T&T Collision went so above and beyond for me. I needed an inspection and paperwork for my totaled car and when my insurance company treated me poorly and refused to accept their info, they personally called to correct them and set them straight. I am so grateful for a company that actually cares about people. I would recommend them to anyone!

I went to TNT to get my bumper redone after I hit a snow bank. It was a three week wait to get in which is fine. I dropped my car off and it took them 8 days to complete it because they ordered the wrong part. Last time I took my their their they ordered the wrong part as well. When I got their the bill was over 1200 dollars (which was accurate to the estimate) but they ordered the wrong part for my undercarriage again and put it on which wasnt a big deal. After I paid I went out to my car to notice the mattes in front were missing. When I went in to ask about them they couldn’t find them and told me they would call me about them. Their was a big muddy footprint on my carpet. So I had to go home without mats and when I called them the next day they said they would order me new ones because mine were lost. They were generic mats that took me about one hour to cut and fit to the specifications of my car. Their was some dams he to the black things above my wheels in the rear of my car that was also not fixed. I’m their defense I did not ask them to fix it because I did not notice prior to receiving my car back. I do want them fixed however and if they would have notified me that they were messed up I would have had them replaced while my car was their for 8 days. Now I’m looking for another place to get those done. On top of all this I was charged 7.5 hours of labor at 64 dollars an hour. For a place this expensive I would definitely expect better. They did a good job on the bumper though and the people at the front desk were friendly enough.

Dropped off my car to see if a dent on my hood could be fixed. They were so nice and so professional. Not only were they able to fix the dent, they did it in an extremely timely manner and super affordable. It looks amazing! I could not be happier about the whole experience! I HIGHLY recommend T and T!

I have had a great experience at this place. We have taken our cars here to get fixed and they are always done well and on time. It was also nice because they had us pay only the deductible and stated they would wait to get the insurance checks. I would definitely recommend this place.

They did everything appropriately including contacting the other insurance when they discovered other damages that wasn’t on the list of the insurance inspector. I don’t have to do anything but pick my car up when it was done.

Im disappointed with T&T Collision. I wanted to repair a very small crack on my bumper. First, I don’t like the attitude of I know more about cars than you do, a common occurrence at body shops. Second, I don’t like double talk that seems to be done to confuse me. Third, I don’t like an inflated repair estimate so it looks comparable to a new replacement. 10 hrs of labor to fix a 6 crack and apply some touch up paint just isnt in the realm of believability. But even so, 10 hrs of labor adds up to about $600, no parts required. I don’t understand how thats close to $1700 for a full bumper replacement, parts, labor, paint, etc. The price kept changing the more we talked. And he didnt offer to show me the details or clearly explain them to me. IMO, he just seemed to want the more expensive replacement job and didn’t want the lesser repair job. Im on a fixed income and have to watch my expenses. I felt poorly treated. Definitely lost me as a potential customer. Im sure the company excuses and denials will follow this review.
