Poor quality digitizer stopped working after a few months. I take work off every time my phone stops working, I have to keep coming back here. They charge you $140 for a screen that didnt last and made my phone worse. What a nightmare. Gadgetparts is way better.EDIT: This vender is explicitly lying about the condition of my phone; my digitizer went out without any damage whatsoever, and I can prove it too.

I had to get a Pixel 2s battery replaced, FixMe! Was local and was very honest/professional. The gentleman who assisted me mentioned that he didnt happen to have the specific battery in stock at the time, and was ready to send me somewhere else so I could get it fixed faster (albeit at a slightly higher price). I was pretty surprised at this, but wasnt in a hurry and also appreciated the honesty. I was told I would be able to pick it up the following Tuesday, however unfortunately there was a delay in the ordering process, but I was notified of this. They called me back that evening and told me that even though they were closed the following day, I could still stop by and pick it up, as the repair was completed and there was a holiday the following day. Thats super cool. The whole experience was painless, simple, professional and the overall cost was very very competitive and perfectly reasonable. I really appreciate it! Definitely recommended.

Isai was very good and knew exactly what was wrong with my Galaxy-S8 when I called and spoke to him on the phone. The battery had bloated and expanded, popping the back cover off. I thought I had sat on it and broken it. I brought it in and within 30 minutes it was repaired, like brand new. I couldnt believe how easy that was and shouldnt have bought a new Galaxy S-10. Lol. Now I have two phones. Totally professional and great prices. Highly recommended.

My 3 year old iPhone 6S wouldnt hold a battery charge for more then a few hours. Isai replaced the battery along with my cracked screen shield for a very reasonable price! My phone is like new again and works GREAT!

Better than expected. Isai is honest, repair was fast and he quoted a reasonable price in advance. He had the battery for my Pixel XL in stock. All the other shops I contacted online had to order batteries and avoided quoting costs. He made my phone almost as good as new.

I had an amazing service experience at Flatline Repair! I dropped my phone and the screen picture malfunctioned; however, the screen did not shatter. I reluctantly did not want to get my screen replaced since the screen did not shatter, so I called around places to see what prices and services they would provide me. Every other repair shop immediately wanted me to pay a large amount for a new screen. Then I came across Flatline Repair. Mark answered my call and stated that he would try to fix it without replacing the screen and then would replace the screen if necessary. I admired that he would at least try to fix it the most inexpensive way first before going with replacing the whole screen. I decided to visit Flatline Repair all because of his willingness to find the most inexpensive way to fix my phone. I brought it by the store and he fixed it within an hour at an AMAZING price! I took my dads ipod to get a new battery. Isai got a new battery. The ipod worked great. I asked Isai if he could add more memory. It now has 250G and its working perfect. Check out FixMe and you wont need to go anywhere else.

This guy really knows his stuff! If you have a broken phone take it to him. He knows how to fix it. He also has some used things there, I got a used tablet for a fair price and I am enjoying my tablet. I definitely will go back to this fellow when I am ready to purchase another cell phone. I drive a cab and my cell phone is my lifeline. The phone for calls along with a square insert, allows me to process credit cards quickly making my business operate more efficiently. Unfortunately, sometimes I need my clients to sign for the credit purchase. On Halloween the phone was dropped while the square insert was still inserted into the head phone jack. Processing cards was impossible. I searched the net looking for a business that worked on Samsung Galaxy 3 phones. Few showed that skill set, Flatline Repair did. I visited them and discussed if it could be fixed. Without hesitancy I was told about half an hour. The same problem happened with a previous but less expensive phone and it could not be fixed. Little confused. Came in today with a water damaged phone and although they did fix a part of it, the more I use it the more problems are popping out. For example, my audio completely does not work. I live far from the store and waited for quite awhile today too and it would have been nice if they couldve resolved these issues upfront. Also, not sure why its cash only for water damaged items, a little strange.

My Galaxy 6S screen was shattered so bad the screen went black. This is the first time Ive ever had a cracked screen, yes Im anal and take care of my devices. I was there when they open and was told my screen needed to be replaced too...hey go big or go home. I asked them if there was a way to change out my battery because I couldnt keep a charge. Mark looked at the charge port and showed me how it was damaged and said it could be that or the battery. I weighed the cost of fixing the port and battery aling with my screen or buying a whole new phone. Obviously fixing was cheaper. They didnt have my screen, but said they would get 1 in that day. Gave me an ETA of about 4 hours and gave me a loaner phone to use in the meantime. I was stoked for the loaner phone.I would 100% recommend anyone to them. Super nice, welcoming, and didnt talk over my head (Im so not tech savvy).

I was able to get the cracked glass screen on my iPhone fixed in about an hour. Called ahead thinking I might need an appointment, but they told me just to come in same day. Parking and store hours were very convenient, service was friendly and professional, price was lower than I anticipated, and my phone looks good as new. Would definitely recommend!

