Fully stocked store, employees too busy talking to each other to help out customer. Instead of help a customer they point to a general area of what youre looking for and they tell you is over there. Customer service need way more improvement

Did not have basic item in stock transmission fluid, whats the point in buying on line and then go to pick up items and item was not in stock, they thought it would be just fine for me to come back tomorrow, after all its just a one hour round trip and added fuel costs, Pep Boys is closer and they had what I needed in stock, Car Quest in the states is much better than any here in Puerto Rico, maybe Puerto Ricans dont know any better but with over 45 yrs of purchasing auto parts I know what professional is and IS NOT!

I wouldve given it 5 stars because they do have a variety of hard to find parts, but their staff were all hanging around in between the racks behind the counter and the only cashier kept calling for assistance as the line grew and help was slow to come. Not very customer conscious at all.

Advance Auto in humacao I went to take my dodge durango 2006. Because they did not align it well with the four tires four days ago. The staff behaved annoyed and a young man who works in counter. He comments with the security guard that I was illiterate. I think he and those who work in the store do not know good English or other languages ​​as I know. I am retired from the United States Army. They must expel all those personnel.
