We stopped at Kudos and had stopped at the New Richmond location the week before. As we were getting closer to purchasing we stopped into this location to try a few again. We have been to about 10 stores total, no joke. The owner was super helpful and his kids were so cute in their masks. Refreshing for sure from the rude service weve gotten in other stores. No pressure to purchase, answered every question. When we buy one for ourselves (this one is for our daughter) we will buying from Mattress Galaxy again no question.

Suzanne was wonderful and an amazing guide to selecting a mattress. She definitely proved the value of going to a brick and mortar location instead of just shopping online for something as important as a mattress.

We just purchased a matress from Matress Galaxy. We highly recommend them, they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, they even moved mattresses to different adjustable bases so we could see how the matress we wanted felt on the base we wanted. They also made sure we recieved the best price. Great customer service from purchase to set up.

Very knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. No high pressure sales pitches, no rushing our purchase. Good variety of product lines, though we were specifically interested in one brand. We garnered the information we sought and will return to make our purchase after considering the options.

After reading good reviews I went to Mattress Galaxy in Hudson with the intent of buying a new mattress. Unfortunately the owners young children were running around the store and were so distracting I couldnt focus on what the salesperson was telling me, so I left. Folks, I realize this is a family business but perhaps you should wait a few years until your kids are old enough to add value to the customer experience rather than detract from it.

Excellent customer service. Family owned business. Tom was knowledgeable, was comfortable in giving us time to make our choice. Didnt feel pushed. Definitely a nicer experience than a big box mattress emporium. Delivery setup was efficient and respectful of our time as a customer. We will return!

The best store in the area to buy a mattress or bed set. Dont go to a big chain store and waste your time when you have such a wonderful option. Plus the Mattress Galaxy has been able to open two other stores. The owners are great folks and so are their employees. Lastly, I am not sure who was there first, Buffalo Wild Wings or the Mattress Galaxy, but it works out for one heck of a two for one deal....mattress and wings. That is all.

I always like to shop local if I can and have had great luck with Mattress Galaxy. Owner Suzanne is super knowledgeable & friendly and the delivery guys are great! They took my old bed frame, mattress & headboard and had my new bed up and ready to go in less than half an hour. I recommend them to everyone!

Excellent service! We needed a bed with same day delivery for a family member coming home from the hospital. They had what we needed in stock and delivered it within 2 hours! They even helped us set up the bed and sheets. They made a stressful situation easier. Highly recommend for great quality and service!

My experiance has been excellent with the Hudson store! Customer service is great! The staff is very knowledgeable. If I remember correctly we even worked with the owner and the delivery guys were also knowledgeable as well and very friendly I would recommend this store to anyone. We are very please with our Stearns&Foster! Last night was probably the best sleep Ive gotten in my life.

My husband and I bought our sons mattress at Mattress Galaxy on a Sunday. The staff were very friendly and seemed knowledgable. We were so please with our purchase, we went back on Monday and found a new set for ourselves. The owner is very kind and they were accomodating to us needing the delivery on a Saturday morning rather than Friday. We will definitely be using them in the future!
