estimate.
