Incredible crew. Very timely and efficient. Took the effort to explain and recommend solutions to immediate problems I wasn’t aware of. Store Manager Blake was very personable and helpful. Will definitely be coming back to service my car in the future.
FIVE STARS GUYS!I had a flat tire before work, went to a different Firestone and they told me that they had appointments within 3 days only.Called this location right after and told me to get there so they can take care of my tire.They didn’t have the tire I needed so they had to order it. Too longer that their regular schedule but they didn’t mind at all! They stayed an extra hour to fix my tire. NOW THATS A REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I had the best experience at this Firestone! The team was knowledgeable and quick. They took the time to explain to me exactly what my car needed, and why. Blake, in particular, was welcoming and extremely helpful as I navigated what I needed for my car. Ill definitely be back to visit this rock star team!
This Firestone location runs better than a Chick-fil-A during lunch hour. The store manager Blake really does have a good working team that keeps the customer in mind first. His Master Tech Felix knows how to fix anything you throw at him. If your in a pinch or just need a trustworthy shop that can take care of your routine maintenance I highly suggest this Firestone location.
Brought my Car in for Diagnostic due to check engine light going on and off randomly. I had an idea it was a crankcase sensor but wanted to be sure before spending the money. The tech pulled my car in and checked one thing in over an hour. I watched as my car set and nobody checked anything. Finally the guy running the front desk walked in and said it was the crankcase sensor. I asked if I could be shown the sensor to ensure I purchased the correct one and I was told it was to difficult to show me because the sensor was on the bottom of the motor. This was a lie as the crankcase sensor is on top of the motor going into the intake. I told him that didnt make sense and all he said was sorry and backed my car out. They showed no interest in my car issues and did not do a true diagnosis as my car set for an hour without anyone touching it. And then they charged me over $100 after all this. This place just scams you for money.
I made an appointment online (where it showed they had multiple spaces available) and they called and told me they couldnt take me today. I tried to walk in for service a different day and they turned me away then too. (Even though there were technicians sitting in the bays)They are selective about taking customers that have cars that they can do more work on than requested. Would not recommend.
This Firestone location has some of the best techs in the area. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly. Went in to get my clutch replaced and they did a phenomenal job in doing so! Shoutout to Blake and his team
I live in Charlotte but I specifically took my Jeep in to be serviced by the guys in Huntersville. I thought I just needed an oil change but it turned out I needed a little more work done to it and they were able to get that taken care of right away that same day! I highly recommend going to see Blake and his team in Huntersville. This particular Firestone is very well managed!
Got off the freeway to check the bridegstones, riding a little funny. Blake came right out, checked the pressure, added air and gave me some great info. This branch is in great hands, dude needs a raise. Thanks guys
Wanted to get my vehicle checked out before a long trip. Blake went over everything and came back and said the item in question was good. Did a complete inspection and needed front brakes. They did the brake job and Im satisfied.
Communication sucks, my car has been sitting for 4 weeks no resolution. Now there is apparently another problem with my car . 0/10 . Definitely lacks professionalism. Now I’m going to have to transport my car elsewhere to get it fixed. Money trap !!!! Finding any excuse to run up the tab.
I went to get my tire plugged because I purchased them from Firestones. Then John comes back with an air filter in his hand saying I need a new one. He also started I needed an alignment. I told him I didnt come for all that, I just need my tire plugged why are you looking at other stuff. I get my car serviced at Victory Chevy were I purchased the car. He mentioned the do a courtesy check I said thank you but no thanks. Im not spending unnecessary money.
Blake and Donovan have always taken great care of me. Tried them out when they first opened and have been a repeat customer. Really trust them and they take great care of my cars.
They do not respect your time. I came to do just tire rotation. The guy told me is going to take 1 hour which is too much time for tire rotation and I said ok. However, it took almost two hours waiting in the store for the car to get done. I could have called some body to pick me up if it would take that long. I will not go to this location anymore and I don’t recommend anybody to go there.
Customers beware!!I took my vehicle here for the so-called free brake inspection, the manager Blake Mills informed me that I needed new front rotors, I disagreed since the rotors were just replaced 6 months ago. I am an educated mechanically inclined adult so I knew that the rotors could be turned if needed. I told him that I needed a second opinion and just to prove my point I went to another Firestone at Northlake Mall and they informed me that the rotors were fine so if you want to spend money on parts and service you dont need, by all means go see Blake Mills at this location he is a fraud, liar Thief and dishonest individual. Please Beware!!!
I called ahead and asked if they had time to fix a slow leak. They said to come on by. I arrived within 4 minutes of getting off the phone with them. Just for them to tell me to come back tomorrow. This experience just reinforces my opinion that firestone does not respect ones time.
What can I say besides I got scammed. They make it sound so good and they are dishonest and frauds. Drove 3 hours to them to purchase so buy a car that is non drivable and no brakes. Almost got into an accident on my way back home and now they want nothing to do with me or my car. Claimed they did an inspection but I have all the valid proof of this fraud car sold to me. Very upset and now taking legal actions.
Best place to take your car did a diagnosis on my 07 trailblazer and now I have no vibration very good work very good people to be around very friendly know what they’re doing . 9/30Well those guys at the Huntersville fire stone took care of me again today I get another five stars on top of the five stars if you need your vehicle done and done right and if you have a problem after the fact they still take care of you a lot better than anywhere else especially the Mooresville fire stone so go there if you need some work done
Do not take your car to this Firestone. I recently had my car serviced and the technician did not wear a mask or gloves when he got into my car. When I asked the cashier, John, about it he said they are not required to wear a mask and gloves. When I asked if Firestone was going to pay to have my car sanitized, you know since we are in a pandemic, he said no. The Firestone on W WT Harris recently closed because of a COVID-19 outbreak for over a week you would think they would have a policy regarding this issue. HORRIBLE Experience!!
Super friendly staff but only one tire changer in a huge garage. Ive been here for 3 hours and cars still on the lift with no tires for over an 2 hours...Yall either need a second tire changer or faster staff. I love firestone but ugh. Wait time + spine damage = agony

I went in for a brake job late in the day not expecting to be able to get in and to my surprise they got me right in and diagnosed the issue quickly! The service was excellent and the shop was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back for additional service!
I stopped by because I have a slow leak. I was told it would be 4 hours. There was not one car inside. They were standing around talking.
Quick and professional, the only thing I might add is they could use some USB ports to allow customers to charge devices while they wait, but thats a side note only!!!

I was trying not to give any stars period. Set an appointment for 1:00pm and upon my time for the appointment I decided to call ahead and the guy who answered said I didn’t have an appointment when I was looking directly at my confirmation email and reservation number, like uhhh I’m lost ..even after I was trying to give him my reservation number he acted as if he didn’t hear me and kept asking what I was trying to do..ughhhh get my car fixed..that was the reason why I set an appointment and fill all the information out.

This has got to be the slowest branch of them all. Over two hours for an oil change. I thought I was mad 😡 You should have seen the dude that left out before me! I thought I would give them a second chance seeing the long wait happened once before, but I now no this will be my last time at this location. 🐢
