We met Tony and Cheryl at a local home show and were impressed right away with their business expertise and professionalism. Our kitchen went from dated and drab to impressive and inviting. Tony and Dustin did a lot of work custom designing our island and all of the cabinets so that the kitchen was more functional. Cheryl is a blessing with her design experience and communication skills. They all felt like family by the time our kitchen was finished. Of course, as is expected with many projects, things came up and there were delays, but the crew did their best to minimize those and our finished kitchen was worth the wait. I would only suggest that communication between company and customer be more detailed and consistent as there were some misunderstandings just because of that, but the workmanship, quality of the cabinets, and business expertise are top notch. Ive included two before pictures (note the oak cabinets and blue laminate counter tops), and the rest are the new kitchen that I just love to work in and our family spends their time. What a great improvement. We appreciated all of the extra work and time that Tony and Dustin put into the project and Cheryls kind and patient guidance for pulls and knobs.
COULDNT BE MORE THRILLED WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I had gotten bids from multiple contractors before finding Tony at a home show this spring and from start to finish, I was beyond impressed at the entire St. Croix Cabinet Solutions family from my initial selection of cabinet refacing options, to the professional, friendly crew, to Erica and Cheryl who helped me in customer service. Tony was the only person to actually ask me what MY BUDGET WAS versus telling me what everything was going to cost. He was willing to work with me and was very honest and realistic about my expectations. He helped me find the exact cabinets at the price I could afford without any up-selling and I really appreciated that as well as the attention to detail they provided and the care they took when working in our home! We had brand new flooring put in a month before and I overheard Tony telling his crew this and to make sure they were extra careful. It gave me great confidence in knowing that he was so conscientious! You will not be disappointed hiring St. Croix Cabinet Solutions for any project!
St Croix Cabinets did an amazing job on our new kitchen cabinets and countertops. They were very responsive and flexible to our questions and ideas. The workmanship is incredible. An amazing company to work with and we love the end result.
First off, I want to say that I got better than expected results; as I wasnt expecting anything! My mom got an antique desk that she absolutely loves; but a couple of the wheels were missing. A friend of my moms had their kitchen done by St Croix Cabinet Solutions and Id met Tony when I was there one day, with my mom. Hes a pretty cool guy for being older and talked to me like an adult - which was pretty cool in itself. Im 23 years old and still get treated like a little kid a lot.Anyway, I remembered Tony when my mom got this desk, so I called him up and told him about it. I so didnt expect his reaction. He told me to send him pictures of the desk and the wheels if I could and hed keep an eye out He said hed recalled seeing some old wheels; but wasnt sure they would fit. Man, thats awesome, I said. I told him to let me know and that Id certainly pay him for his trouble.A couple of months went by, and Id kinda forgotten about the wheels; until Tony called. He said he had four wheels and could he swing by? Holy cow, yes of course you can come by! I gave him our address and an hour later I was opening the door to him. He asked me to show him where the desk was, and I took him to the family room downstairs. In less than half an hour, he had the wheels replaced on my moms desk and it was sitting straight. I could not believe it. I pulled my wallet out and asked him how much for everything. He said a hundred bucks would cover it all; I was more than happy to pay that after all hed done.My mom is even happier with her desk now. And Im still her favorite son!
The sea of oak is gone from the kitchen! What a transformation to our kitchen cabinets, from that medium oak of the 80s, to a fresh, clean, contemporary look of Novaho White - creamy white with the black hardware, stunning!! The workmanship was top notch, very pleasant experience, set up and clean up excellent - great value, highly recommend to go this route vs changing out your cabinets!!!!
Dustin, Tony, Cheryl, and the rest of the team at St. Croix Cabinet Solutions are awesome to work with! They went the extra mile throughout our entire project beginning with the initial estimate and all the way to installation. Their commitment to service and attention to detail is unmatched. And they offer beautiful, high quality products! We ordered cabinets and a vanity top for our basement bathroom project and could not be happier with the finished product and service we received. I’ve worked in this industry in the past and can say from experience that these guys are the experts and offer a level of service you just can’t find anymore. Great people, great products, great service! I would highly recommend you give them a shot at your next project.
