Awkward location, typically theres a traffic jam just in front of parking entrance. They are not offering the check-engine free service they used to. Many beggar around premises.

I am aware of the measures corresponding to COVID and the company visited complies fairly with the prevention measures. However, in view of the consumers who have to wait in line for any request, it did not escape us to observe that of 6 employees in counter, only two of them exhibited diligence in serving the public. In particular, a tall, thick, light gray shirt employee of the company. There were 2 ladies who disappeared, I saw one who was accommodating merchandise and another who chose to attend after approx. 20 minutes. I was satisfied with the attention received, but with more attention in counter my visit of 6 minutes that took me and 25 minutes of waiting, could have been summarized to 10 minutes in total. I saw 3 clients leave. I was there at the one in Humacao from 3:40 pm until 4:11 pm. To buy a car wash oil and soap filter.
