FYI...I cant wait to see how this store is going to hold up with just 1 store manager and 1 shift lead. Good luck to Vince and Jordan. God bless anyone who stays!!!! Theres a dark 🌨️ upon this location. Because the good workers that they do have they dont appreciate, especially the ones that are trying to expand and better themselves. The levels of maturity in regards to management are equivalent to adolescent boys going through puberty.

Place needs help, so short handed and some of the ones they do have are to new to know to much. The only constant is Elaina and I thank God she is still there she is wonderful, never stops, I hope they realize how lucky they are to have her.

Was in the other day looking for a particular supplement I couldnt find it, the employee Elana spent the time with me to find it, and she stayed with me reading the labels and ingredients for me to find the exact one I wanted. She was personable, very friendly and extremely helpful, nice to have that kind of customer service

Young man cashier was real ignorant, can’t do his job correctly overcharged me multiple times on clearance items! I lost easily $20 bucks because this clown couldn’t do an easy job and ring stuff up correctly….. 2 stars because last time about a year ago was positive…. 8/13/21 not so much. He rolled his f-in eyes because he had to check a price on one of the items, then he over rang on 2 other items. Here is one example! See pic in location pictures.

Wrong scripts!! Automatic phone call telling me the scripts were ready when they were not, dumb as a stump employees in the pharmacy. I moved my scripts to Sams.

The services is gradually deteriorating from bad to worse. The workers in this location are unmotivated and simply don’t care. They don’t try to be helpful when I asked about Iron supplements.They don’t own their responsibilities . I used them for a Drive-Through COVID tested at this location. The result is supposed to be available from 24-48 hours. It has been 96 hrs and I have no result. I contacted their outsourced lab, the lab hasn’t received the sample yet. When called Pharmacy dept up, they don’t even have a tracking # from FedEx to show when it shipped to the lab.I used to go there to pick up quick grocery items. The store is never busy and yet, I had to wait for cashier.It’s such a good location and newer store, it’s too bad the services is at this level. I now see why that is.

I love Walgreens because their rewards system is excellent! The other day I was in buying a few things and Akolam was very helpful in assisting me. She showed great customer service and was very kind to me, definitely keep her around!

The worst place to get service. Stood in line for twenty minutes to register for me COVID shot. They have the same people doing the register, answering the phones and filling out prescriptions. I had to ask, is there anyone here who can help me. The one giving the shots was in a room having a way to long conversation with a couple who were getting their shots while there were people outside waiting for theirs. If Walgreens can’t provide the staff to do the job right, they should never have stepped up. My friends got quicker service from the set ups in the mall.

Went here to buy a few things that I saw on the walgreens app, got here and noticed a few of the items that I needed were more than triple the price in store, double checked and verified that it stated that the stores would price match. Brought it to the front to check out and the cashier stated they do not price match but she would call someone out to verify, the gentleman came out we showed him on the app the price match policy and he stated they do not price match but he would check with the big man came back a couple of minutes later and refused to price match even though it states on the official walgreens app they do. This is the only walgreens I have ever had an issue with and will more than likely be taking my business to the CVS a couple of businesses down.

Walgreens all seem to be about the same to me. I have used the pharmacy, photo finishing, and purchased toiletries. Their selection is rather standard. If I had one bit of advice, wish they wouldnt close the pharmacy for lunch. I think I always choose to go there when they close for the 30 minute lunch break.,

Do not use this pharmacy for call ll in scripts . I dont know what the problem is bit it usually takes 3 or 4 days from call in. On top of that dint expect them to try and fix the problem or they may not have the drug.DONT WAIST YOUR TIME

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been too. They constantly mess up my prescriptions and have no respect for their customers. They are slow and have zero communication with their customers. I would definitely recommend CVS down the road

Went to pick up an albuterol inhaler. When the cost was $80 out of pocket, I said that it is usually $40. Can we make sure it is albuterol. The technician and I double checked, and thought it was fine. I still felt wierd, and checked it in the parking lot. It was not albuterol. The package was completely sealed, and I returned the product less than 5 minutes after leaving. I was not able to return this, and had to get another inhaler for a total of $120 of unexpected out of pocket costs. I will be filling ALL my familys prescriptions at CVS moving forward after using this pharmacy for many years. I will not be back to Walgreens.

Would be awesome if they cared about their customers always too busy talking to each other and friends and family to greet or talk to their customers and when someone mentioned it this morning cashiers mother screamed at customer. It was horrifying.

Watch out they like to close the pharmacy prior to 6 oclock. I drove all the way from my doctors appointment and got there 5 minutes early I was informed they were closed its bad enough they close at 6 they should at least stay open until 6.

WALGREENS NOT WILLING TO HONOR LEGITIMATE PRESCRIPTION DISCOUNTS THROUGH GOOD RX??? I have have had ( and the rest of my household) issues calling in prescriptions and they are never on file and not ready for pickup. THIS MOST RECENT ISSUE SURPASSES ALL PAST ISSUES. I called in 1 prescription to Walgreens, which obviously was not ready for pick up, so I put in request again and while picking up the prescription I encountered the following. Last Wednesday, I drove in through the drive through. Asked to pick up 1 prescription. I also asked the Pharmacist to use my coupon that I had printed through GOOD Rx as it was substantially cheaper. The Pharmacist appeared apprehensive about having to enter the BIN &PCN numbers on the coupon to reprint a sticker with the reduced price. The Pharmacist said she would do this and walked off. Five minutes later I watched as the Pharmacist waited on someone in line inside. In the meantime, 2 techs came to the window to ask if they could wait on me. No worries. I waited another five minutes before the pharmacist appeared to tell me the numbers she was entering were not processing in their system. The Pharmacist then said, I am going to have to callGOOD Rx and if anyone comes through the drive through, you will have to pull around Let her know that was fine. After 22 minutes in the drive thru, another car pulled up behind me, so I went inside. When I got to the pharmacy, I heard the Pharmacist and another shorter blonde woman talking to each other say that If they want to use the Good Rx coupons, they should go somewhere else The blonde woman stated that these coupons Were illegal (she may want to do some research before letting more of these one-liners come out of her mouth that will make her look as educated as she sounds)I let the two discuss the topic some more-taking it ALL in. As the Pharmacist ( well call her Barbara as her name stated on the wall) and the blonde woman rattled on about what was best, the Tech behind them asked if I was the one from the drive thru. At that, the two professional woman stopped speaking. I waited to complete my transaction (45 mins later and one call to GOOD Rx myself) before the Pharmacist handed me my prescription and rang me out. As the pharmacist tried to hurry away, I asked, So, just clarifying the conversation from earlier, Walgreens will not be honoring GOOD Rx and people should go elsewhere? I heard the conversation you had with the other employee and telling customers to go elsewhere is bad business. I let the pharmacist know I would be coming back in to fill future prescriptions AND I WOULD USE MY GOOD RX COUPONS in the future. Extremely unprofessional. If your burnt out, you may want to seek employment doing something that does not require human interaction.

Ordered photos from here. Website said they would be ready in an hour showed up at the store an hour and a half later to find they were out of paper and could not have called me so I did not waste my time. I went to my other local Walgreens who informed me they had received a shipment of photo paper the day before. This place is pure lazy ness. Make the extra drive to avoid this horrible customer service

Went into the store yesterday early morning I was very upset and the cashier pretended not to see me. The customer behind me said something on the way out about customer service and the very young cashieres mother started screaming at the customer. I have never seen anything like that and will never go back.

Have not had my prescription for over a week, and they havent contacted me or tried to resolve the issue in the multiple visits and calls Ive had to make. Ill be switching pharmacies as soon as possible.
