I called Cool Tech about a problem I was having with my Scottsman Ice machine, hoping to schedule a service appointment. A service man listened to my issue over the phone and offered a simple potential fix based on my description. I tried what he said and it worked, problem solved! They could have charged me a significant amount of money to come out l, diagnosis and fix my problem but they offered free advice for a simple fix over the phone, based solely on my description. I know who I will be calling to come out when I have larger problem with my ice machine. Kudos to Cool Tech, we need more businesses like them!
