I highly recommend using Specialty Kitchens. Our kitchen was remodeled and the whole process went very smoothly, even in the midst of a pandemic. They were professional, answered all of our questions clearly, and never did we feel pressured into anything from start to finish. The time they were working on our kitchen also flew by, and they even were ahead of their own schedule. We are very happy that we chose Specialty Kitchens to gut and remodel our Kitchen. Most people thought we were crazy to start our remodel in January (OK, maybe we were), but the team at Specialty were so professional, and they kept the worksite extremely clean. From design and scheduling, to providing detailed project updates, this team has its act together. We did run into some unexpected issues, but there was no way to for-see these issues prior to opening the walls, and the team explained everything in great detail. And even though it did cost us more to resolve these unexpected issues, it was well worth it and gave me even more confidence in the team. These guys will not cut corners.I flirted with giving 4-stars because of cost, as they are on the high end, but honestly you get what you pay for, and Specialty Kitchens delivered! The end result was worth the cost.

Every day of the project was planned in great detail. They started when they said they would & finished on time as well. All the people that worked on our project were professional & friendly. Throughout the entire process from beginning to completion, Specialty Kitchens was professional and took joint ownership on the success of our major kitchen renovation. The staff made appropriate suggestions at just the right time, while allowing us to make final decisions, never pushing anything. The construction crew was AWESOME, lead carpenter was extremely talented. They made EVERY EFFORT to minimize the intrinsic inconvenience of losing you kitchen for many weeks. The attention to detail was impressive, and they cleaned up every day leaving our house as neat as possible. We now have our dream kitchen, and here it is!

We had a wonderful experience with Specialty Kitchens, who redid our entire kitchen and full bath. From the first meeting until the last, they never ceased to surprise me with their attention to detail and consideration for making us as comfortable as possible during the renovations. We had SKI remodel our kitchen this past December and they made the process virtually painless, even through the holidays. The assistance they gave us with the design process helped make an overwhelming process easy and fun. The designer was able to guide us to products that we would not have considered on our own and she was respectful of our budget throughout the process.Their attention to details was exceptional. The scope of work proposal was so detailed, making it easy to make changes to best utilize our budget. They provided a detailed schedule and pretty much stuck to it.The carpenters and tradesmen were excellent. They were prompt and friendly and cleaned up thoroughly each day. They were able to stay on schedule even after finding and repairing extensive termite damage .All of their work was of the highest quality. Im so glad we went with them.

I spoke to several kitchen renovation organizations and none of them had the experience, consultative approach, and follow through that Specialty Kitchens did. They were very thorough in the planning of my kitchen remodel, gave me great ideas (that others didnt even try to), and they followed through doing what they said they would before I signed, after, and throughout the project. I loved the kitchen work they did so much that I had them remodel 2 bathrooms as well. SKI is the best of the best.

I did a full master bath redesign, plus some updates in a guest bath and the kitchen. SKI made it a pleasure every step of the way! This team is incredibly detail oriented, and they really go out of their way to make the actual construction work as painless as possible. Plus, with their online customer portal, it’s very easy to send messages, track payments, and view a detailed schedule of who will be in your house and when.I *love* my new bathrooms and the kitchen updates!!!!I wouldn’t consider anyone else for any future work!

Specialty Kitchens were very helpful from the start of the project to the end. Initially they came out to our house, took measurements and made suggestions on how we should proceed. Shortly thereafter we were in their showroom, being guided through a myriad of options and they were answering all our questions along the way. They delivered on time as promised. The crew took great care in making sure our new floors were covered and not damaged, and had all the cabinets installed within twodays. There were a few issues with the physical product (not really in their control), but they took care of everything and made sure the problems were corrected to our satisfaction. While we have no issues now and the job is complete, we feel confident that Specialty Kitchens will stand behind their work if any problems come up in the future. Overall, we were very pleased with the results and would be very comfortable recommending them.

Specialty Kitchens installed granite countertops and an island in my home. I couldnt be more pleased with the service and quality work provided on every aspect -- from design to installation. The installers were highly professional, courteous, and on time. They did a fantastic job on the installation. We felt very comfortable from the get-go after our initial meeting with Scott and were well taken care of through the process. Only snag was the granite guys being very late on the day of installation, but they arrived eventually and got the job done.

They beat the competition price by far for identical products and design. The Kitchen and Bathroom Cabinets, Hardware, Sinks & Stone Countertops are flawless and were the easiest part of our building process due to their professionalism.

Specialty Kitchens was great. From the design to the completion of the project was on time per schedule and in fact completed one day early. Each and every worker was professional, courteous and did an amazing job. There was one problem at the end of the project that they handled completely. My son is in a wheelchair and we added a lower counter top for him to be able to sit under and work or watch television as we cooked and/or prepared dinner. When finished he was unable to get completely under the counter top so it was not satisfactory. Scott, Greg and Phil came to look over the problem for themselves and we were immediately told that the extra cost would be completely covered by them. This was their problem and not ours. I was pleasantly surprised by this. We all put our heads together and came up with a solution. While we were away for a few days over the holidays they completely redid the work and when we arrived home all was completely finished to our satisfaction. It not only looked great but was completely functional. I cant praise them enough for the entire project but especially how they handled the problem. I highly recommend Greg Amaral,, Allen Remillard, Kathy Regan, Phil DeGregorio, Mike Hendricks and Scott Dionne. They, and all of their Contractors, were great.
