After moving into our new home we decided to continue using ASAP to maintain and care for our pool (they had been servicing the pool for years prior to us buying the home). Such a great decision. Since day one the team has been extremely accommodating. They have taken the time to educate me on the pool and how to properly care for it. Each week I get a message from Danny (pool technician) with pool condition updates and he always lets me know if there is anything I need to do before his next visit. Danny is always available and willing to take a call to answer questions (day and night) and walk me through any situation that may come up. ASAP closed my pool for the second year. They were timely and neat with their work. We had an issue with for being billed for an extra service but Kelly was quick to take care of that.

As this was our first pool ownership experience, we needed guidance and things put into laymens terms often and Kelley did just that throughout the process.After several unreturned calls to other pool companies, I found ASAP where Kelley went above and beyond to understand our system and assured me that the heater and pump would perform as designed despite my concerns about the old equipment and odd layout of the piping. It took many phone calls and emails with video footage and pictures to lay out a plan, but Kelley never shied away from the challenge. My husband and I received sub-par service from them last year when they closed our pool for the winter. They contacted us and apologized for our unhappiness, so we figured we would give them another chance. Called them to open our pool this spring and THEY REFUSED??? Said they wont do service for people who left them a negative review. Extremely unprofessional.

It was near impossible to schedule an appointment with these guys. Once I Finally did, they promised I would get a basic pool school during closing, and I did not. The two guys that came could not have been more unfriendly and stand-offish. They were cold to my wife and would barely say a word to either of us. We will be going elsewhere next year

ASAP has the best Service in the Windham area. Their Quality and Professionalism is outstanding, I have 35 years in the field of Quality and know what I am talking about. I have purchased new Equipment that exceeds my expectations. ASAP opened my pool and within 24 hours it was crystal clear. Last summer, at the end of July, my Water Test was perfect and it was their first such test of the summer. They know their business. Yes, I highly recommend ASAP!

We purchased our hot tub spa at Advanced Spa & Pool 6 years ago. Their installation, training, service and support throughout this entire period has been excellent. The few times we have had a mechanical problem they were fast to respond, extremely knowledgable and very attentive. In general their staff has always been very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We would highly recommend them to anyone.I wish more companies stood behind their products and cared for customers like ASAP does.

Very concerned,Went to get shock today 05/16, sadly this business decided they wouldnt comply with the latest orders to open a retail biz, No Mask, No Social Distancing, at least there was a one way in and out. Called and asked why they didnt feel the need to comply, the comment was its a recommendation, hmmmmm, seems a awful lot of bizs are working very hard to comply with these, recommendations, like T-Bones across the street, one of many!!!This is a disservice to all those who go to an establishment, a lack of consideration to employees and customers. Mask, Social Distancing, and good hygiene like wash your hands or sanitize them is the order of the day, read the most recent Retail to Open Orders from the State.We have shopped ASAP for along time, we will never go back again, to the owner, Post a Conspicuous sign saying we dont intend to comply, enter at your own risk.BTW, your store is ok and have not complaints about what your provide for a service or product.

Jim and the staff at ASAP are hands down THE BEST! The store staff is always very friendly, responsive and ready to answer even the silliest of questions. Hey.. this is a great store but as a black man i felt very betrayed walking in i was looking at the hot tub on the left and some fat white man came out to me and asked me to leave.. i was going to buy that hot tub and he drove me out for no reason my friends have said this is a great store but f u c i y o u w h i t e m a n i had to spend 134 more dollars at a different store im broken and this was months ago

Our family installed a Fiberglass pool this past summer, and we couldnt be happier with every single aspect of the purchase with Advanced Spa and Pool!My husband and I have always wanted to replace our above ground pool with an in ground pool, but believed that we couldnt because of the high water table in our back yard. We decided to call ASAP after our pool caved in this past winter, to inquire about our options. After meeting with Jim, the owner, we knew right away that we were in the right hands. We decided on a Fiberglass pool, as the benefits of installing this pool are endless! Jim installed a drain to ensure that our pool is never affected by the water, as well as the pool itself is very low maintenance, and efficient. I do not think there is any way we could truly express our gratitude, and happiness for the outstanding service Jim and his entire staff provided throughout the process. Everyone was extremely professional, on time, neat, efficient, careful, friendly, and honest. There was not a single person (all of whom Jim personally recommended), that came onto our property and caused one ounce of concern with anything. The process was seamless! Manager was very unhelpful despite being her error. Sold me incorrect product despite being told exactly what was needed then blamed me. Because she would not help with an $80.00 item that broke due to her error I will never ever go there again. The pool installer I was working with will not go there again either and we will strongly dissuade others from making the same mistake. She lost 2 customers because of her attitude and extreme lack of customer service skills.

Horrible horrible people. No respect and would not reschedule when weather did not cooper on the scheduled day. Had to go another route and hire a lawyer to try and get my deposit back that they refused to give me.

Tp clear my poil they sold me $150 of product that did nothing. Next day went back... tested my wayer again they wanted me to use 19 bags of granulated chlorine!! Bought chlorine but didnt feel right about it. So went to anothr 5 company...5 liquid gallons of chlorine and my pool is perfect! Then today went to return the chlorine and the price had changed lower by 3 dollars..... and since my receipt was over 30 days old I was refunded the lower price. Never again. Do not recommend.

I had another company install our inground pool so I have no idea how ASAP installs are but I did go there for a water test and bought their reccomended chemicals. This company had me dump ridiculous amounts of chemicals AND shock in my pool and almost ruined my brand new liner only a couple weeks old. I spent a week backwashing and vaccuming out granules that were sitting on the bottom. We could not use our new pool in over a week until the chemicals either were vacuumed, backwashed, or evaporated. Soon after I noticed my brand new ladder and rail were covered with black spots and pitting from chemical reactions. I sought second and third opinions and was told to NEVER dump granule shock in a liner pool unless pre diluted in a bucket of water first. One bag treats 10,000 to 20,000 gallons. My pool is only 20,000. They had me put 12 bagsin all at once initially and then wanted me to put another 8 bags in when chlorine levels were already through the roof. Tom the manager would not return my call.***WARNING*** when seeking a fence company make sure you do plenty of research as well. I used a fence company that has done many fences/ maintenance for ASAP and now have a pending law suit. You can really protect yourself if you go with a larger company with a show room that has samples to show you and has a large staff and financing behind them to back their work. Visit the show room so that you know they are legit. Go with the bigger fence companies if anything goes wrong it will get fixed. Do not pay them cash so you have proof of payment. Make sure you get a receipt and a warranty after spending that kind of money. Do not pay them until you are 100% happy otherwise you are on your own. Do yourself a favor and do not let them install posts until you see that the hole is dug to a depth of at least 30. Make sure fence is assembled with nuts and bolts and not put together with little self tapping screws that make the job quicker and will sacrifice the strength of your fence. Also make sure there is no space in between fence section that will allow water in the tubing because this will cause your new fence to rot and shorten its life significantly. This advice would have saved me lots of aggravation!!! GOOD LUCK!!!
