I live close to Christian Brothers Automotive and wanted to try their service with the hopes of becoming a continuing customer; since my car is now out of warranty. It was my very first visit and they turned my business away because they were too busy. They must be doing extremely well! However, the gentleman before me was told that they would fit him in.

From A to Z, Christian Brothers in Huntersville is the best ! The process to schedule an appointment was so easy through their website. The morning of my appointment, I was greeted with professionalism and all my questions were answered promptly. The service driver was already waiting to drop me back at my home. Within a short time frame, i received a phone call after my car was diagnosed. The price was given and the time frame the work would be completed. When the work was done, i received a call that the service driver was already on the way to pick me back up bring me back to the service shop to pick up my car. I have to say in my entire life, I have never been to a service shop like Christian Brothers in Huntersville. I would rate this place a million stars. I will never go to a dealership or any other place for service again in my life. Christian Brothers is hands down the best in the business ! Not only was my car fixed by a expert mechanic. The price was amazing ! They didnt try to railroad me by suggesting extra work. They were even honest when they diagnosed my car and suggested I only needed half the work done that I thought I needed. That says it all to me as a customer ! These guys are truly honest, hard working, professional, and experts in the field of automotives. Their business model is definitely based on the idea that if you provide the best service possible. I was in need of a 4 wheel allignment and have had this done at several shops around town over the years. Decided to research shop reviews online and read read read about allignment. I chose Christian Brothers not just from their stellar reviews, but from their educational info on their website. I scheduled my appointment, and was not disappointed in anyway! I had an excellent mechanic (Justin) and excellent informative gentlemen keeping me posted along the way. (Which is odd to me... Very pleased with the shop. I dropped my truck late one afternoon. Had some vibrations and was pretty sure it was the carrier bearing. They were able to look at it the next morning and able to replace the bearing the same day. Turn around time was excellent and they communicated with me very well and did not try and upsell me on anything. Will definitely be back when I need more work done.

Christian Brothers Automotive made me feel like I mattered. I don’t enjoy going to the mechanic. The car they serviced was 14 years old; its days were numbered. So, I knew the bad was coming. When that day hit, I was headed to work and far from my regular mechanic. I dropped my car off, completely distraught. It was not going to be good news. The amount of work the car needed was not worth the car itself. It’s was over. Steve was incredibly patient and understanding. He offered the shuttle service to take me home, as my car would not make it off the lot. This may seem small, but I live about 25 minutes from Christian Brothers. Brandon helped me load the two heavy car seats into the back of the shuttle car and drove me all the way home in 5:00 traffic. I was completely taken aback by their kindness and generosity. It wasn’t a paid service. It was a kindness. A kindness that I really needed that day. The next day, I dropped off another car, to make sure that it was road worthy. Steve remembered me by name and helped me get a shuttle back to work. I have never had such a positive experience receiving such negative news. They simply provided the best and most sincere service. While I know they can help when I need it, I hope not to see them before my next oil change. :) Thank you Christian Brothers!

I went to my dealership for an inspection & i was given a long list of pricey repairs! I called discount tire for one of the repairs which they couldnt do but they recommended christian brothers which is how i found them. I called a few places to price out everything & christian brothers had the best prices by far!! Ive been 2x now & they make me feel welcome & i was able to use their shuttle service both visits which was a great help. Dustin and his brother are so friendly and great! Ill now be going to christian brothers for all my car needs & Ive already recommended them to friends!

This was the best experience I’ve had with auto repair service. These are top notch, very professional folks and are awesome at follow up. Provided shuttle service with a smile. Also Brian, the mechanic that worked on my car left a “Thank You” note on my dashboard as well as Mentos. If you take your car anywhere else for repairs youve gone to the wrong place. Christian Brothers have far superior mechanics than Dealerships. I cant say enough about this place.I took my truck to Huntersville & Mooresville Ford and left both times with my truck running worse than when I brought it in. The dealerships threw expensive parts at the problem without success: $1,267 wasted. I took my truck to Christian Brothers and they quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the WRONG parts the Dealerships installed. They also informed me that the clunking noise was due to loose lug nuts that the dealership failed to tighten (lost one lug nut).

Once again, excellent service from Steve and Dustin! They have worked on my whole families vehicles and I trust them. They share what needs to be done and why. Thank you for all do!

I love taking my car here! They never bs you and are always courteous. They have a free shuttle service, do a courtesy check of your vehicle, etc. I can’t say enough good things about them. The shuttle driver Phil is also very kind and friendly :-) highly recommend!

