Came here from out of town to make a quick payment since I was already in the area. At first I didn’t mind waiting because I understand that there was only one staff member working. However what irritated me the most was that after waiting for some time, this older gentleman came in right after me, and it wasn’t till when the guy in front of me was done I started walking up to the front where she tells me “oh I’m sorry mam he was here first” (the older gentleman). Like you couldn’t of told me that earlier??? Prior she had only asked me if I was making a payment, but like at least have the courtesy to also tell me that there was someone else already waiting so I wouldn’t have been wasting my time. I ended up walking out. Her name is Ana. Love Metro but do not love this location.

First of all, the pricing on phones for existing customers is a joke.Then, a simple common sense policy about exchanging a phone within a few days of finding one that may suit your needs, better.... is non existent.While the employee that I spoke with was nice, they were absolutely no help. Hopefully this franchise owner will wise up and teach their employees to be more helpful.

Let me start with the good, the girl helping us was very nice helpful and informative. What Im ticked off about is the fact that she told us that it was a free phone, I wanted something inexpensive for my daughter who are going out of town so I figured why the hell not, its free to add a line. Somehow the bill ended up being a little over $60 which we had no problem pain but I didnt understand how it was going to be $60 for a free phone, she said it was to cover the remaining of the month service and the following months Service Plus a $10 activation fee. Fast forward to my monthly bill oh, it was a freaking lie! I got charged for our phones plus the new one. Sure as hell wont be going back there!

I was pleasantly surprised when I decided to switch to Metropc from Boost.The customer service I received from Anna was amasing. She was very patient and took the time to ensure that all of our questions and concerns were answered.Anna was very knowledgeable about the plans and the phones.We ended up purchasing the LG Q7+ and the Samsung J7 Prime. So far we are happy with our choice of phones.