Had to get my LCD screen replaced on my phone. I called around to several places but was not impressed with the quotes. Flatline gave me a quote that was $20- 40 cheaper than competitors, with a faster turn around time as well. I had a new screen on my phone in less than 24 hours. Mark is very knowledgeable, personable, and has great attention to detail! The screen looks just as great as the original. Great customer service. I came in the first day as they opened and he replaced my shadderred (from the corner) screen in 25 minutes for $75. Well worth it. Then, only a couple days later, something strange happened to create a crack dead center on the screen even with the tempered glass. Because it was rare, they again came through with a quick 30 minute turnaround. I now have it in an otter box and fingers crossed. Thanks for the quick and expert service.

First stop was just for what I thought would be an expensive screen replacement,!only to have them show me actual damage was only a screen protector . $10.00 and all is well.Picking up repaired IPad and recommending these people over and over!!

I can not say enough good things about Parker and his crew. I dropped my LG G2 on New Year Day, and it would not work. My carrier was not helpful, so I searched on Google for local repair shops. Flatline came up with the highest rating. I can tell you why! Parker originally fixed my phone by the next day, but it would go black whenever I made a call. A little frustrating when calling doctor offices and needing to press 5. I brought it back, and Parker tried several different attempts, but never gave up, and never charged me for the extra time. I think he has decided LG phones are the devil, but my phone is like brand new. His crew saved me hundreds of dollars, and seriously deep frustration with my phone company. My phone is now safely encased in an Otter Box (thanks Parker). I would go back to work with these guys in a heartbeat (if they dont lock the door when they see me :-).

I actually did the troubleshooting that the connector for charging was defective, but they knew exactly how to fix it. The repairman was going to be off the next day, so they made a special effort to retrieve the part which was not in the shop at the time and finish the welding before the end of the business day, so I would not be without my phone for 2 days. I super appreciated it and my phone is now charging perfectly.

I took my wifes 6s in because it jumped into the toilet and got wet. The phone wasnt working properly so I took it to Flatline. Mark was great. Honest and skilled, he said the problem with your phone is either a battery problem or a software problem, and, if its software, I can probably fix it and I will charge you $35. I was elated when it turned out to be software and he fixed it immediately - for $35, as promised. I am planning to take my computer to him soon.

My Iphone had water damage and the screen dimmed out when the environment was bright. Apple Store quoted me a few hundred dollars to fix with no warranty. I called and talked to Isai who was super nice and patient - not like some other repair store people wouldnt tell me anything over the phone. He trouble-shot the problem and the solution was not just a screen replacement, it was very tricky and involved.Knowing I needed my phone by the end of the day (Saturday), he worked super hard to get it repaired and stayed late for me to go pick it up. Not only did he fix the dimming problem, he also checked potential problems that might be caused by water damage. He not only charged me only a fraction of the price that Apple Store was going to charge, he gave me 12 month warranty. I definitely gave him a 5 star rating!!! FixMe is well priced and quick to replace cracked Galaxy S9 screens. Isai was courteous and helpful. I orderd my screen on July 3rd after 4pm,, even with the 4th of July holiday he received the Shipment of the part on Saturday afternoon and then called me at 2pm, I brought the phone in at 4pm and he completed the repair in 1.5 hours! Im super pleased to post this!

It just so happened that both my sons Galaxy S4 and my daughters iPhone were in need of repair at the same time. My IPad was forgotten on top of my car, it flew off cracking the case and screen. I was told that since it was still functional, the rest could be repaired. I went to Yelp, found Flatline Repair to have many satisfied customers and they were in my local city. I took my IPad in first thing on Saturday morning and had it good as new by 3:00pm! The price was very reasonable especially considering that I thought I was going to have to buy a new one! Good service,quick and convenient location.

I managed to crack the gorilla glass screen on my Ipad. After looking up repair sights I went to one very close to home. Their price jumped form the initial quote and the new screen turned out to be out of stock. Found Flatline on the internet, called them and was told to come on in. I gave my iPhone 6 Plus to them because my screen was flashing so they took it in and when they “fixed” it and gave it back, the front camera was broken. The next day, we brought it back and they offered to fix it for us for free, because they reinstalled the phone incorrectly. A few days later, they called back saying that they completely broke the phone, that it was not turning on, and that they would get a new one from the Apple store. I agreed, but I had many apps and photos in it. Another few days passed, and they called, saying that they somehow “fixed” it and that the phone was ready to be picked up. I went to pick it up and brought it home, but then I found out that both of the cameras were very unclear and showed a lot of static and random lines. If you don’t want that to happen, don’t trust this store to fix your phone. Otherwise, if you want them to wreck your phone for $50, go ahead and waste your money.

I was very impressed with how quickly Mark fixed the ipad air screen and it was cheaper than I thought it would be.

My touchscreen had a deadspot preventing me from typing a, r and c. Annoying doesnt come close. I brought my phone to my mobile carrier and since Im on a family plan they basically told me my mommy would need to approve me doing anything to fix my phone. Thanks but no help. So I got back in my car and found the closest cell repair store. LO AND BEHOLD, Flatline Repair was close, and they had a few 5 star reviews on Google.I am SO glad I found them!!!