**UPDATED 5/24**The owner promptly contacted me to correct the issues. Tires look better than brand new (see before/after pictures). Alignment is great and mystery noise under Jeep is gone. It took two trips, but overall it was a 5 star service.--------------------------------------Will not be going back for anything beyond a fluid change. Would have been 2 stars, but they did give me $100 off the bill so I paid $200 more than I should have, instead of $300.I dropped my Jeep off Monday at 9am with a list of services. I asked for a quote on the major labor before it was started. I heard nothing all day so I called at 3:30pm to check in. I was quoted a reasonable price so I approved the work. I get a call at 5:30pm saying an additional $90 in parts was needed, which should have been included in the original quote. The average cost is $260, now it will cost $410. Glad the parts are all pulled out before letting me know there is additional cost. Would have taken it elsewhere if I knew it was going to cost that much.After all that I was told it would be ready Tuesday morning. I hear nothing all day and call at 2pm to hear they are still working on the alignment and there is a computer issue. Call back at 4pm to find out it still isnt done and I wont have it done until Wed morning. Six hours for a computer update...The Jeep is finished around 10am on Wed. As mentioned earlier, work quoted was about $300 more than it should be, but they knocked $100 for the trouble. They warranty the work so maybe that helps offset the cost. Walk out to see junk all over my newly mounted tires. I know the mounting process leaves some residue, but is this really quality work. The real kicker, I was told I could use a pressure washer to get them clean. Perfect, after spending over $1,200 in repairs I get the pleasure of spending more time and money to finish the job myself.On top of it all, my Jeep still pulls to the right and something rattles underneath every time I shut my door. Just what I wanted, more Jeep noises.

I was able to get service promptly when my car died in a parking lot. I had it towed to CBA and by late the next afternoon, my alternator had been replaced, my routine car maintenance had been done, and my rear windshield wiper had been changed. I opted to keep the car at CBA overnight for 2 nights. I especially appreciate the free shuttle service so I could get home after leaving it there and come back there to pick up my repaired car the day after it was fixed. As always, it runs beautifully after a CBA visit. Thanks!

Every time I have used Christian Brothers I’ve received straightforward and honest work. I’ve never felt that way with a dealership, I’m never taking my vehicles anywhere else (that isn’t prepaid).

Had my alternator replaced today and happy that the job was done fast. But most of all I like the customer service in this shop, they treat people with respect and are willing to work with you till the problem resolved. Long ago I came for the wheel alignment and after the job was done I took the car for the road test and I didn’t like how the steering wheel was centered, they put the car on the alignment machine and fixed the issue without any hesitation! ( wheel alignment is not the easiest thing to be done ) . The guys doing great job and be ready to pay the price if you visit them 👌😀

My initial call for service was answered with an appointment within the next two days. Went in for a couple of issues and both were assessed quickly and I was called to review the problems, options, and costs. Very professional, to-the-point explanations. The required work was a bit more extensive than I had been expected, but after seeing the diagnostic photos, I knew the recommendations were accurate and needed to be completed. Despite the amount of work involved, I got my car back the same day! And it runs and stops without complaint!

They are very friendly and keep you aware with what is going on with your vehicle. A nice and clean waiting room also.

They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were clean, I love that they wore gloves since we are in a pandemic. They gave me a ride back to my house and I could tell that they just clean the car with Clorox wipes. They kept me abreast of my car the entire time and picked me up to bring me back to the shop. I have used Christian Brothers of Huntersville for the last year since we moved to the area. I could not be more impressed with a business. They do quality work, in a timely manner, for a great price. They are extremely honest and have looked out for my best interest more than once. This is one of my favorite businesses to deal with and is a breath of fresh air. Their practices are the reason I drive 40 minutes, passing multiple other options, to do business with them.

Called at 8am day after Labor Day to ask if I could get my brakes checked. I dropped my car off at 9:30am, was called at noon telling me what they found and price was reasonable, I approved the work and the car was done by 3:00. They even offered rides to and from my house! AND left a thank you card and Mentos on my console! My car is perfect! Thanks guys!!

I have found Christian Brothers to be more trustworthy in their inspections and evaluations then I have experienced with other auto repair businesses in town. Their team is stable, I get to speak to the same friendly group of people each time I bring one of my cars in. The work that they recommend is completed on-time and has always solved whatever issues I was experiencing. Christian Brothers provides what I believe most people are looking for - professional, honest work.

