The rep at the units is great, though the corporate contact structure is a bit much. I spoke to someone at corporate about a unit and then received no less than 3 emails, 2 phone calls and then text messages pushing me to sign a contract. Not super happy about that but the unit ok and the price is decent.

Tara is excellent! The storage is located in Hudson, on 303 near 91, between the two bridges. Its safe and clean. You have to buy your own insurance though. Most homeowners insurance includes storage coverage, StateFarm has 10% of home coverage for storage rental. Bring your Home Policy Declaration. Otherwise you have to buy theirs, $1000 coverage for $9/m, max $5000 for $22/m.

Have been using their storage for over 5 years and now considering moving out. The rate increases about 10% EVERY YEAR! The price uses to be competitive but now it is about at least $10 more than the same size storage at other local storage places. Manager Tina is nice though.

The day before I was suppose to sign my lease, the site manager informed me headquarters had decided not to rent me the space. According to her, the office was going to be renovated. This was extremely poor on the part of headquarters. My movers were all set to move my furniture and you cancelled the deal at the last minute. This is an extremely poor way to do business.

Love the lady that works here. Total sweetheart. Got into a sticky living situation and she went out of her way to help me not only with the storage unit but gave me advice on other places to live. I cleared my stuff out at like 3am and called a few days later to cancel and she already did everything for me before i called. Cant get any better customer service than that!

Unfortunately theyre now adding additional fees on top of rent increases. They recently decided to punish long-term customers by adding on rental insurance without any approval by the customer. This pushed the effective rental rate about $20 per month above local competitors. Add to this evidence of rodents within the storage unit and it was a no brainer to move my belongings elsewhere.

Yes, friendly staff BUT be aware there is a $25 administrative fee tacked on at signing....not mentioned on the website AND make SURE you rent 1st to 1st else you pay extra for the whole ending month. So, if you rent 24th to 24th, like me, you have to pay 24th to 30th....extra week not used. So....my ignorant belief I was actually getting a $62 rental for $62 ends up over $100. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE...unethical advertising

I lived in an apartment around the way for three years, and this was basically my workshop.The manager was SUPER friendly, and didnt mind me there. I was back by the tracks and so it was also surprisingly private and peaceful. I enjoyed working on my projects there and kept my area clean. I also met a couple of the contractors that worked out of their spaces. It was no kidding the nicest workshop Ive had.I finally bought another house out of the immediate area and after a month or so without visiting the space stopped in and let them know I was leaving. Sadly I was informed the manager had passed away suddenly.Anyway I let the new folks know I was leaving, and asked after my refund (I always paid a year at a time). To my surprise I was told, no refunds!When asked why I was told company policy, thats it. Now when I paid a year at a time they were very happy.In order to get my refund I had to mention - twice - that I was going to leave this review, once by phone and secondly by email. Bad form Storage Zone, squandering much goodwill over a couple hundred dollars. I am glad I do not work for such a company. I was looking forward to giving 5 stars. Instead, 3, and I suspect thats because of the now deceased manager, bless her soul.So long and short I enjoyed the time I spent there. But be sure to dot your Is and cross your Ts with these folks, and for goodness sake DO NOT PREPAY.

My husband stores his new boat there. Manager couldnt be any nicer. Yes, it costs a bit more than other places, but well worth it.
