Took our Lexus SUV to Ruben after the dealership tried charging us ridiculous prices. He was so transparent, communicative and very reasonably priced. He explained all the issues that needed to be fixed and was so thorough with the work. We’re never going anywhere else! Ruben is top notch!!

Left this review on yelp but wanted to be sure people knew about this place... This is a bit delayed but I went in on July 3, 2016 with a belt issue. I called ahead and checked if I could get a quote and they did. The quote seemed reasonable from what I saw and so I went in and explained the issue to Ruben. He stopped and listened to what I had to say which a lot of mechanics dont do. He went to my car and went straight to what I thought it was. Turns out isnt wasnt just the belt but also the hydraulic holding it in place which he showed me exactly where the issue was. He could tell I was in a hurry and got me out within 50 mins, including getting the part I needed. He even helped me out with the pricing. Overall, amazing old school customer service. Definitely recommend this place.