The clutch/flywheel replacement was done with the professionalism and fair price we have come to expect from Christian Brothers. Other related parts such as the flywheel bolts were replaced, rather than re-used, after the adviser highly encouraged that course of action. I completely agreed and the replacement of the axle seals and rear engine main seal were also prudent measures being that access was available as the clutch replacement was being completed. This eliminated redundant labor costs in the near future and was greatly appreciated. Serpentine belt(s) and oil change completed all the servicing. It was all completed in a timely fashion with no surprises. Ive come to expect that from CBA.Since the servicing, the car has thrown a CEL and shows a low voltage issue. I suspect this is due to the negative battery cable/sensor which has a tendency (per research) to cause undervoltage charging in this specific model. The entire battery area had to be removed for the servicing and I feel the cable has just reached its limit of use. I have the part on order and will change it out. If the CEL and low voltage issue continues, I will contact CBA for guidance.

I took my Suburban here after another local shop did a poor job on my repair.The folks at the Old Statesville Road location understood my dilemma and worked me in quickly. They were able to offer me a loaner vehicle while they made the needed repairs to mine. Very friendly staff and really wanted to make my experience a good one. The price was much lower than I expected it to be and I have had no issues since they made the appropriate repair. Highly recommended if you need service.

Great customer service and value. I visited on a holiday weekend right before closing. I had a flat tire and really didnt feel comfortable driving on the spare all weekend. They stayed past closing to fix my tire, which I really appreciated. This is a great new place and they have definitely earned my future business.

Very bad mechanical damage, they left my car the same as I take it with oil fluid, they changed things that I did not say to change them. I came back for the guarantee and they did not respond. I do not recommend them. It is a very bad mechanical workshop and poor customer service. pay $ 2000 for nothing, I repeat my car is the same.

The whole experience was great! Everyone was so nice and personable. They took such good care of me and even came to where I was having trouble and followed me to the shop. They were overly accommodating and let me use their car to get to work for the day. I can’t thank them enough!! Great company did my alignment quicker than expected at a reasonable price. On top of that, I jumped in my truck and there was a pack of Mentos in center console I new wasnt mine. I went to grab and take to the technician (he had taken for a test drive) thinking he had left and he had put a thank you note taped to them. A++++. Thanks guys.-update. I took my truck back again today for another alignment after some suspension work. They did a great job. They arent trying to rush it. Again another 5star experience.

Christian Brothers Automotive in Huntersville set the example of customer care and quality/ethical service. I was out of town on a business trip and my wife took the car over for a brake job. The team at Christian Brothers treated her with respect and promptly took the car in. After pulling all the tires, inspecting the brakes, they gave her back the car telling her the brakes still had plenty of life left. They refused to charge her and rotated the tires without charge. My wife was so impressed she commented to me that we should drive our truck down from Michigan to let them look at a couple of complaints! Quality, customer focused, respectful and above board. What else could you ask for?

Overall great experience! They go above and beyond most automotive repair shops. I was in and out quickly and the staff was friendly. I also was brought a water from the owner while sitting outside. Will definitely come back in the future!

They performed a 4-wheel alignment on my car. The price was very good, and they even printed a before and after sheet for me on my alignment specs; some people might not care about this, but I do. The waiting area was by far the nicest automotive shop waiting area Ive ever been in. Definitely recommend.

Once again Christian Brothers of Huntersville gave superior service. It was an emergency when the wiring of my transfer seat in my wheelchair van broke. They picked it up and fixed it that day. Dustin brought it back by supper time. While he had it be also checked extra things. As always above and beyond. The cost was minimal compared to having to going to a mobility service garage. Thank you Dustin and Jim...and all at Christian Brothers!

Caring, courteous and honest repair work. Christian Brothers Huntersville really take the time to understand an issue with a car. Very trustworthy and a waiting room that is as comfortable as being in your own home.

The shop is very clean and the workers are nice and respectful. The did a good job fixing my car and the repairs were done on time. I would have given them 5 stars but took away one star because they charged $99 to read the codes and reset the computer. This takes a few minutes to do and should not be an extra charge. Nice touch leaving a pack of mentos in the car.

My car broke down after I accidentally put diesel in my car (Im an ignorant 18 year old give me a break). It happened during the weekend so they were closed, but right on Monday they got it fixed for me before 5! A staff member offered to fill up my tank for me and get the diesel out of the engine all the way (with the price added to my bill of course). Then when it was all done and I got to go home, when I got in my car they had left me their business card with some candy attached in the cupholder. It was such a nice touch! Its the little things in life that really make me emotional.
