I visited another Mattress Firm location in the past, the previous seller didn’t convince me on the mattress selection he cose for me. I gave it a try and visited another location near by to my home place. Right when I walked in, the sleep expert Brian just went above and beyond explaining what would be the best mattress according to my needs. Im so happy I decided to stop by. I cant wait to get my new mattress this weekend.

Wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. My husband and I were considering purchasing a Purple mattress, and we were about to buy it online, when we decided to stop by Mattress Firm. Boy, am I glad we did. Brandon was so incredibly knowledgeable and steered us in the right direction. Had we purchased directly from Purple online, we totally wouldve picked the wrong mattress for us. Im so glad we went into mattress firm - Brandon explained all the different models in detail and we were able to find a mattress that was perfect for us. He saved quite a bit of money too by detailing all the bundles and sales Mattress Firm was having. I would highly recommend coming here to purchase a mattress. It was so incredibly helpful!

He took the time to answer all our questions and gave us some good information. Though we were just looking he didn’t pressure us into buying anything and I appreciated that. I came to Mattress Firm because we needed to get a mattress for my mother who was coming out of rehab from a fall. Serkan was outstanding. He let us test out the mattresses and helped us figure out what would be best for my mother’s mobility. This was my first time shopping this company. Serkan went the extra mile. I’ll definitely be back when I need another mattress.

First time visiting a mattress store. Amazing customer service as soon as we were greeted! Nicole was amazing to us the entire time. Incredible knowledge! Gave her a few things we were looking for, our budget and she got us into an amazing bed with an adjustable frame, upgraded sheets and even pillow. We now have a great contact in the mattress business and couldnt be happier.

Jay at the Highland Commons store was great to work with. His product knowledge was outstanding and very valuable which helped us pick out the perfect mattress. If you are in the market for a new mattress I highly recommend you stop by and see him.

Let me start by saying that the staff in-store is absolutely amazing. I went there in search for a comfortable mattress to purchase for a hotel i work for. I found just that and much more. Nichole was very helpful and did everything she could to get a mattress for us on time, as we were in a major crunch on time. We needed a mattress for a Saturday afternoon and she was able to have it delivered to us and setup before 11am on Friday morning. If we need another mattress I will be returning to Mattress Firm. The guest also complimented on the fantastic nights sleep they had on the mattress.

I worked with the store manager, Jay when purchasing a mattress! Jay was friendly, attentive, and knew his stuff when it came to the product he was selling and the policy of the company regarding pricing etc. I would honestly recommend anyone to this store to buy a mattress/bed in a heartbeat, as the service was helpful and budget friendly. He went the extra mile to make sure I got a mattress at the best possible price, and that is something a lot of people do not even think to offer, never mind deliver on. Great place, sales associate was very helpful and thorough. Walked us through finding the right mattress at the price we were looking for, and the mattress was delivered to our house the next day and set up for us. Our old mattress and box spring were taken away free of charge. -1 star for all the attempts to get us to add on accessories at the end, including a $125 pillow that apparently was necessary for the mattress to work for us.

Great experience here from start to finish. I told Nicole what I was looking for and was able to walk out of the store with exactly what I needed. She was friendly and efficient; the showroom was very clean and well-organized. Will be telling my friends to go here

Not a problem with the store. Warning if youre purchasing online, they never told me as I chatted and ordered Malouf Zoned Dough 6 Pillows that there was a no return policy. I opened the box, saw how thin and awful they looked, never even unzipped the packaging and they refuse to let me return them. $166 bucks down the tube.
