I worked here for 6 months and met some of the companies most amazing people! The current GM is the reason I became an AGM for a different location. This store is the busiest store I have worked at, including our corporate location! Everyone at this location works so hard and invests so much of themselves into serving with the best love they can. This is also the hardest location I have worked at, out of 12 stores. They are busy enough to have more people on staff than they can physically fit in the mornings. Please remember to vocalize your opinions/our mistakes, but be kind because they are humans too 💕😊

I love Caribou, and as a single mom I typically only treat myself to it one or twice a month. The last couple of times the drinks have tasted like the coffee is burnt or something 🤷🏻‍♀️ ..... I typically get a Caramel high rise with half the espresso and my SO gets a vanilla white mocha. Last week we were going to St Paul, so by the time they cooled off enough to try.... it was too late to go back. Mine was undrinkable and he added A LOT of creamer to make it work 😞 very disappointing when you save up for a treat for yourself and cant even have it.

I love this caribou! The employees are so nice and efficient, there’s hardly a wait time even when busy. The store is also very clean and inviting.

Always a great place to grab coffee and bagels. Toasted everything bagel and coffee is what we needed for our out of town trip. Located just off the highway.

They let a customer standing at the area where you wait for your coffee open my coffee cup, touching the top of my coffee! Disquieting!! This appears to be common practice, because the employee standing there didnt say a word. God know what germs have been passed along at this place.

Coffee was nice and great to see seasonal flavours. It was nice to see something different from a Starbucks but still with a good menu of drinks

Just went to this spot and got back on the highway and started drinking my coffee and found a hair in my cup. I was already too far gone so instead I tried to call to file a complaint. I called 3x, no answer! Wouldn’t recommend!

I experienced a weird interaction today at the Caribou on 2360 Badger Dr Suite in Hudson Wi. I gave the girl serving coffee a 20 dollar bill for my order this evening. I wanted to pay with cash so I could get change for a tip. She took the 20 dollar bill and put it up towards the light on the ceiling and looked at it for at least 5 minutes. After this long time, she called her coworker over and proceeded to speak loudly hey can you come and look at this bill to make sure its real. I felt so singled out and embarrassed; especially since l come to this coffee shop all the time.After this long time of examining my $20 bill, I offered to pay with my card, but she seemed reluctant and just took my money. The whole experience was awkward and uncomfortable. I work night shifts as a nurse and thought for a moment that maybe I was just tired and reading more into this, but I shared my experience with my coworkers and they agree that I needed to bring this to your attention. Maybe you could purchase a pen to verify the money and not put customers in an unpleasant position.

The staff are so nice and kind!! I watched a man yell at 2 employees because they didn’t carry sauce or something for his breakfast sandwich (which of course is not under control of the baristas he was yelling at). They were so patient and kind while trying to explain and accommodate him. Tip your baristas!! 10/10 service!

Wow! That Black girl doesnt know the difference between mocha and latte! I like Mocha ( A strong coffee with a CHOCOLATE flavor, if you dont know what that is), and I dont drink Latte (A milk based drink with just a little coffee). This is the second time in a row she does that to me. I told her about it this time, she walked away, like she didnt care.Drinks arent cheap, and we come here because we like certain things and we expect them to be made right. If you dont know how to make it, just let others do it, and be nice to customers if they dont like their drinks.Hopefully something will be done about it, not the same reply to all customers Thanks for letting us know!

We were stuck in the drive through for 30 minutes and left without our coffee. If you are in a hurry, do NOT use the drive through as you are trapped and cannot get out in any direction and they are horribly slow! If in a hurry, go the Caribou on the other side of 94.

I made a mobile order. I accidentally ordered it for ASAP. Called to fix my order and they didnt answer their phone. Called multiple times. Called 2 minutes before I got there and no answer again. When I walked in they were just standing there talking to eachother. Not busy at all. No one in the drive through with 4 people working. When I got into my car I tried my drink and it tasted weird.

Used to be when I wanted coffee I didnt care if it was Caribou or Starbucks. Seems like Starbucks has fallen off. It isnt the same and it isnt as good anymore.

Coffee was hot. Could have added more flavored syrup but they didnt.

I give up with this caribou! Ive spent $40+ dollars trying to get the ONE DRINK I order every other day and I always pay more for the extra stuff I get in it and never get it. I always tip..... Im just going to take the 5 mins it takes to walk in and wait at the other caribou in town rather than get the wrong thing every damn morning. 10/10 would never recommend.....sadly....

Is this shop like owned by private owner or one of these baristas or something? I dont know why would a barista tell a customer dont come back here again, I wont serve you if you come back. Ive heard her telling a customer that. It was a disabled lady with her husband just saying that their coffee wasnt hot or fresh.

