I had a nail in the tread of my tire on my Honda Civic. I came to quick lane and they fixed it immediately mid-day at no cost. Very great service.

Completed the service another Ford dealership did not. Always great customer service. I’ll be making the drive to this dealership for my service even though I no longer live in Huntersville.

Not happy with the service at this location. Paper work states work that was not done. Also car went for service with the airbag light on; in and out with nothing mentioned about it. All interest was in trying to sell you recommended services and system flushes.

Was there to pick up my MKX as it was in the service area not quick lane oil changes.
