No mobile orders with plenty of staff. No explanation either. Not busy for a Saturday. This location is tough anyway due to a lack of drive through. Guess theyre doing the best they can, but not sure why you would stop order ahead.

My fave Starbucks, but its one of the furthest from my home so I dont come as often as Id like. My Americano is always hot and fresh. I like the shop itself the best; warm colors, comfy relaxing chairs and its usually never freezing or have blasting cold air like alot of Starbucks shops have. Its a larger Starbucks. Parking is tight and can get crowded. Baristas nice and efficient. Theres no drive-thru and that can be a big minus for many, but people are doing mobile nowadays and I come to relax.

They are always so nice and rushing right over to help in this location. Clean, cheerful store. Good layout. Lots of space. My drinks are always delicious. Well done!

My coffee smelled horrible when i got it. Something was off. It tasted just as bad as it smelled. Was not impressed with my first visit here and will not go back. Food took forever to get to me as they had plenty of employees but all were too busy standing around talking. I got my coffee at a good pace but then sat for at least 3 more min before seeing a employee finally put my food in the warmer. Spent 10 dollars what a WASTE

The staff here are always wonderful, even when my girlfriend and I come 10 minutes before close they’re super happy to serve us.

A Starbucks like most others🙂 Friendly baristas, cute location, and good espresso. Currently only open for takeout/mobile orders due to Covid, however when the seating area IS open, its very comfortable! Fireplace, large cushy chairs, as well as tables for working or studying.

A more limited menu due to covid. But enjoyable none the less.

Honestly the staff were so rude when placing my order as well as picking it up. Zero eye contact and short responses were very uncomfortable. Really regrettable experience. The building itself is beautiful and clean. Would not come back again just to avoid the staff.

I got a hot chocolate and it was hot and had chocolate so im cool with it.

If I could post a 0 to make a review I would have. We showed up at the store at 2:30 p.m. and tried to order a coffee via the app. The app then would not work and it appeared that the store would not accept our order. The store clearly stated out front that it was open till 3:00 p.m. and so does the website. We went in to ask why the app was not working and the girl said Oh well the owner shut the order system off at 2:30. My wife asked if she could order a coffee and the girl said no we cant order a coffee now. That some pretty bad customer service you got going on there. I highly doubt that the owner shut the system off the 2:30. Unless maybe the owner doesnt really care about servicing customers until the closing time posted. Looks like we wont patronize this place anymore.

Customer service was good and timely, environment is warm and spacious, and drinks come out correct a majority of the time. Every time Ive gone in the place was messier than Ive come to expect from a Starbucks cafe, but nothing worth saying Id never go back. Overall, not perfect but not a bad experience.

BOTTOM LINE : its.... a Starbucks. The recent remodel really dashed a lot of the hometown coziness and replaced it with corporate coldness.PRO : Starbucksy stuff. Large area and a fireplace. Lots of parking. Convenient location to a bakery next door.CON : The remodeling made it white and bright inside, which is a far cry from the dark, cozy coffeehouse aesthetic that was present for the last decade. The new look is uninviting and sterile.

UNBELIEVABLE....ordered a coffee at 2:35 pm. The store closes at 3pm. I went in to ask why the mobile app was not working. She said they stop taking orders at 2:30 pm. I could understand if they were crazy busy! I saw 5 employees talking and laughing. I asked the woman if they could take my order. She said NO. I will not be back! If the store closes at 3pm....then it closes at 3pm. It does not close at 2:30 pm. I wont be back. Rver.

This Starbucks is cafe only as opposed to one with a drive through. That adds a nice atmosphere that is super welcoming. Along with that you get the customary great customer service that Starbucks usually offers.

Staff is very slow. Three girls stood behind the counter starring at me and neither stepped up to the register to take my order. Instead they continued to ask each other who was “upfront”. After all that my order wasn’t even done correctly.

I order Starbucks when my latte machine is broken. There coffee tastes burnt but I order it because I know it always tastes the same and thats important. The employees are nice.

This specific Starbucks was extremely SLOW.. I am prepared to wait on a Saturday morning, however this wait was extreme. We stood for 30 minutes awaiting 1 hot coffee and 1 frap. Their Main focus seemed to be the Mobile orders. So if you are in dire need of caffeine in Hudson, Use the mobile app!

This is a nice Starbucks, they make the drinks fast and accurately, the folks working there are nice, the space is large, open and airy, and there is a nice terrace outside. The only drawbacks are no drive-thru (if that matters to you), and the small parking lot can be a pain during busy times.EDIT: Review revised from five stars to two. They remodeled this location with modern furniture that is terribly uncomfortable. They obviously want to deter people from staying here more than a few minutes. Modern is not a Hudson thing anyway. It was perfect the way to was. This regular customer is disappointed.

This Starbucks is AMAZING. Staff is wonderful and so inviting! Would recommend to anyone looking for some good coffee and a great cozy atmosphere. The staff that they have hired on in the past 6 months outshine every other starbucks I’ve been to. I go here almost everyday and it never gets old. Amber learned my name after just two weeks of getting coffee! Love it!!

Ive been a long time customer at this Starbucks. Enjoy the experience and a chance to relax or concentrate on reading or maybe​ a project Im working on. The barristas are very friendly and we know each other on a first name basis.

Always a good experience when needing to meet up with a group or hide away and do work by myself. I normally get a triple Tall Americano because I prefer that over a cup of their drip coffee. Also try their food, its not half bad. If youre not sure ... Ask the barista and theyll help you out!

I mean its Starbucks! Usually busy here. No drive thru. Staff is mixed. Most very nice, a couple more task focused than customer focused. Usually a stack of boxes blocking the retail sales shelfs. Clean inside. Not the best parking situation.

My drink was not made correctly. The lady did not use the correct device for the whipped cream. Plus there was hardly any caramel in my ultra caramel Frappuccino. It tasted like ice cubes. Very disappointed. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean.

I love Starbucks and get their coffee multiple times a week. I get almond milk with my cold brew and pay an additional charge for almond milk. The staff at this location never shakes the almond milk, this leaves my drink with little chunks and particles floating. I use almond milk at home and this is easily avoidable by shaking the milk before use.

It is over priced. But pretty good. It cost u a dollar to 50 cents to make but you charge $5.00. we couldOf just bought it fromMcDonald’s . SCAMERS

I love Starbucks coffee!! I hate Starbucks Hudson. The staff is the most rude staff. I rated it one star but I wish I could rate it 0, because we were picking up a mobile order and one of the people were very nice and got on top of our drinks. She asked another person to do our drinks becuase she was packed with other drinks to do. The woman that was told to do our drinks said I dont want those because she wanted to make hot drinks. I wish I could say there name but I am not sure who it was. I was very disappointed in the Starbucks staff.

Staff cold and dismissive. When asking for help response, is mild irritation. I enjoy this stores because of their fireplace on cold days. More often is the fireplace NOT on or even working.
