This Ice Cream shop has gone through a few different phases during my time in this town, and I can say without a doubt it is at its best now. Aesthetically, it is a beautifully arranged ice cream / coffee shop with plenty of character to set it apart from other small businesses in this quaint beach town. The ice cream flavors are diverse, creative, and accommodating with vegan options as well. The staff is typically composed of the youths of the town, who have always treated my family, friends and myself with respect and attentive service. Definitely my favorite ice cream spot in Hull.

What a delight! After an afternoon at Worlds End, we needed ice cream. We googled ice cream near me and found this place! Amazing. Friendly staff, incredible Gifford ice cream and cute atmosphere. They even had fresh daffodils on the tables. I had the toasted coconut and it was the best I had ever had.

Slice me up a scoop of that Hull flavor! Kitty corner to Jack Hills Famous stove shop and a short walk to the beaches of pure Massachusetts where dreams come alive!

Ice cream at the beach. Everyone needs some of that!They had 2 vegan flavors. Oreo cookie and chocolate. Im not a vegan but had to get them. They were delicious! Girlfriend got a waffle cone bowl. Never seen one before. Also delish!

We love Scoops, it’s our go to spot. The are so nice, have delicious ice cream, cute decor, and are very good with children and even have little benches just for them!

Wife and I walked in around 615 pm 4-24-21 to warm welcome ice cream was yummy very clean place like very cool place ladies serving was very nice and even a thank you will return and will recommend 💯%

Just went to Scoops for the first time. It is NOT the same ice cream store that was here last year. The whole building has been renovated by the new owner, and everything looks great. Super clean, great flavors, and the entire staff is gloved and masked up; and couldnt be nicer. Visit them soon.

Shakes were disgusting really ruff with my cone and broke the bottom off and still gave it dont recommend it

Beautiful location and decor. Scoops is a very friendly, clean ice cream shop with regular ice cream and toppings, Italian ice and vegan ice cream. 10/10 would recommend!
