The store in Huntington Beach treated us great. The man explained how the electric bikes worked and all the ins and outs of the bikes. We ended up purchasing two elux electric bikes. We have enjoyed them so much. It is getting us out of the house and helping us improve our health. The people at the bike store were great also. I recommend either store to those looking for e bikes.

Excellent Service. Great Bikes. We are ready to ride our E-Lux bikes! Super easy and comfortable. We can even ride at night with the lights. This place is the best place to purchase them! Go and enjoy the town! We even took them on a wine tasting tour in Temecula! Best investment Ever!

They are the worst. No customer service skills . Left two scooters there for an estimate cut to a month later and the owner still didn’t get to them . I called multiple time and secretary had no idea what I was talking about . Added to the fact she didn’t know what I was talking about it was really hard to understand what she was saying (no offense) she was extremely rude and hung up on me multiple times . DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! #avoidthisplace

I went to 2 other bike stores to get my bike fixed, one shop said they didnt know how to fix my bike and the other shop he was too busy to work on my bike. So I took it to So cal electric bikes, and the Mechanic (Tom) said that he could fix my bike. The next day he said my bike was all done. I picked it up and it worked perfectly. Tom did a great job and the price was very reasonable. Thanks, Tom.

This owner should be in jail for falsifying warranties and promises. My grandchild bought a scooter and rose it only 2 weeks and it broke down. This had a one year warranty that has now been in the repair shop for 4 months and nothing has been done. The owner ordered the parts from China and will not ship because she will not pick up the cost for the shipping. Broken every word of warranty and lack of customer service where the owner told me to get a lawyer to repair.

I took my son to buy a scooter for the end of the year school gift. The scooter broke two weeks after we got it. It has a one year warranty. It been nothing but headaches. The owner will not talk to me nor fix the scooter. We are now working with a lawyer to help resolve the problem.

Great small company. Gets new inventory all the time. Carlos has great customer service and is very helpful. We rented this time but when it comes time to buy we will certainly deal with So Cal Electric Bikes and Scooters.

My daughter bought a bike on August 10th. She was so excited about her purchase & the customer service she received from David that I felt inclined to purchase one 2 days later. I thought we could have great bike rides together. As it turned out the customer service was unbelievable!!!!David is more accommodating than any person I have met. He went above & beyond providing me with the bike that I dreamed of with many “custom” adjustments. Now comes Tom, the man responsible for making my custom adjustments work. If I could give 15 stars ⭐️ to Tom I would in a heartbeat!!! He worked so hard & diligently on my bike until my dream bike was created. I could not be more grateful for his service.Now let’s talk about Carlos. David had to leave town amidst my purchase & customization so Carlos took over. He is so kind & again accommodating. This type of phenomenal service needs to be commended these days as it sooo rarely exists anymore. I have 2 friends going to purchase bikes there now & we all live in San Diego county. I will send anyone I know of to this bike shop because they definitely deserve the business. Please keep it up guys, YOU ARE TRULY THE BEST!!!! I am very grateful. Thank you 😊

Service is an absolute joke.Left a scooter there for new brakes, it’s been a month and Tom (the mechanic) is still not taking his job seriously. Not a professional sore, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Tom was rude and I will never be back here
