Junior is top-notch! I called expecting to get an appointment two weeks out and was able to be a Jeep Rubicon serviced (oil change, tire rotation and rear brakes) three business days later! It took his shop ONE DAY to get everything squared away. I was thrilled that I didnt have to go to the dealership. Highly recommend giving Junior a call; he is a true professional!

I just recently moved to Hudson after living close to Boston. Prior to moving I had a check engine light that a repair shop told me was one thing and fixed it. However, the issue remained and they kept yo-yoing me around with what it could be.Fast forward, I came across Hudson Auto Repair through a Google search of the area. I dropped it off and Junior introduced himself. I am a small business owner, so I appreciate when people can have the small talk but also be very straight forward with you. It shows that he knows what he is saying and also isnt having me run in circles.After diagnosing what was going on, he made the fix that the last repair shop didnt but left the caveat of we might still see the light pop back up. The thing that impressed me was he called me to let me know what was going on with my car and wanted to do his best to make sure I wasnt overpaying for the service/repair.The reason why I will only go to him and no one else is that when working on the car and giving me regular updates, he informed me that he felt more comfortable with sending it to the service shop for my car (Mazda). The reason why that was so helpful was because I am a firm believer in if you know what you know, use it. However, if you are unsure, use resources around you to create an informed decision that will allow the client to make the best decision.I would say if you arent going to him just yet, you definitely should.

Best experience Ive ever had getting my car fixed. Honest folks who laid out all the options for my repair, including ones that wouldnt benefit them, so I could make the best decision for me. Felt completely taken care of the whole time. I feel very fortunate to have found them.

I arrived unannounced as I had flat tire from a hole in pavement on I290. I was on way to a wake. Jr went above and beyond to help. He dropped me off at the wake and went to work looking for my tire. He found my BMW tire out of town...picked it up, replaced tire...all within couple hours. I was so grateful for his time and energy. Im an unknown customer that he helped IMMEDIATELY. Hands down best repair shop in town. Friendly customer service. Junior took the time to explain the problem we had and gave us different repair options starting with the cheapest method. I was previously quoted over 1k for repairs from dealers and other shops but hudson auto managed to repair the vehicle for half that price and i passed inspection. My new mechanics def from now on. i wish it was this easy to find a plumber and electrician where u can build a relationship such as hudson auto

These guys are awesome. My mechanic back in Arizona referred me to this repair shop. I did a basic oil change on my first appointment and to my surprise, they remembered my vehicle after I called back. I felt it was rare to get that customer service. Even after going there now for the 3rd or 4th time I still get the same quality service.

Totally forgot about my apt and he texted me a nice reminder and was able to get me in the next day! He finished the brake job, oil change and inspection sticker and told me I could save money and wait on the tires. He got it done before the whole world closed down from the virus. Best and most honest garage in the town. I always see all the local police and townies there getting their vehicles repaired, that alone says alot about junior (the owner). If anyone ever has a complaint they are very approachable and will resolve it . They are not one of those garages that will take advantage of anyone. Juniors a real straight-shooter; was able to get my car looked at quickly after I started noticing some wheel noise and gave me a call back in short time, which gave me some much-appreciated peace of mind knowing I didnt have to wait all day for news on whether Id be able to drive home safely from work that night. Thankfully it wasnt an issue that required immediate attention and Id be safe to let it be for a while - where Ive had other garages go for the upsell in a similar scenario - but they said theyd be happy to fix the noise any time I liked. Id started making a habit of stopping for gas here and will definitely make this my go-to for repairs as well!

This is a great place. They did a brake job for me on a Saturday and got me out of a bind because I didnt have much time because of work. He got the work done in about two hours. He was very knowledgeable. He explained everything really well. He is customer oriented. His price was reasonable.

My roomate recommended him but my advice take your car to the garage on cox street he got 4.9 stars with 17 reviews Im new to hudson at least 5 neighbors use the garage and from just talking to him (Chris at the garage) told me that it just sounds like a loose wire probably to the starter while hudson gas and auto was trying to sell me a new starter which is under a year old