Tony is condescending to anyone that wont pay over $30k for cabinets. The business is doing so well that Tony forgot that he needs to be polite to customers that want a quote. Id stay away from this business because they are greedy. Do not shop here for caninets. Terrible customer experience. I clearly described my goals and budget for the project. After waiting for over a week, I received a rude email describing why they wouldnt work with me. Aka they told me I could not afford their services, and that I should shop at Menards instead! I never discussed Menards with Tony. Furthermore, Home Depot quoted me over $28,000 (installation and prep included) for a very small kitchen. Tony recommended jump on that deal with Home Depot if they will honor it. No, Tony, that is horrible advice, Im glad I didnt trust you. Home Depot felt bad for over quoting me and actually was respectful and came back with a revised price of $3,600 for cabinets and $1900 for countertop for a minimized project after removing many of the frills. (Installation not included). I asked St Croix design to come to my home, to meet their designer and Tony said he wont show up, even if I paid him $275. The reality is not that they cant help me, its that they are too greedy and dont want to waste their time on my small project. I wish they had enough respect for me up front to say that. This company is only working on kitchen make-overs over $30k+. That would have saved me a lot of time by saying this sooner. When their business is not booming and they consider you worth their time, Id think twice. I didnt have a $30k budget and they attempted to make me feel insecure and told me that I would be lucky to buy Menards cabinets. They need to have the courage to just tell clients they are greedy, not tey to make their clients feel bad for having a smaller kitchen project. If they dont want my $15,000 that is fine, but dont shake your finger at me and call me cheap. For the record, my budget was clearly set at $15,000 from day one, I wanted painted finish, and ideally a stone counter top on two sides of my kitchen. The final reduced project in scope was cabinet uppers and lowers around a sink, dishwasher, range and microwave. After Tony quoted nearly $30k and degraded me on a group email in front of his team he simply said that he doesnt want to help me. I was never rude, I was always pleasant, and I believe I was a fun customer to work with.
Tony and the staff are very professional and communicative. They put in the extra effort to make sure that we were happy with our cabinet refacing and matching new cabinets and countertops. As on most projects there will be issues but Tony always made it right in the end. They also have a good staff of sub contractors i.e. plumbers, electricians and can recommend a good flooring installers too. We are very happy with how everything turned out.
Tony is great to work with and we could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend them for any of your cabinet needs!
We would highly recommend St.Croix Cabinet Solutions. Everyone associated with this company was a pleasure to work with. The workman ship and products are excellent.
Everything was great from start to finish. We couldnt be happier with the staffs professionalism and workmanship. Looking at our kitchen now, it is hard to believe that our cabinets are the same ones we hated such a short time ago. My wife and I couldnt be happier and whole-heartedly recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of work done.
Great company to work with from start to finish. Our refinished bathroom vanity looks spectacular, and the job was done quickly with minimal intrusion and very clean procedures. I highly recommend them.
My expectations were exceeded. Thats hard to do. Thanks for the great service.
St. Croix Cabinet Solutions painted our kitchen cabinets and installed crown molding for us. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. After receiving my request for consultation, Tony came out right away to look at our cabinets and give us an estimate. Within 3 weeks, Nick was on site working in our kitchen. They were both extremely professional, dependable and experienced. They showed up when they said they would, they did exactly what we agreed upon and the end result exceeded my expectations. When I decided at the last minute to change the hinges, they accommodated without hesitation, extra charges and/or hassle. I highly recommend this team of talented professionals!
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.I hired this company to paint my kitchen cabinets on Dec 19th. The crew showed up, were prompt and semi friendly. The kitchen was basically closed off for two weeks, Id peek in occasionally and from what I could see everything looked fine. Upon completion I received several phones calls one after another and 2 emails saying the job was done and they wanted payment. I rushed over to my house walked through it, it was dark by then. From what I could see it looked great, something seemed off but I couldnt quite figure it out. I just figured I needed to adjust to having white cabinets. I paid Tony and signed whatever paperwork. The next morning I went out to the kitchen and looked it over closer, the walls where the cabinets met were very sloppy, not caulked, the corners of the cabinets were not caulked before being sprayed, leaving huge gaps. The paint on the boxes was smeared and bubbly and had a yellow tint to them. I have photos and you can see them on their Facebook, under reviews.I emailed Tony immediately after really seeing the work. He stated he would fix it. I cancelled the remaining payment on the check because I didnt trust them. Any company that would do this to someones cabinets in my mind really cant be trusted and clearly do not know what theyre doing. Tony sent a worker out, he was supposed to send his son but apparently there was some sort of emergency, so he sent someone else. The guy came out assessed the situation and said it would be a lot more work than they anticipated, and stated the painting of the doors was rushed and chaotic After going back and forth for over a week trying to get Tony to give me an exact plan I finally submitted and said if they would go away I would agree not to leave negative reviews and let this all go. After having another company come in and fix everything (which basically entailed do the kitchen all over again) I see what quality work looks like.Using this company was a huge mistake, please dont make the same mistake I did. Do your research. I have plenty of photos of the botch job they did to my cabinets.