I literally paid 5 bucks for a rock hard bagel sandwich that was completely inedible. The drink was “ok” but for some reason really watered down.

I’ve only ever been served by the young women who work here, but those girls are the sweetest! They are professional, yet they have the kinds of sparkling, bubbly personalities that make you feel welcome and valued. Besides the fact that I get a yummy coffee or tea when I leave, I also get the sense that my business and mere presence is appreciated. Keep it up!!

Amazing Drinks and the drive through in the morning is always so quick. I sometimes go to a different caribou on my way into work and this location is always SOO much faster!! Plus their drinks taste better! Well done! 👏🏼

This is my favorite coffee chain. I miss the days of buy one get on free but the perks program is still pretty good. I have found that Caribou is consistently a good place to work on my computer projects. The food and coffee is good.

I love this place. The staff are friendly, fast, efficient, and truly care about their guests. Ive been going here to study, meet with friends, and do interviews for over a year now. The staff always welcomes me with a bright, warm, and compassionate smile, and its tailored with the some great tasting coffee. This Caribou is one of the best places in Hudson to relax, or get work done. Whether you have a huge project to do, or simply getting with friends, the coffee will always be hot, and it will always be served with a gracious smile.

Cute little Caribou that’s tucked back in the area of new shops along Crestview Drive in Hudson. It has a pretty good amount of room for studying and meeting up with friends. But let’s be honest, Caribou always has a cozy atmosphere. Lots of MN/WI Love. 💛The staff was kind and professional. I like having a second Caribou in Hudson, it makes getting my coffee-fix that much easier.

Line was long but order time and getting my drink was quick.

I love the coffee at Caribou. However this is the third time I have ordered a large latte and come to find the cup is only half full and I dont mean because of the foam there is just literally about 10 oz of actual latte in the cup. If I am going to pay $6 for a beverage I at the very least expect a full cup. Give your customers what they pay for.

Ordered a OK Large regular coffee. I paid and waited 10 minutes. There was no line at all. They asked my name and everything typical but they went on with their conversation (4 people and it appeared to be a manager also) with each other. Im filling out the review while I am here. I wouldnt have even wrote a review if it hadnt been so blatantly bad.

This plays blows. And girl has a cold sore. So unless you want herpes OR have herpes. This place is for you. But the service was good. Got the drink fast. But the drink sucked. The whipped cream was a dense liquid and the actual coffee was as dense as water. But, the service was good and the people were nice. Nothing against herpes.

I studied here about every day last semester. I went to this Caribou more than the other one across the freeway, because the inside isnt always too crowded. They also have a drive thru, which is convenient if youre in a rush, or dont wanna go inside.

I cant even remember the location. But they serve Caribou coffee and have small selections of tasty food. For those outside the area, it is like a Starbucks, but with good coffee and less pretension.

Perfect balance of a steady hum but not too crowded. Great for studying, meetings, or alone time.

Love the baristas at the drive thru, Im a local so I go every day and they usually have my order memorized. Great service, always smiling and it seems like they enjoy their jobs. I get the large white chocolate mocha with an extra shot, iced in the summer hot in the winter lol, its super delicious, also the campfire mocha is second best in my opinion. If you go every day its worth it to get the perks app, you get a free coffee every now and then and if you save more points you get better stuff. I docked a star for the bubble teas and some of the sandwiches are a little iffy, I recommend the Chicken Apple Sausage though, thats a good one.

This is the worst Caribou Ive ever been to In My Life. The service was terrible, I gave them a hundred for my $6 drink and they didnt actually put an amount on my receipt then gave me the wrong change. It wouldnt surprise me if theyve done this to a couple other customers and theyre stealing money from people, after I came back in with my receipt and told them my change and my drink was wrong I came in to get it replaced they threw away my receipt and then gave me my beverage smaller.

The workers need to be more respectful with their voice levels, they were so loud I thought I was in a high school... so hard to concentrate or conversate.

The ladies here were awesome! The woman who was in the drive through was the best, she was super kind. I didnt catch what her name was, but I will probably visit this location the most of all the ones in Hudson even though the other 2 locations are closer. Day feels a little brighter after leaving this one and thats how customer service should always be.Also, piece of advice--- dont go through any drive thru anywhere during their busiest hours and expect to have a steady moving line, not how it works, the more orders, the more the work load, the longer it takes to get your order, drive thru is not always the fastet. But it is the most convenient, and just as delicious.

I like this location staff is extremely friendly and even if theres a wait inside or in drive thru its worth it cuz their coolers are always consistently made right unlike star bucks half the time there it tastes to watery, but this place deserves more than 5 stars

Typical Caribou Coffee...this one does have a drive thru...friendly staff...pricing as expected...drink prepared as ordered & served fast & at proper temperature...Ill return to this location.
